The wait time for the server to take my order was excessive. After I was seated, other servers passed by my table several times, however, no one even acknowledged I was there or let me know someone would be with me shorty. After about 10 minutes, someone finally came over and took my order. It was about another 20 minutes before the food arrived. Again, no one said anything as to why it was taking so long. The restaurant was not busy at all. By that time, my lunch hour was more than half way over so I ate quickly and waited for the bill which never came. I finally had to get up and walk over to the bar and ask for the bill. I paid and left. Again, the food was excellent but because the temperature was so cold and uncomfortable and the service was so bad, I will never go back to that location.
