I GOT THIS... it was water... tasted awful... SENT IT BAVK...!

It was God awful. It was nothing but water. It wasn't even soup and their answer was "oh that's the way it comes to us...." So they basically get it in some little plastic bag and they cut it and pour it in a bowl and heat it up and give it to you.... don't ever order soup @ McAllister's cause it sucks... this place has gone down hill...!!!! The manager basically blamed it on me for not liking it...! Then they got Rick's Sandwhich wrong... I said Meat and cheese only... AND NO PICKLES.... Yep they screwed that up too... and blamed me... "You didn't say no pickle...!" YES I DID... REPEATEDLY...!!!! This Manager needs to manage an Auto Sales Shop... not food... According to her, the Customer is always wrong...!!!!

This is all the ham that was put on my sandwich.... UNACCEPTABLE $10 for this ????????? Never can get my order correct.

Service was good, food was just ok. Small size for the money. Absolutely no atmosphere to speak of.... The place was clean.

This is a bustling spot with something for everyone. They've got some specialty grocery items, a bar, tons of gifts and locally made goods, and most importantly for me, a sandwich counter that is functioning at a high level and putting together some really good sandwiches that everyone needs to try. The menu is expansive and has something for everyone, from French Dips to Cubans and all points in between. I ordered "The Oscar" which had a huge stack of Italian meats on it and was enough for 2 meals. I strongly recommend checking their bread options as well. I upgraded to their foccacia and it was amazing. This sandwich could compete with the best I've ever had anywhere. If you're in this area don't second guess it for a minute. Stop into this place and check out what they have to offer. Great food in a nice environment with friendly people and good prices. Can't ask for more than that. 5 stars.

Upon entering, one is transported into the absolute neatest little shop of concoctions, whether it be sweets or sauces, jams or jellies, not to mention the deli section with cured meats, amongst other proprietary offerings. The bar and dining areas were a buzz with patrons, enjoying their entrees and beverages. Ordering to go is a fairly straightforward process. You simply walk to the rear of the restaurant and place your order. Although the orders are filled rather quickly one still has time to peruse all of the aforementioned goodies. Did I partake? With zero guilt yes I did, happily :) On this occasion, I opted for the Hefty Heffer and Idgie sands, along with a couple of salads. Between my partner and I, we fully agree that each sandwich stands alone QUITE WELL: The Hefty, with its caramelized onion-forward flavor complimenting the brisket {Excellent} and the Idgie with those perfectly tart fried-green tomatoes. {Perfection}! The salads and Mango Habañero spread were, candidly, gluttunous purchases even though we would dine on them the next day. We have yet to try the fruit spread, though it will be a delightful accent to the charcuterie trays, we are serving. At the end of the day, TBD never disappoints and we are glad to have found her :) BON APPÉTIT

Keep in mind, there were only about five customers in the entire restaurant, and it was Christmas Eve, so being busy wasn't an excuse. The food was absolutely disgusting. I've worked at a steakhouse before, and I know exactly what old beef smells like. Unfortunately, my steak was clearly old and should never have been served. For a $70 bill, the only decent thing we had was the sweet tea. The condition of the restaurant is just as bad as the food. The place is run down from the outside in, and the restrooms were beyond disgusting. I would honestly rather use a hole-in-the-ground restroom at a state park than step foot in theirs again. Completely unacceptable all around. We will never be back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I met up with a friend of mine who we actually used to wait tables at Ruby Tuesdays about 25 years ago. On Mondays, they have a special where you can get a Smashburger and a salad bar for $9.99 which I thought was a really great deal Unfortunately, the salad bar did not have any croutons which is like our favorite, but there definitely was a variety of salad dressings on there, which was good. The burger was really delicious very filling. The decor is definitely like the decor I remembered from the Ruby Tuesdays that I had near my house. It was very clean. I use the bathroom and it looked very good.
