I ordered the roast beef and cheddar with a caesar salad. The service was great, the place was clean and bright. The sandwich was just plain nothing to brag about and the Caesar dressing wasn't very tasty. Everything great except the food. They definitely need to improve on this menu item. read more

It was God awful. It was nothing but water. It wasn't even soup and their answer was "oh that's the way it comes to us...." So they basically get it in some little plastic bag and they cut it and pour it in a bowl and heat it up and give it to you.... don't ever order soup @ McAllister's cause it sucks... this place has gone down hill...!!!! The manager basically blamed it on me for not liking it...! Then they got Rick's Sandwhich wrong... I said Meat and cheese only... AND NO PICKLES.... Yep they screwed that up too... and blamed me... Glad to see one of these open up in Enterprise, nice to have an option other than chicken. I had the club, my co-diners had several of the spud options. Everyone agrees that the food was tasty. We also tried to carrot cake since it was Mother's Day, it was a huge piece and very tasty. I like the brightness of the dinning area and the optional outdoor seating. We came in to pick up some food to eat at home. Everyone was very friendly in the restaurant. When we got home we noticed we were missing several items. When we called the restaurant, they told us there was nothing they could do, and were not particularly accommodating or friendly during the phone call. I would have accepted a comp the next time I came in, but they insisted I needed to drive to the restaurant immediately if I wanted the items replaced. It's a shame that this was my first experience at a new restaurant in Enterprise. I'll get a sandwich at Publix, Milky Moos, or any of the other sandwich shops in town next time. I would highly recommend not wasting your money here, but if you do, check your food. *Update* As you can see below, there was an attempt to make the situation right. I was offered a comped meal to be mailed to my residence. I would have been happy to give them another chance; however, months later, I have yet to receive any coupon or correspondence. This furthers the fact that this place doesn't really care about rectifying the issue, and you should keep this in mind when you visit this establishment. They won't make it right, they won't follow through, and they simply don't value return customers. Publix he's a delicious sandwich selection, with soup, and great parking. Just moved to the area, and enjoyed the Mcalisters back home. I'll avoid this location, you should, too. from missing items, unhelpful customer service when trying to resolve issues over the phone, to incorrect items altogether... if you're spending this much money for a sandwich, spend the money somewhere else. read more

Everything was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the Jalapeno Crunch sandwich, peacanberry salad, and kids pizzas. Our order came out quick and everything was really good. The portion sizes were big so we had to get to go boxes. Definitely will be back, thanks! read more

wow super disappointed with my order today and the restaurant as a whole which sucks because I really enjoyed McAlister's food but after tonight I will never come back. they just charged me $18 for a 6 inch soggy mess of a sandwich, and typically that wouldn't bother me too much but I asked for tomatoes and mayo to be put on it and they couldnt even be bother to do me that solid even after charging me an arm and a leg! super disappointed with their performance tonight! read more
