They also have a full service bar where you can order. Brisket sandwich is legit good. But the King Sandwich has cheese sauce, two jalapeño poppers, and smoked sausage for only $2 more. Mac and Cheese is heavy on the cheese and delicious. Potato salad is different. I enjoyed it but the flavor contrasts with the bbq flavors instead of complimenting them. Multiple sauce bottles are available at your table and I was surprised that I enjoyed the western Carolina style the most. Banana pudding was good. I would definitely come back when in JAX.

I saw they had a Tuesday deal for two margarita pitchers for $20 so I was really excited to try them. You cannot see into the restaurant from the street so they looked closed but once I got to the door and heard the music, I went right in! Unfortunately, the drinks were a major disappointment. I ordered a blackberry margarita and a mango margarita and both had a very strange taste. I ended up having to send the blackberry pitcher back because it was that bad. I honestly think the premade margarita base may have been the issue because neither drink tasted right. Thankfully, the shrimp tacos were AMAZING! They were some of the best shrimp tacos I've had, and they definitely weren't stingy with the shrimp. Even the chipotle sauce which I was initially hesitant about, paired perfectly with the tacos. The staff was also very friendly and didn't give us any trouble at all when we returned the blackberry pitcher which I really appreciated. The decor was super cute with paintings featuring influential artists and notable figures throughout the restaurant. But the DJ was definitely the highlight of my visit! I didn't stop dancing or singing the entire time. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in Jacksonville and give the drinks another try. The restaurant was packed with people enjoying a variety of menu items, so I think a second chance is definitely deserved. Hopefully the drinks I try next time are better because the food, atmosphere, staff and music were all great

They were crispy, fried to perfection, steamy hot, with the perfect sweet and tangy sauce covering them. They were PERFECT! 10/10 recommend! They ASKED and offered different sauces with our order on the side- hard to find these days. And I'm a sauce queen so that's an A+ in my book. Keep it up Famous Wings!

Im no stranger to V pizza. Been there plenty of times, multiple locations, they just make great…read morefood. I recently Visited during their 2026 pizza making competition (an annual event that i was not aware of prior to this visit). 4 pizza pros, 4 pizza rookies going head to head to see who can make the best pie. 2 rounds; 1st round was who can use the secret ingredient (chorizo) the best, 2nd round was a free for all to make the most creative pie they can imagine (Wagyu cheeseburger pizza and Chilli dog pozza to name a few). V sold wristbands that gave access to a buffet of everything made for the competition. I personally suggest the gold band (not sure if they change it every year, but it was gold this year) which came with a complimentary drink and all day happy hour from side car. As always, the food was fresh, hot and did not disappoint. Live dj, great staff and fun atmosphere made the entire visit a memorable event for the family. Combine that with awesome food, a wing eating competition, amazing drinks, and the fact that part of the proceeds went towards the v4v foundation made this an amazing experience, definitely one i will be looking forward to attending next year.

This is one of those places that we love but haven't been to in far too long. We both tried things that were new to each of us tonight as well, which was cool. I ordered The Ole Smokie, with everything on it and choose cheddar cheese. My first thought when it was brought to the table was "oh, I'll probably have to go at this with a fork & knife" but I decided to give it a shot as intended. I'm glad I did because the bread held up surprisingly well! As far as ingredients go, the brisket was good and smokey. There was a good mix of everything else and more than enough cheddar. My wife ordered the Chicken Cheesesteak. She also had a choice of cheese and she picked whizz. The thing that separates this from what people might expect is that it's chunks of chicken, not shredded chicken. She said that's not a bad thing at all, just a change from what some might exoect. She thought it was a welcome change. She liked their cheese whizz a lot and liked the roll as always, so she was glad she tried it. It's worth noting that both sandwiches were big enough that we both took half of each home. I didn't get the name of the two people that were working there this evening, but I'd still like to give then a shout out. They were both incredibly patient with the customers ahead of us and they didn't make us feel rushed even though we were there fairly close to the time they close on Friday evenings. Another good visit to Clarke Bros. Here's hoping it doesn't take us so long to get back here again for the next visit!

We came in on a Wednesday evening. We asked about the menu and were told at the counter that it was Wing Wednesday and the wings were $1 each. Well how could we not add those onto our order. We ordered a Burnt Ends platter with mac and cheese, and corn nuggets, a Brisket Platter with corn nuggets and beans. We also ordered a large mac for my son and a side of lean brisket. For the wings we ordered the Cajun ranch. Our food started coming out in about 5 minutes. Firstly, I was shocked at the wings. I love wings, but they aren't something I usually order often as I find them just OK. There are only a couple places that I visit specifically for wings. Well, let me tell you, I would make a visit back just for these wings. OMG, the Cajun ranch was simply amazing, really addictive. They were my favorite item. We devoured them. The burnt ends were very good. I appreciate they are big chunks of brisket with no pull pork filler. The flavor was amazing as well and the bits of fat melted in our mouth. The corn nuggets were fine and the Mac N Cheese was quite tasty. We enjoyed the meal so much, were were trying to figure out somewhere for a family lunch the next Sunday and came back again. This time my sister, son and I brought my dad. We of course ordered more wings and burnt ends and brisket with lots of Mac N Cheese. The food really is something special. The wings are absolutely wonderful and the burnt ends are a hit. This is definitely one of my new favorite restaurants and will always be on my list of visits to enjoy when I come back to Jax.
