I honestly hate writing bad reviews, but I've never been this frustrated with a place before. I've been to this Sonic four different times, and I've only successfully been able to order once. Every other time, I sat there for 40 minutes pressing the button and never received any service. I could clearly see my stall notification pop up on the screen when I hit the red button, and then less than 20 seconds later it would disappear like someone was clearing it. That's beyond frustrating. The one time I actually managed to order, I had to go to the walk-up stall just to get service. I ordered two fountain drinks that's it and it still took 30-40 minutes just to get them. On my last visit, I parked in the far back stall where I could see inside the restaurant. Honestly... it looked gross. Trash all over the floor, and the back door that's supposed to be white was covered in grime. I really wish I had taken a picture. I understand it's fast food and not a five-star restaurant, but there's still a basic level of service and cleanliness that should be met. This location feels completely run down, and it honestly seems like no one there cares. Really disappointing. Wish I could leave something lower than a 1 star read more

You will wait 15-40 minutes for a good chance that your food is either cold or wrong. We have tried to come here on 3 seperate occasions and have had enough. If we didn't like sonic so much, we'd have never come back after the first experience. We either wait a very long time (not every time has been busy), get the wrong food, or just food that is cold/old. OR you'll get all 3 which is the experience we just had. We have had enough and will never be back. read more

My God. I know it's supposed to be crappy, it's a drive in. I think in order to be a restaurant you must serve edible food. I mean how in the hell can you make tater tot's non-potable? Yall really just need to close and stop embarrassing yourselves. It took me 3 stalls, 35 minutes, to get the WRONG AND BURNT FOOD

This is really my fault because idk why I even bother going to fast food places at this point. We ordered a Reeces sonic blast and a chocolate chunk brownie blast. I asked for mine to be mini and they say they can't make a mini... why not? You have mini prices on the menu you can't make a mini serving in a large cup or something? Sorry but a mini is 4.13 (which already is way over priced) and the large is 5.99!! SIX DOLLARS and half the ice cream I don't even want and I'll end up throwing away anyway... so like??? Then I'm eating my shake and the reeces is so finely chopped you can barely taste the fact that you're eating a PB cup, it's just saw dust with vanilla ice cream... same thing with the brownie CHUNK ice cream... it's literally in the name... where's the chunk?? Both shakes were poorly mixed/ didn't have any toppings once you got half way through, so even if I wanted to enjoy my SIX DOLLAR large ice cream, only half of it would've been enjoyable. The service was nice though! FYI it won't let me upload the screenshots from the website of what the blast are supposed to look like... so look it up yourself and tell me if my pictures look anything like what's advertised. read more

The Sonic in Enterprise is well located. The prices are reasonable. The service was prompt and the wait staff was friendly and polite.

I waited 20 minutes just to order all i ordered the #4 and the #8 and i waited another 20 minutes u only get someone else's order just for them to finally bring the manager and she bro out the right order that was over cooked and to accommodate my time gave us 2 coupons, to find out that the coupons were expired a year ago. waited over an hour to get the wrong order then my order was over cooked to the point where my cheesy fry's where rubber and get 2 expired coupons. read more

This location is a f@&$"big joke. I don't know how you mess up a hot dog but they found a way. The extra cheese tots I ordered weren't in the bag but the extra fork was in there for the tots. The drink I got tasted disgusting because the syrup is out on the sprite. The worst part? It wasn't even busy. I'll never come back to this shit hole. This Sonic needs to be closed and replaced with one with good management. Most days a large portion of the kiosks are inoperable and the outside is always dirty. This should tell me not to do business here. I can only imagine how dirty the inside is. My last trip here until it is cleaned up and maintained. The last time my wife and I bought chicken nuggets here they were so dry that they made us believe that they were left over and had been heated in a microwave in order to serve them. read more

Okay, I know, I'm reviewing a fast food restaurant but I seriously think this place deserves a great review. We pulled in and the place was packed! They were training new people and their credit card system at the drive-in kiosk was having an issue. This was a recipe for a long wait and bad food. However, that was not the case at all! Our carhop promptly delivered our food and was very friendly. Even though they have to go back and get sauces, they so gladly. Our meal was HOT, freshly prepared, and delicious. My tater tots were steaming hot and so was my burger. Speaking of burger, seriously get in your car and try the new garlic butter burger, it's delicious. I appreciate a hot meal especially when the other fast food joints in the area mostly serve cold and stale food. Are you in your car yet? read more

They cannot get an order right to save their life. When I brought to their attention that my order was incorrect I was told, "everybody says that." As I was reordering while standing inside the Sonic, I turned to step outside and one of the males inside the kitchen yelled, "You go Grandma!" I spun on my heels, reentered Sonic and said loudly," Who called me grandma?" Stunned, the males in the kitchen stared, one denied anyone said it, and I reiterated," SOMEONE said, You Go Grandma. I heard you. WHO called me grandma?" Crickets. I then told the male who had been taking my order, " I want my money back." He was polite and refunded my purchase to my credit card. Absolutely the worst Sonic location I have ever visited. A couple months ago I ordered a couple drinks and waited 30 minutes with no order. I pressed the button for more assistance and no one answered. Finally I left and messaged customer service asking for a refund because I never got my order. Customer service responded but then the store never followed up. I contacted customer service a second time and was ignored. Tonight I visited this location to give them another chance and the shake we received was disgusting. It was supposed to be chocolate, but was a huge, gritty mix of what tasted like pure cocoa powder. We will never return to this Sonic. Additionally, depending upon the result of the 3rd customer service request I submitted tonight, we may never visit a Sonic restaurant again. This is where I had my first encounter with it, the sonic burger!! Ooh, it is great. It's modeled after a 50's style drive inn. The order takes come out in skates, and bring your meal to you. It's placed on the car window. It kinda of reminds me of the Flintstones. Oh buts it very good. When I visit my sister, which is rarely anymore I always went to Sonic. read more

Every single time i come here for lunch or dinner, they always mess something up or leave something out. I usually get the chicken fingers with the tater tots and onion rings, this time i didn't get a single onion ring! If you aren't going to put an item in a meal when it's clearly specified that item goes with that meal then you suck. If you are out of onion rings, then its customary to let the customer know so they can change their mind if they want. The only thing this place is good for is their drinks at happy hour. read more
