My sister ordered grits that she didn't get, had to ask for. There was a young lady, Samaria (sorry if I butchered it) she was off. She was sitting pretty. My sister asked her to remake the waffle. This may be my favorite Waffle House. I usually just share the All-Star with my guy but decided to make my own hashbrown bowl with Cheese, mushrooms and chicken and when I tell you it was perfect. The hashbrown were the perfect crisp, my eggs were perfect medium and the chicken was seasoned to perfection. His waffle was perfect and the same color throughout. His sausage was well done and his over medium eggs were cooked with love. A perfect breakfast. Yall don't owe me nothing. So, I wanna start off by saying we usually go to the location on Westheimer because they're food and service is always A+ but today we were in a time crunch so we came here since it's closer to our house. Walking in the entire place was dirty and the servers told us to sit anywhere we wanted even though there were no clean spots and only one other table in the building. So, we picked a table wiped it down ourselves and then the server came over for us to order just to be interrupted by the other server there because our server forgot something on the other table, so we repeat our order food comes out then ofcourse the bill. I ordered the hash brown bowl with sausage and added bacon, my bf ordered the philly bowl add bacon, we got a waffle a coffee and a chocolate milk. The food was okay, sausage in the bowl was burnt to hell and back and the hash were was greasier than normal. I've attached photos of the menu and the bill. I'm not big on complaining about places because I've worked in the industry for a long time but the location needs to get it together. How am I expected to clean my own table, get mid service AND get over charged on my bill. I tried to say something to the server but she never came back and we had to ask the cook for togo boxes. Great fast way to get a breakfast. Don't expect no cholesterol lowering ingredients here! This place is a pure sausage, bacon, egg, waffle meltdown of flavors and smells. We sat at a four top and Todd asked us for drink right away. Of to a good start already. The ladies had two different hash brown bowls and I manages some cinnamon bread, grits and eggs. All was good and cooked the way it's supposed to be. We even grabbed a side of hash browns with gravy and tried a pecan waffle. All good and bad for you just like it's supposed to be. My family and I love WH but unfortunately our visit to this location wasn't as pleasant as our previous times. One waffle we were given was overcooked and hard. I was able to toss it like a frisbee across the table without it breaking. Also, the grits were too clumpy. I nearly choked on a grit ball. To top the cake, the to-go plates we were given were dirty. There was old waffle batter and crumbs on the inside of the plates. It was disgusting, to say the least. So to sum up my experience, it wasn't a great one and I will not be revisiting. read more

Maybe I'm just an overly simple person but I loooooveee Waffle House, especially this location. Their servers are always kind and welcoming. I haven't really explored the menu but I'm basic and always go with the All-Star Special even though I don't finish it all. Aside from that, their sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit is really good too. The combination of those three ingredients on a super soft biscuit is the key to my heart. Also, their hash browns gotta be the best here compared to all the breakfast places I have been to. It's always crispy and extra hot, which I enjoy. The main thing that gets me craving this place is the way they make their scrambled eggs perfectly! It's just the right texture to throw some Tabasco on and mix with my hash browns. And the fact that it's open 24 hours? It doesn't get better than this. Although I get that breakfast foods are easy to make at home and generally cheap anyways, but this will always be one of my top breakfast spots. It gets really packed on weekend mornings but aside from that, you're almost always guaranteed a spot. Lastly, my friends have said this location is a lot cleaner than theirs in Dallas if that makes you guys feel better =] read more

During the whole pandemic, I craved Waffle House. Finally, after a three month absence, I had the pleasure of returning. Naiba was our waitress. When we saw this was the case, we knew we would once again receive excellent service. Every time she came to our table, she was wearing a smile. This was the first waffle house I had ever been to. I used to come here after partying during the summers I was home from college. I still lived at home and always had to sober up before coming inside. My parents didn't mind me going out but I didn't want to trip over furniture or have them wake up and finding me passed out in the middle of the living room so I went to waffle house instead. I spent a many nights talking to the cooks and waitresses. This location doesn't get too busy at night so the service is actually good. The food here is my favorite for breakfast food late at night. The bacon here is always served extra crispy. The waffles are the best obviously, but their texas cheesesteak is also a favorite of mine. read more
