Jimmy John's is on of my favorite sandwich shops. The quick and easy selection and fast service and is always accurate makes them great.

I ordered a turkey and cheese on the Jimmy Johns app and picked up through the drive thru. Got home and found the sandwich didn't have any TURKEY OR CHEESE on it. Avoid Enterprise Jimmy Johns. read more

The food tastes good, but I've had several issues with their delivery. Also both times I ate here, I got mild food poisoning I made an order through doordash twice. The first time, items were missing from my order. No big deal. The second time, I noticed that the delivery time was stuck at "arriving in one minute" and "preparing your order" (I live very close to the restaurant) for forty minutes. Jimmy John's delivers the order themselves instead of using a dasher. Instead of marking the order as delivered or at least knocking on my door, they just left the food outside for 40 minutes without telling me lol. It's a shame because I really would like to continue eating here, but I can't justify eating food that constantly makes me sick. read more

I walked in, and the cashier started my order. First, it seemed like he was in a rush. Then I asked him if after he finished our order if he could change his gloves since I'm pregnant and I have to take extra precautions.He then ripped his gloves of like it was a big deal and said it was a weird request.After he had just finished wiping the counter with a dirty rag. 1/5 would not request. read more

Never been to a JJ's that is as slow as this one. Will not go back. Three people in line for six sandwiches should not take 18 minutes to make and hand out. Someone really needs to manage this location. read more

I walked into this store, and was the only customer inside at the time. The employee was working on something in the rear of the store and was signaled to wait 1 sec or 1 min. 10 mins later I walked out, with out any food. I understand he was having issues, but it seems I could get better service through their delivery. read more

Jimmy John's is a decent choice for a quick, tasty lunch. Note, I say lunch. I have been to this location multiple times and have found that the earlier it is, the better the bread tastes. By dinner time, the bread is pretty stale, and that's about the best part of their sandwiches because nearly everything else comes out of bags and jars - which are proudly on display in the kitchen. They are definitely not trying to hide that a lot of their ingredients are processed/mass-produced, and I'm fairly certain their bread just hangs out in the racks all day, so that would explain lack of freshness by dinner time. I usually enjoy the Club Lulu or the Ultimate Porker, both sans mayo with avocado and cucumber added. Hubby goes for the Gourmet Veggie with sprouts and hot peppers. We generally have no complaints because with Jimmy John's, you get what you pay for. If you ever read the menu, it actually says something about how the sandwiches are not actually gourmet but that's what Jimmy John's mother suggested, so he went with it. It's a little amusing. The staff here is always friendly and quick. The interior is always clean. Oh, and they have a drive-thru. I do get a little twinge of conscience thinking about Jimmy John and his trophy hunting so it is definitely a last resort when it comes to picking up something to eat, but if that sort of thing doesn't bother you, you could probably do worse. read more

I usually love Jimmy Johns, this is my first time going to this location and it wasn't a pleasurable experience. I ordered the #6 veggie sandwich and got almost no avocado spread on it, we declined a drink and said we are fine with water and they charged us .25$ a water cup (which is fine, but they didn't even tell us), we received no napkins with our food and they had no napkins easily accessible to grab. All in all, they seemed to be very stingy for a place that's pricey for sandwiches. read more

This is the slowest Jimmy Johns in the country I'm convinced. I ordered once before and waited an hour to receive my sandwich. I decided to give them another chance and placed and order for delivery yet again...after waiting over 30 minutes on ANOTHER order I decided to drive to the store and get it. Once I got there I could see the order on the counter. When I asked about the delayed delivery I was told "sorry we have been busy and have no one to deliver". So you were just going to keep my money and never deliver the sandwich? I understand it's $8, but why not disable the delivery option or hire some more people? Absolutely poor customer service and even worse management. read more

I love this place! The service is fast and the sandwiches are the best in town. Anything with roast beef is my favorite but I have enjoyed all of their offerings, except the unwich. I can't even fathom why you would order anything from Jimmys without that spectacular bread! read more

We have always gone to Jimmy John's on Sunday after church. This time when we went we called 20 minutes ahead, after we showed up for pick-up they were making our last sandwich and we waited for about 3 minutes until a big guy with big muscles walks in and demands his sandwiches are made. So they made his sandwich before ours and 3 other couples. So I went up to the counter and complained afterwards and he explained that he was the only person with work experience in the workplace, I find this unbelievable and we will not be going back. I see all of these negative comments, and I have to disagree. I love this Jimmy Johns. The last two times I have ordered delivery through the app, my sandwich has been at my door within 20 minutes of placing the order. My order has always been accurate and the delivery person delivered. That's really all I expect of a sandwich shop that offers delivery. Will definitely order from there again when I decide I'm too lazy to make myself a sandwich. read more

Under new management and they ARE freaky fast. They had my order done before i finished paying for it. Their always fresh bread is delicious. Much better than the other sandwich shops in town! read more

I am not usually a sandwhich person but I love Jimmy John's. It is absolutely awesome everytime I go. But what really impresses me is their friendly staff. They always greet me as I walk thru the door. The store is always clean. The workers are not inconvenienced by customers coming in. They are efficient and they even guess my order most of the time. read more

Usually I love Jimmy John's. The other day I was hugely disappointed and not sure I would order again soon. I ordered sandwiches for a delivery. When our driver got there he first brought in the wrong food. He returned from the car with right order, except our chips were missing. He told me that "we've been so busy that we don't have time to check orders, we just grab the bags and go". Couldn't believe that was his reasoning for our order not being accurate. Then went I went to eat my sandwich, which I had asked for it to be cut in half, it was cut into 3 pieces. Was really awkward trying to eat the sandwich and everything in it kept falling out. read more

The restaurant is very clean with a modern updated feel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our orders were completed efficiently and maybe most importantly the sandwiches were delicious. We will definitely be back. read more

We have had this Jimmy Johns deliver to our house about 3 times since we have been here and today we called and said they don't deliver that far (we are literally down the road). We also see JJ cars driving by all the time. Yes we could pick it up but that's not the point. It's pretty pathetic. They lost business because of them being lazy. Good job JJ. Good job read more

First time here ever. Ordered in the drive through. Got home and discovered bread was rock hard. Sandwiches were very cold like they were in a fridge. Weird since they say they make them all when you order. I called the store and mgr said they will comp my next order. Hopefully it's better next time. Update: went back two days later. Dined in. Our family placed an order here about a month ago and there was an error with our order. We called and notified them and they "took our name and number and put it in the computer so next time we ordered, we could give them our name and get the correct sub". I called tonight to place an order and use our free sub and there is no record of it. This is by far one of the most unorganized Jimmy John's I have been to. Delivery is not "freaky fast" and they obviously can't get an order correct, which shouldn't be a problem for how much we are paying for a sub. Much better off going to Firehouse or Subway if you are in this area. read more

I expected way more from Jimmy Johns. I've had it elsewhere and it was better. The restaurant wasn't busy, but they sandwich was sloppy and the bread was stale. Subway is better than this, in my opinion. read more

Love jimmy johns! Subs so fast you will freak! Their customer service is on point! They also use sprouts on their subs, most jimmy johns down here do not use sprouts! Highly recommend . Only down fall was their bathrooms could use a little more cleaning but other than that highly recommended read more
