Great service and food! We went after a football game and glad we got here fast because alot came right after us. Seating is limited so be kind...order and eat fast. This is not a place you come to hang out and sit for hours. They need to turn the tables over quick for the next customers. Of course I ordered waffles! You don't come to a "Waffle House" and not order that! Well I guess if you frequent this establishment then it is ok. Food was made quick. One lady on the grill and she was fast! My wife and I went there at 11.00 pm and one worker was sitting on a table a customer was laying down in a booth and a huge dog was laying on the floor. Being a So Cal girl, my sister had never been to a Waffle House. I guess I would have never been either if it wasn't for my 3 short years of part time living in North Carolina. We decided to go one morning so she would stop asking. Haha. Anyways, it looked just like the Waffle House in NC. Do they all look alike? It's not really a big place nor do they have a lot of tables. We had to sit at the counter but we got a close up view of the teamwork and how well these employees work together. One employee may start cooking the waffles and someone else will walk by and take them out. It's a well oiled machine. My sister ordered a waffle, of course. She thought it was delicious. I had bacon and hash browns. They were good too. The prices are really inexpensive. I think we both ate for about $10. Service was really fast and friendly. It was also clean which is always a plus. Okay , I go here about 3-4 times a month. In general not bad but always a service attention issue. I walked in today one other person at the counter and the place was empty. Waitresses said the moral welcome statement when I sat down. Then I waited a few minutes watching girls talking to each other while performing regular chores there. I was ready to go order but still didn't have any silverware. Then two other guys came in and they knew them well it seemed. The other table immediately got silverware and was asked what they wanted to drink Ect. Geez man why did not exist for some reason. I said to the one girl. What about me ? You just can't go wrong with some Waffle House, whether it's the hash browns (scattered and covered, of course), the waffles (they're just not the same as you get anywhere else), the chicken (it's actually really high quality here and you can get it with eggs for breakfast, as a sandwich for lunch, or with a salad and hash browns for dinner), the cheesy eggs or an omelet, the burgers... they just do what they do very well. read more

Service was terrible!! Sat at the bar and the waitress was leaning on it with her back to us on her cell phone. Nobody offered to serve us and calling for some chick from outside to take our order. First experience in a Waffle House ever! I just loved it: the experience is just what I was looking for! The food is, in my opinion, the main reason I went there, but I was not disappointed in any way. I liked the pecan waffle and their cheese omelette. I liked the idea with the onions in the hash-browns. My friends tried different kinds of omelettes and for sure they liked fluffy! I'm going to give 5 stars even though the cook Tamara made the visit very uncomfortable. The waitress was very nice and did well for being a trainee (Aubrey). Tamara was being very rude to her as she was trying to tell her the order & caused her up get nervous. I'm sorry but someone in training shouldn't be treated that way when they are just learning. It's also bad customer service for the customers to hear a worker being that rude to a coworker and slamming things around.
