Their waffles are always fresh and their boba isn't overly sweet. The place itself is quiet and peaceful with cute decorations and even an outdoor seating area by the pond out back! It's great for sunny weather. I definitely recommend going! (Especially try the mango fruit tea with strawberry boba, my favorite!)

They've all kinds of coffee drinks, boba & specialty flavored teas, wonderful savory & sweet food choices, & even veg-friendly options! (As a veg-head, I greatly appreciate this ) The food portions are larger than I thought they'd be. We got a few different things to try... Kuki Butter Latte- coffee is truly bright & flavorful. The sweet cream foam adds the perfect amount of sweetness to top off the caramel drizzle & crushed cookies in the cup. Deviled Egg waffle- now you *know* I had to add avocado to this. It wasn't exactly what I expected. I thought it was going to be more of an egg salad situation & not just sliced pieces of egg. Still flavorful. The spicy mayo isn't as spicy as I thought it was going to be as well. Definitely a "knife & fork" style of eating on this one. Grilled Cheez It, Brah waffle- cheese pull 9/10! A couple of different savory cheeses in this one perfectly pair with the crisp exterior & light sweetness of the waffle. LOVED this! Chicken Sammie waffle- (described by my hubby, as I am a vegetarian & cannot eat this) fried chicken patty is moist, the right amount of thickness, & flavorful. Mayo, pickles, lettuce, & cheddar cheese ratios make this sandwich rather delightful. All in all... great food. Amazing portions for the prices. Healthy, clean options. If you're looking for FAST... this may not be the place for you. In my opinion, no food made quickly ever tasted as good as that which took a little more time. ‍ We will definitely be coming back

My wife didn't like that there was so little pineapple in it. Our Napoleon pastry was pretty good, and I might get it again ($5 for a small one). We both preferred it to the brownie ($4). I don't particularly like brownies, but this one looked particularly appetizing, and the order-taker said it was one of her favorites, so we tried it. That was a mistake. Perhaps I should have tried the mini cream puffs, which are a favorite of mine (3 for $5), instead. Among other things I usually like, they had carrot cake for $7 and a cup of cheesecake for $9 (which seems steep). Their fruit shaped pastries looked beautiful (and a couple next to us said they loved the mango one), but were $12 each. Their fruit-topped Danishes also looked delicious, but weren't available any more at lunch time. They also offer milk shakes and loaded (sweet) croissants. There are only four stools here next to a bar, if you want to eat in. The bathroom was pretty good. I probably wouldn't come here again, but if I were in the area I might try some of their other pastries or sweet treats.

Julia at the counter must be used to first-timers She was so helpful and didn't seem put-out by all the questions. So many choices. See photos which are self-explanatory. While the fruit options are what they're known for, I thought them pricey, but ok for the optics, and a good flavor. All are made of the same stuff with the contents fruit-appropriate. I couldn't decide on just one, but with my only requirement being "not too sweet", I took the advice of a regular customer and got the lemon which was not too tart or sour and just creamy enough as to be likened to a creamsicle and also the recommendation by Julia who only asked: do you like coffee? To which I replied only with cream and sugar and I got that luscious lovely sl oblong confection. $24 for two pieces of delectable gorgeousness? I wouldn't do this often but it was a very satisfying bit of indulgence. Btw, they can't give you a cup of water, but you can buy a bottle of it. Or sit out back next to the pond with your own water bottle from the car.

Although my server had a few tables, she did a great job keeping us updated on our order and making sure our drinks stayed full, which I always appreciate. Our food came out after a short wait, and everything looked delicious. I ordered the strawberry stuffed cheesecake pancakes with a side of sausage, and it did not disappoint. The pancakes were flavorful and satisfying, and the sausage was a nice complement. Overall, a really solid breakfast experience. I'd definitely order this again on my next visit.

It was clear that my chicken fried chicken and his burger were made and set aside to wait on fresh fries. The fries were perfect, hot and crisp. His burger was cold and the bun starting to go soggy. My chicken was cold, the breading was a tough yet soggy mess and the gravy had congealed to a near solid state. My carrots were cold and mush and the hashbrowns casserole was also cold. Service-2/10. The staff clearly had regulars or friends that came that they were happy to pass their workday with but that meant we were just sitting there waiting. Over 15 minutes for our drinks and another 30 minutes for food after our order was placed. Atmosphere-9/10. The stores have clearly been getting makeovers as the dinning area was entirely new and fresh. I would have really enjoyed the visit if I was basing it on the ambiance alone.

The team members were politely social and regularly checked on their tables. I wasn't sure if I had to wait or could seat myself. So, I walked in and moved toward the breakfast bar but was seated by one of the owners, Celine (I hope that I spelled it right.) I ordered an egg, soft scrambled, turkey sausage with grits, a pancake and a cup of decaf coffee. The pancake was LARGE . I knew that I wasn't going to finish, and I was right! I reckon it's standard not to season eggs, but would that include the water for grits? A suggestion: try cooking the grits in broth to enhance the flavor! That's it. Celine shared that she and Mark have owned the restaurant for the past 3 of the 35-year history. She jokes that he looks like Guy Fieri and he quips that he's better looking. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. I plan to try their lunch menu, soon.

On my first visit (a Wednesday), I waited over an hour just to be seated....only to find out they were completely out of oysters for the week. That was frustrating, especially after such a long wait. I decided to give them another shot this past Wednesday, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it didn't improve. This time, I was told that oysters can no longer be prepared a certain way because it's considered a "special order." Instead, you're limited to however they choose to serve them.....either raw or lightly steamed. For a seafood spot, that's a bit surprising. Most people have a preference when it comes to oysters, and being told you can't customize your order feels restrictive. After speaking with the manager, she did agree to accommodate my request this one time (for one or two dozen), but also made it clear that moving forward, it wouldn't be allowed. That response didn't sit well with me....it gave the impression that customer preferences aren't really a priority. Between the long wait times, limited availability, and lack of flexibility with orders, I left feeling unpleased and unsatisfied. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

Unfortunately, I'm not in the area that much, and only once did I make the journey just to come here. What is the draw, you may ask? Great beer, great food, great atmosphere, great vibes! , That said, every meal I have had here has been delicious. The beer is pretty darn good & cold too! Of course, with the long drive...ya gotta limit it. But it's worth it for anything on the menu. I don't know where to start food-wise, I am trying to eat my way around the menu. The gator tail and fish dip are two of my favorites for small bites/appetizers. The Elk burger, the Taphouse burger, and the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich are always amazing....and then there's the cole slaw...yummy! Delicious food, and they have more than just sandwiches. The menu offers a little something different. The atmosphere and vibe are always inviting, and the staff is super friendly. The prices are fair, portions are ample, and there is plenty of parking. The decor is fun too! Not to mention, they give a veteran discount with proof of ID. What more can you ask for? Well, I know what I can ask for! To the owners: pretty please, with sugar on top, consider opening a location in St. Augustine. Not in the downtown area, but the folks north of town need something; they need you! Around the Palencia & Kensington area, off US 1 to be exact...or anywhere nearby in that area. The folks there would love something they can walk to, ride bikes to, maybe even use a golf cart to get to...and yes, a short drive is good too. Jus' sayin'!
