I had the best experience today at the NEW Waffle House on the circle in Enterprise, AL! As soon as I walked through the door the entire staff greeted me. My server, Kayla was excellent. She was very helpful with menu items. She took my order quickly and made sure I have everything I needed. The manager, Kristen was super sweet. She was very informative about the stores opening plus information about the surrounding area. I told her that I had pulled into the Huddle House parking lot but saw their sign and did a u-turn. She thanked me for coming and was very Appreciative for my business. The cook, Chris did a wonderful job with my food. Every time he passed by going to the back he checked on me asking if everything was okay. The "Big Boss", Tamara was there helping out. He was the one who made my waffle. I told him it tasted so good "It snatched my soul out of the air!" LOL I was so impressed I left everyone a tip, from the Big Boss down to the cook! I did this because everyone on staff worked as a team. I saw them engaging with the customers and asking questions about their meal. It was an amazing show of Customer Service. Much like the majority of Waffle Houses, the atmosphere, lighting and clientele are mostly the same. The menu remains the same also. There is just nothing exciting about Waffle House anymore. The service at this location was pretty darn good, and the inside clean. Bathroom was maintained and no smells to overwhelming or bothersome. Well lit and plenty of parking without fear of lurkers or trouble makers. The plate came out on time and presentable. Food was fresh and coffee was hot too. Although it got a bit busy during lunch, I was not completely ignored, and never had to get someones attention regarding refills on coffee or water. One star demerit due to bacon not being crisp. Overall a pleasant experience though. read more

We came in on off hours and were greeted and no one came to our table at all. We sat for 15 minutes before leaving.

IN ALABAMA ITS CURRENTLY 34 degrees and inside the waffle house it's absolutely freezing with air on blast so much that the straw papers blowing in my face!! crystal was awesome but listen cooks we get ur hot butttt it's definitely customer friendly!!! I don't have Waffle House where I live, so my excitement may seem excessive to some of you who live in the areas this chain exists. I know it's not like the best quality location with the best food offerings, but to have a small-town diner feel from a large chain restaurant is neat. The food is always cooked the way I like it, the portions are grand, and you really can't beat the prices. Staff are always friendly and super helpful. Had a short time for lunch and decided on Waffle House since it usually is quick and good food. Walked in wearing military uniform. Apparently that was a mistake. I sat for 20 minutes waiting on service and was ignored. Never even got a drink order. Short on time I decided to leave and none of the employees seemed to notice or care. If you are military, make sure you go in civilian clothes. Can't comment on the food since I never good served. read more

I'm a Waffle House nut. I love Waffle House! I drove up to this Waffle House and found an empty parking lot. That should have been my first red flag. There was only one other customer in the place. The silverware was dirty, everything was sketchy. When my bacon arrived I bite into it and was concerned I might be in the hospital later that night. It was rancid, completely horribly rotten. I told the waitress and she said it was because it was frozen. I offered her a piece but said no don't eat it because you are pregnant. I wonder if other customers, if there were any, ended up seeking medical attention later that night. We ended up not eating our bacon or the toast that touched it, and our waitress didn't even offer to take the rancid bacon off our bill. I will never step foot in this Waffle House again. read more

Like any other waffle house, fast food good waffle diner franchise. The only thing with this location this time we came today is there is a super sweet greeter. The only problem is for a customer focus place, she is a little slow and not much of a greeter. Guess she is still training. The food is good as usual, greasy and good lol. read more

Been here a few times. Possibly the worst Waffle House I have ever been to, service wise. The food is just fine- and for that it deserves at least 2 stars (it is what it is) but I've sat without coffee refills for a long time on plenty of occasions. Waitresses usually ignore me. It is not uncommon to see a waitress talking on her cell phone. This is possibly a natural symptom of underpaid waitresses and poor tippers that have left the servers not caring so much. Either way, it sucks for the customer. Also, the place is far too small. Still, I keep going back. I do love greasy spoon food! read more

Second hand smoke like crazy. Wouldn't recommend for families or anyone with small kids. Go to the Huddle House instead they dont allow people to smoke inside the establishment. Only reason I gave any stars is the chocolate chip waffles are ok. read more

Super friendly staff - but I hate that smoking is still allowed. My daughter and I go to this WH regularly and generally smoking is pretty limited. Best chocolate chip waffle anywhere and cheesy eggs are to die for. Why let your eggs be cracked in some factory up in Michigan and sent in a carton to the store when you can see them do it in front of you. I ask our local crew to replace the toast with tomatoes and hash brown/grits with oatmeal and walk out healthy, full, and happy! read more

Love the food, but cannot understand why the service has to be sooo poor. Maybe I'm missing something that someone can explain to me. I go there quite regularly and leave a more than generous tip, 50% or more, every time I go there in hopes that it would be noticed and they would change and you know, kinda wake up and realize they need to actually do something to earn a tip. I mean, one could literally sit there 20 minutes or so before the waitress returns to your table to check on you, if they return at all. The manager or owner really needs to get out to this place in a hurry. They are giving customer service and the Waffle House a bad name!!!! read more

I fail to understand why the air conditioning is on bringing the temp so low jackets have to be worn. I blame poor or nonexistent management. I have never seen the manager even stop by past her 2 o'clock shift. Terrible way to keep track of a place that runs 24/7. I frequent this place often only because it is open late. Went to this waffle a few weeks ago and sat there for about 10 minutes. Two of the waitress just stood behind the counter and did nothing but talk. They looked our way and continues talking. We waited for another 5 minutes and my wife and I just decided to get up and walk out. I don't know what the problem was but I assume it was because we are an interracial couple. I know this is Alabama and everyone has the right to their own opinions however if you are unable or unwilling to serve the public perhaps you should get another job. Sad to say but, I hope this was just lousy service and not racially motivated. These people refused to acknowledge our presence so we walked out. Waffle House use to be one of my favorite places to eat but now I am of the opinion that Waffle House Sucks. I have eaten breakfast in these places all across the country, but now I will never eat in these places again, especially the one in Enterprise Alabama!! read more

The server gave me dirty silverware and when I asked for more she acted like it would kill her to get me a clean spoon. Food is average. Coffee is adequate, at best. Second hand smoke. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I was there on 7/21/17 between 10 pm and 10:30 pm, the table could have used a good washing , there was salt, sugar, and trash behind and under the napkin holder , a dead fly smashed on the window right beside my head, and between the bench and wall there was spider weds and dust all in the corner,. Which caused me to look even harder at the walls, windows and floors, and it could all use a very good cleaning! The server was very nice , that was the first time ive been there ina few years, stopped going when we sat there for 20 mins without someone even taking our drink order . Yet there were 3 other tables of people that come in behind us and they had drinks and were waiting for food , and we still had not even been welcomed! I will not be back! read more

I came here at 1 in the morning and despite the floors being a little dirty and the employees being a little too playful, I would say that I had a good experience. My waitress was nice, attentive and made sure my drink was filled. The food was hot and the waffle I had was nice and fluffy. Overall, I stuffed my face and left her an adequate tip. read more

Horrible, won't ever return. Dirty floors. 4 employees and only 2 customers and still my waitress had an attitude like I was bothering her. I was going to order a burger and hashbrowns but she took it upon herself to decide I was finished ordering after I said burger and just walked off back to her other 3 friends who were all talking to one person at the counter. Must have been a close buddy because none of them could do their jobs for focusing on him. Got my burger with the plate sort of slung on the table and couldn't even get a drink refill or my ticket. I finally had to go to the register to pay. Again attitude because I was interrupting them and she had to get the ticket and ring it up.
