My spouse thought his burger was good, I was not impressed with mine. My salad had more flavor than my burger. The floor is pretty slick in a lot of areas due to all the grease, which was on pretty much everything. The air filters over the grill probably could use a good cleaning. I LOVE this place, the service is always great, the food is always good, yet somehow the place is always empty... maybe because I usually go after 7ish, but I either way I don't understand it. They have a variety of wing flavors to choose from and their wings are not only good, but you get a decent amount of meat compared to other places. All 3 fries that I've tried, zucchini, sweet potato, and their regular fries, all have been fried crispy in a coat of magical yummy. They home make their ranch, give you a lot of it, and at least this last time (I don't know if this is typical) our waitress didn't charge us for it. The burger buns seem to have a crispy layer of burnt butter on the underside which just makes them even more delicious! My food was sent back (because of the kitchen overcooking my burger) then the remake had mayo (which I didn't have on the original due to allergies) then they gave an attitude about having to remake it again & never brought the food because the kitchen refused to make it. The only issue was an altercation between a couple of the employees, was a little concerned that I was going to witness a fight and have to call the police. I'm sorry this had to been the worst service ever. once our food got to the table, the server walked off and didn't ask if we needed anything. She literally never came back to the table. My daughter had to wait to eat her food because she was needed a sauce. I had to get someone from the back to grab it for her. We just ate and went up front to pay. We had two burgers(one beef one chicken), 6 wings and a grilled cheese kids. Everything came except thw chicken, later it comes and it's fishy tasting. Burger was a grease bomb, fries were super salty and onion "straws" were a pile of grease and soggy. Ordered 2 milk shakes, took 25min and I had to ask for them. She forgot ours but remebered someone else's. They look easier to make than McDonald's shakes(which also taste better). Overall was just a huge disappointment, cost and wait time did not justify the quality either. Best chicken wings. Monday is their half price wing day. Coldest beer in town and only 1.50 during happy hour. We also go on Thursday for half price burgers. I love Bacon is the best. Only negative is that it can get super busy leaving everything to one person. On busy nights they need one person to take phone orders and one person for walk ins and one to run food and clean tables. I know shannon does the best she can with what she has. Being busy is a great problem to have, just make sure you have staff to keep it going/growing. read more

The last visit was THE last visit. We got halfway into our meals that took too long to cook (they had no one else there), and the cashier with no personality came up to our table and asked if we'd like a refund for our fries and drinks since she "had to use questionable oil to fry the fries in". After asking if we wanted the refund for both the drinks and fries (the combo), she instead just refunded the cost of each of our fries. What a joke. Bottom line is, this place has no personality where their staff is concerned, it takes entirely too long to get overpriced food and the flavor nor the taste quality isn't there when you finally get it.
