Requested extra crispy chicken sandwich (15 extra seconds in the grease) and was met with such disrespectful hostility from Emily in the Drive through and then from a manager on duty during lunch and the general manager. I understand that it might not have been "policy" but from my recollection the customer should always be right... then once I received my order and began eating the food, I bit into fries that were ice cold! I am pretty certain that it isn't policy according to Food Safety and with the health department to be putting food out that is under the required temperature especially within the danger zone... if you're going to follow policy then do so efficiently and not pick and choose... it wouldn't be near the issue with me if I wasn't made to feel as if I was an inconvenience in my request rather than it actually being a procedure of the chain. However, I have received utmost respect and dignity in my request from many other stores of this same chain. I am highly disappointed in this service from what I e always known as a highly reputable establishment. I will never visit this particular location again... read more

We've been going to this Chick-fil-a for years but it has gone down in their service tremendously in the last 2 years. The staff is rude to customers. Literally, speaking unkindly about customers in front of me while I was ordering. They also get our order wrong every single time we order in the drive-thru. They are pushing you through the drive-thru so quickly, you don't have time to look nor and they get very put out when you tell them something is wrong or need an extra sauce. It's ridiculous!!! I've been to Chick-fil-A's all over the nation and never have issues, but was pretty disappointed in this location. Nothing was wrong with the food, but the service was disappointing. I ordered a nugget tray, was told when I could come pick it up, then ended up waiting 15 minutes more to actually get the tray. I didn't mind waiting a few minutes longer, (though 15 min is, relatively, long), what was irritating was the tray was ready the whole time and nobody would give it to us. We know this is the case because a receipt for our tray was sitting on the counter the whole time and a manager finally picked it up and told one of the employees to give us our tray. When we mentioned the issue, the manager apologized and brushed it off. read more

Well I drove 42 mins to Dothan from Marianna only to get cold food. I'm usually satisfied with the food , but sadly today I was highly disappointed. I drove through all that bad weather today with my two daughters and waited to go through the long drive thru just for cold food. Fries were luke warm chicken wasn't even hot . The girl directing traffic was rude, no smile, very abrupt, no straw, no requested ketchup or Mayo, no napkins, driest sandwich, raw fries, and no receipt (I have to have one for expense reports.) Driving through Alabama on way to take care of my mother recently out of the hospital. Order taker had mask down around his neck. I asked him to pull it up and he did. I asked if Chick-fil-A didn't have a mask policy in Alabama - he said since the recent results were flatter that it wasn't a big deal. Most other employees were wearing their masks but mostly under their nose. These were mostly teens/young adults, ideal non-symptomatic carriers and, most likely, not yet vaccinated. Thought it was interesting that he made this decision on behalf on Chick-fil-A. The Chick-fil-A where I live in Florida always has masks on and it is very much appreciated. read more

This place was a fucking nightmare. I knew it would be busy, as Chick-fil-A's always are, but did I expect the level of insanity that we experienced during our visit? No. We stopped in to grab a bite after being on the road for a few hours, and so I stopped into the restroom to use the facilities. As soon as I entered a stall, the sounds of at least 3 young boys yelling and cajoling filled the room as the door to the restroom opened. From what I could see under the door, they were unaccompanied, and most of them were NOT wearing shoes. They sort of used the restroom, but were mostly in there yelling at each other and playing with the paper towel dispenser. The sheer volume of these activities should have alerted someone outside, whether it was the mother or an employee, but that did not happen. After several minutes of this, it became quiet, and I assumed they had all left. When I finished and came out of the stall, a woman (not an employee) was standing in the men's room. Obviously, I was a little shocked to see a women in the men's room so I asked her if I could help her. She said she was waiting for her son. I told her that I was the only guy in the room, since there was only one stall and one urinal. So, I'm guessing she was standing around in the restroom the whole time I was using it? Yeah, that's not awkward or a total violation of my privacy. Off to a bad start then... Next, we ordered our food, and they informed us that they were out of the spicy grilled chicken sandwiches and it would take at least 10-20 minutes to rectify that situation. We said we would wait, and proceeded to find seating. While we were waiting, the family with the barefeet children was busy causing total chaos in the restaurant area. Kids screaming and running around, parents too enthralled in their phones to give a damn about the fact that their kids were causing such an incredible commotion. We actually ended up moving to a completely different part of the restaurant because it was so unsettling. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we asked about our food, and they apologized again and said it would be a few more minutes. The food eventually came out, and it was excellent as you expect from Chick-fil-A, but the overall experience was pretty bad. I realize that a restaurant has no control over who comes into their establishment, but management should have stepped in and said something to one particular family. If anything, the shoeless children running around had to pose some kind of health violation, since they were climbing all over the tables and chairs of the seating near their parents. We did our best to deal with it by moving to a different location, but the overall disruption was impossible to avoid. Again, I feel like the management of this establishment should have done something, but they turned a blind eye instead. read more

Excellent. I highly recommend this establishment. Friendly staff. Always smiling and seem to genuinely be happy to be at work and helping you. Unlike the fast majority of similar restaurants. Food is fresh and hot. Even when lines of cars are wrapped around the building the process runs like a well-oiled machine and your wait is less than you would ever imagine. Well done Chick Fil A corporate, this local franchise owner and the entire staff that makes this one of the most successful examples of how a fast food restaurant should be operated. read more

The establishment closed at 8 o'clock because of weather on December 14th and the staff and manager we're very rude and disrespectful about it. Many times in the past months I have experienced EXTREME wait times and not friendly employees. I have found that typically the managers leadership and personality and how they treat their employees often shows in their employees behavior towards costumers. The church group that I have came with has often been told "maybe you guys just shouldn't come this week." They are very rude to us despite the fact we bring them a very large percentage of their business. Very disappointing and disrespectful. The east side Chick-Fil-A is very accommodating and very nice to our customers. No reason to respond to this or offer me anything. Just do better. I completely understand if you have had a bad day but at least treat your customers with respect. PS: this falls mostly to the manger and leadership staff not the normal staff. The associates that know me and my sister make snarky comments about anything that is different when we come in. The almost never get my order right now. This location is incredibly hit or miss with the service. I have probably pulled away from this location about the same amount as I've eaten there. The line is always incredibly long. On several occasions in the morning, I have pulled in the drive thru with AMPLE amount of time to make it to work, and then ended up late for work. Their parking lot is very chaotic. This location is so inconsistent, I would recommend a different one. read more
