I stopped in this particular Hardee's location while passing through Ozark, Alabama on my way to Nashville, Tennessee. It was conveniently located as a standalone building in a shopping plaza on 231. As an added bonus, it was on the northbound side, so I did not have to worry about making a U-turn or anything. I was greeted in a friendly manner and placed my order. The food took enough time to get to me that I believe that it was freshly made. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon around lunch, I was the only customer in the restaurant. The ambiance of the place was your typical fast-food restaurant. I rarely do fast-food burgers and while I would not say this was a fantastic meal, it was a fast-food meal that was priced at just over seven dollars with tax and all out the door. read more

Moved to Ozark Alabama a year ago have been to Hardee's once. Food sucked service sucked. In the place was almost clean. needless to say, we haven't been back since there's enough other good places to eat. read more

When I went inside to ask about it, no one made an effort to check or assist in locating it and told me I probably dropped it; after leaving my first yelp review it magically appeared and had been swiped, and I will be notifying the police. read more

Got to give great credit to the whole team employees and management for excellent performance and customer service along with their friendly attitude! GM and Management team were very helpful and friendly along with the employee. Went to eat dinner around 530-6pm. We were greeted soon as we walked in. And we didn't wait long for our food maybe 5 minutes or so. It was my husband and myself, we spent about 20-30$. We got 2 monster burger meals(HIGHLY RECOMMEND) The food was freshly made, the fries were delicious and fresh out of the fryer. And the employees were quick to make sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed! Definitely will be going back! Might make this our next dinner spot(Donner Date) my husband don't really like fast food for dinner but he said he would eat there all the time that he never been to a restaurant before that Greeted, took order, made fresh food and made sure we were satisfied like Hardee's OzArk AL has!! The burgers are actually tasty, BUT OH goodness their prices are RIDICULOUS! Two meals with drinks plus a kid's burger with nothing but meat on a bun cost $38. And don't try to bring a coupon, they ignored me which would have taken $6 off. Still over $30 for a couple burgers. I just don't know what to say. I don't want to cause a scene to get my coupon counted. The lady just kept counting off what each thing cost and told me the total twice, running over me and ignoring my coupon. read more

Today is the first of April, 2020 and for lunch I ordered two thick burgers with a seeded bun instead of the "honey bun" that it comes on these days. I got home with them and what a dissapointment!! It consisted of meat, cheese, mayo and ketchup. There was so much mayo and ketchup on one side of the bread that the bun would not stay around the meat at all. It was very difficult to hold. There was no lettuce, tomato or onion at all as in the photo. This was my first one. My husband said it was horrible and he usually likes them. I will probably stay away from any sandwiches at Hardee's in Ozark in the future! read more

As posted in the other reviews this is a newer Hardee's. Nothing to write home really. There breakfast menu is better than the lunch/dinner menu. I am in and out within a few minutes and there staff is friendly. read more

I usually go to Hardee's for breakfast and order through the drive thru. Last week while I was waiting at the window the store manager started bad mouthing a customer who had called about an order that they hadn't prepared correctly. I felt this was unacceptable and reported it to the customer service line. Food was up to hardees standards as always. read more

Greatest Hardee's ever! The staff is so sweet they make my teeth hurt. They have loyal customers which I think shows how consistent they are. The milkshakes are super yummy. Can't go wrong here for a burger or shakes. Also it's always clean, and you don't see fast food layabout employees. read more

Just waited for 30 minutes for 10 piece chicken finger and only received 8. So frustrating. Not to mention I got a burger for my son with my order and it was cold when he opened it. Asked for ranch and got honey mustard. Called the number to report and ofcourse it isn't even connected to the store. read more
