Service is horrible. Long wait and the lady at the front doesn't listen when you order. Just quick to ask you a million questions without listening to the answer. Her name is Katherine. Drives me crazy. Soup had dried up spot off top when it hardens. Eww.

Rotten apple in my lunch at Panera

This the Apple they gave me in my lunch, it's rotten and leaking rotten fluids, I got home before I noticed

I ordered a Mac & cheese bread bowl, with an apple, and a green tea. They gave me a cup of Mac that was half full, green tea that was incredibly watered down, and gave me a baguette instead of an apple. I've tried calling the location 3 times - and nobody answers the phones. 0/5 stars if I could.

This Panera has friendly staff and okay food. The smoothies aren't the best however, the oatmeal is quite delicious. I would most likely be back as they are open pretty early in the morning and it's a good breakfast stop before work.

I decided to try Panera yesterday while out running errands. I went thru the drive thru and ordered a large "modern caprese" sandwich and a hibiscus tea. My order came to $13.82. I am very disappointed with the sandwich. It seemed very sparsely filled, especially regarding the mozzarella. It had one thin slice of mozzarella on the entire sandwich. To me, the cheese is the main ingredient of a caprese sandwich, especially when you are paying almost $10 for it. They used marinated or stewed tomatoes instead of fresh which made the bottom slice of bread very mushy. As an alternative to Panera, try Zoe's Kitchen just up Montgomery Hwy by Gander Mt. The food is delicious and fresh, and the staff is super nice.

Quick, friendly and tasty. What else can I say. I was in a strange town for the night and luckily they were practically next door.

The River Nile Cafe will NOT disappoint. I'd recommend this establishment to any friend of mine. As…read moresoon as you walk into TRNC you immediately are greeted by several cheerful employees, shout out Miss. Jaden for her service. Not to mention the aroma of fresh herbs! As soon as you walk in you can tell everything is FRESH. The menu has something for everyone and anyone. I'll add, if I lived in town and wasn't just visiting. I'd stop here everyday for a coffee and pastry. I'll add those menus as well. Food, that I tried. ---------------- Appetizers(Sorry those pictures stood no chance.) ---------------------------------------------- The Bread Basket: The Rosemary Bread with Olive Oil and Herbs was fresh and an awesome starter. The quality is like non other. (10/10) Spinach & Artichoke Dip: A very creamy dish, served with pita bread. Which was a nice take on the traditional dip! (8/10) ---------------------------------------------- Entrees ---------------------------------------------- West of Eden: The bread was fresh made rosemary bread, cut into thick slices. The chicken was moist. (This is my girlfriend's review of the dish.) (8/10) The Gouda Burger: For starters I knew this burger was special when I saw the description in the menu... Boy, was it. The sirloin was juicy, and tasted perfect with the chipotle dressing. Which the sweet mixed with spicy chipotle was a perfect balance.
