It took 35 mins to get our drinks. Reached out to a manager and she said as going to see where our food was. Brought out one appetizer that we ordered as a main course. Never came back over. After an hour, we got up and left. Fair warning, if your sever is Tre, you're better off getting your own drinks and learning the computer to put your own order in. I asked waitress Kay for help as well and I was better off asking my 1 year old. Absolutely worst service and experience I have ever had. FORGET CRABFEST IF YOU LIVE IN CONYERS, GA!! We went to RedLobster Saturday night for my birthday. I ordered 1-1/2 lbs of my favorite food, crab legs. This was $31.99 + $12.99 for JUST the crab legs. They came out and they were beautiful, but something was missing. I had to ask for the cracker tool. "I'm sorry, we don't have any. Just use your hands." Wel, I don't know about you, but I can only crack the little ones. I said, "You've got to be kidding!" But no, they weren't! How can you serve crab and have nothing to crack them with!! I ended up bringing them home to eat, which totally screwed my birthday dinner. My husband ordered shrimp and got spoiled cocktail sauce. My sister-in-law ordered a grilled steak. It came out NOT grilled, and one side was so hard the knife couldn't cut it. Not to mention it was tough, so tough she couldn't chew it. We requested a manager, who agreed they had no crab cracking tool, and blew off the other problems. He ended up taking 10% off our bill. We will never again darken the door of Conyers Red Lobster. The absolute last time I will ever step into a Red Lobster again!! It's officially Dead Lobster to me! I dined in with my husband and daughter around 4pm on a Saturday. I went in first to get a table. I was seated before my family came in. The waitress greeted me and was friendly. When she saw my husband and daughter her demeanor and body language changed completely. My husband and I are not the same race and our child is biracial. The service was horrible. To make matters worse the food I ordered - Shrimp Trio- made me violently ill while in the restaurant. Halfway thru my meal I had to go to the restroom. I was so sick. My daughter had to check on me I was gone so long. I now wonder if the server did something to my entree?? By the time I came out my husband had already paid the bill. I was ready to go, I felt horrible. Got home and was still sick. It got better the next day. My husband and daughter were ok. I contacted the restaurant the next day and spoke to the manager Dean. He rushed me off the phone and said he would file a claim and the ins company would contact me. Its been over a month, no one has reached out. I attempted to dispute the charge with credit card company but it was not approved. My husband and I have been going to Red Lobster since we were kids, we are in our 40's now. I went to the Conyers location on 12/24/25 and placed a takeout order got two shrimp platters with two bake potatoes instead of French fries but was given French fries on both platters and the garlic shrimp scampi was missing on both platters! Table for 4 for dinner  We have not been to this Red Lobster for a few months. En route to the restaurant Wifey went online to join the waitlist.  We arrived and quickly found a parking spot in the large parking lot.  We entered the restaurant and were seated quickly.  Our server stopped by to introduce herself and advised she would return to take our orders.  She did not return as quickly as I expected.  When she arrived she took our drink orders.  I ordered the Voodoo Ranger Hazy Ipa, Wifey and my youngest daughter ordered the strawberry lemonade and my oldest daughter ordered a sweet tea.  After a few minutes, all the drinks arrived except mine. I assumed it was a little slower because it was coming from the bar.  After a while our server came by and advised that they did not have that beer anymore.  I just settled for the water I already had.  Everyone was ready to order their entrees.  Our orders were pretty much in sync.  Wifey and my youngest daughter ordered the Steamed Crabs dinner and my oldest and I opted for Shrimp Dinner.  She ordered the Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp while I split  mine between the Coconut Shrimp and the  new crispy Dragon Shrimp.  We waited for a while and the food had not arrived. I flagged down our server and asked if things were running slow.  Her response was "It has not been that long, it has only been 18 minutes". No "Apology" or "Let me go check on it" and last I checked 18 mins is a long time.  Well add on another 10 minutes and the food finally arrived.  Needless to say, the service was slow and the food that arrived was not that great.   I ordered broccoli as a side and it was overcooked and under seasoned.  My "Crispy" Dragon shrimps were more bread than actual shrimp and not "Crispy".  Wifey's Crabs were cold and we had to send them back to be reheated.  After we all finished our meals and I received the check I noticed a mysterious additional Crab dinner was added. I flagged down the person, who I thought was the manager, and explained the situation. She looked baffled and said she would track down our server.  Our server eventually came over and had the extra entree removed. I have not been in a Red Lobster in ages and not my choice this time, but anyway I ordered the admirals feast because I was familiar with it. All I can say is that it was truly disappointing. The platter was flimsy and not nearly as good as it once was. The clams overcooked and shrimp was tasteless. The waitress said I got two sides with the meal so I asked for a side salad and a baked potato, never once did she indicate that there would be an up-charge of $1.99 twice for both items. When I asked why she didn't tell me she just stood there looking stupid and and said I'll bring a manager over to explain it, and of course the manager never came, which was fine because I ended up taking it out of her tip. Next time Amiyah good waitressing is checking on your table consistently making sure drinks are refreshed and we all have what we need, which Includes bringing out the manager if there is an issue. Yes 5 stars for red lobster!! Our waitress was Seneda (spellcheck) and she was AMAZING!! So I'm from Philly and I really don't get the service at Red Lobster that I got at this location Thee moment I walked in there was someone to greet me. Not just someone standing behind a desk taking my name and number and shooing me away. The wait wasn't long and we were there later in the evening on a weekend. The only thing I had to ask Seneda for was ketchup, and I didn't have to ask for that, I just didn't notice it was already on the plate. She saw our drinks low, she bought more without asking. Biscuits low, she brought out more without asking. She was nice and pleasant and served us well. Oh let's talk about the food. Good to the drop last scoop of everything. The lobster dip is a must for the table. The fried flounder sandwich was perfectly done the fish was crispy and crunchy and perfectly fried golden brown. The drinks (fountain drinks and lemonades and smoothies) were good. No after taste that some fountain drink had. I went with my family and just glad we had a pleasant time. It's ran like a well oiled machine (at least this nite). Everyone was nice, no attitudes, no slowness, and it made for an enjoyable experience. Next time I'm here I'll be back. Hard to find good seafood around these parts and we were looking for days. Settled on red lobster and glad we did. Oh and the bathroom was clean clean!!! Always appreciated. read more

This was my first Red Lobster experience. I ordered curbside and picked up my order. The service was quick and the waitress who brought my food was very friendly. The mozzarella sticks were crispy and gooey in the middle. The cod sandwich was delicious! It came with hush puppies and fries. The hush puppies were tasty, but the fries were not. I did not like the texture or seasoning. I loved the biscuits that came with the meal! Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back to explore Red Lobster's menu. read more

Okay so, being pregnant and hungry and out in these streets is a dangerous combination when takeout and food prices are through the roof! And although i don't frequent chain restaurants, i had a SERIOUS craving for crab alfredo! Red Lobster came through in a clutch on this particular occasion. While i wasn't impressed with the smell of old, dirty carpet when entering, the aroma of the entrees triumphed and was quite appealing. In addition to the crab alfredo, i ordered a ton of other items that i can't remember but featured fried and grilled shrimp, some veggies, and at least one lobster tail and mashed potatoes. The feast delightfully fed me, my husband, and 2 kiddos comfortably for 2 days, although i'd skip the side of rice next time - just tasted a bit off. Overall, i would recommend the food. There was an unpleasant smell of old cooking oil on the fried shrimp, but it fortunately it didn't affect the taste. read more

The prices have gotten outrageous for the quality and quantity of food. I can easily see why this food chain is going into bankruptcy. It's been a while so I figured let's give it another try. Went in ordered the Bardi crab was served regular crab. Bardi is bigger and has more flesh defiantly try it if you haven't; but don't try here. Server was pleasant however seemed new and a bit confused. She took the order back after I already touched both clusters I honestly think they reserved them to someone. Next after a long wait she returns with Bardi and surprise surprise. This place is terrible. My family and I waited over an hour to be seated, after the young man on the phone told us it would only be a 20 minute wait. Upon us arriving and not being seated we requested to see the menu early, he immediately denied our request and told us we could not be seated until the waiter that was overwhelmed was feeling better. She was too busy socializing with a couple at one of the other tables Tiffany also refused to provide water to me for my service animal, something which has been provided to me at a multitude of restaurants. Tiffany stated "We don't serve dogs" in a very rude and disrespectful manner and then turned and walked off. This visit was the worst visit I have ever encountered at Red Lobster. It had been nearly 2 years since we have visited a Red Lobster, mostly because of our previous experience in McDonaugh, GA. On June 5, we visited Red Lobster in Conyers, GA and right out of the gate, there seemed to be issues. I had checked in online through the app and it said our wait should be about 40 minutes. We arrived maybe a few minutes early, and our table was not ready. No problem we said, and went to sit at the bar to get a drink. There were 2 other people seated at the bar who were both eating & drinking alcoholic beverages. As we sat at the bar for a lengthy amount of time, no one came over to ask us for our drink order. Then one of the hostesses came over and told us that there was no bartender on duty because "she was overworked and was in the back on break."????? I asked "so you mean we cannot even order a drink at the table?" Oh no, she said -- we are able to order drinks at the table, but not at the bar?? Whatever. ... I didn't feel like spending $10-$15 on a drink anyway. We continued to sit at the bar until our table was finally ready, and we were seated. It took a little bit of time for our server to greet us, which she apologized for. We gave her our order and I requested a garden salad as one of my sides. Our server informed me that garden salads are no longer available at Red Lobster because they were losing money on them? WHAT???!!! How can Red Lobster be losing money on the cheapest item there is available, however you have no bartender at the bar to sell $10+ drinks while folks are waiting for their table???? Also, I would like to address the cleanliness of this restaurant. The area next to our table was completely filthy and I am not sure how this place has not been shut down by the Health Department! When we checked out, we provided our server with two $25 gift cards and an extra $20 to cover the remaining amount. Our total was $58.15 and the server applied one gift card, along with the $20 cash, then she applied the other gift card, leaving us a balance of $13.15 on the gift card? Any time I have ever visited a restaurant and paid with a gift card, the gift card(s) were always applied first before any cash was applied. Now we have a $13.15 gift card that we will never use.
