Up until today I loved this location because I could study and eat good food. While I was setting up one of my favorite spots, a worker told me that I need to move to a smaller table somewhere else. This was very unnecessary since it wasn't busy, and I was sitting at a two person table. Due to taking care of my parents, I am not able to frequent the cafe as often as I would have otherwise liked. Today, my parents and I decided to eat there to enjoy soup in a bread bowl and the free welcome treat, to which I was told the offer had expired. My mother and I decided to share soup in a bread bowl anyway. After ordering and being seated, the cashier politely told me that they were out of bread bowls. We requested the soup be put in 2 small bowls. When our order was ready, it was in one large bowl. I again requested 2 small bowls but was told no, they couldn't do that. I also requested an additional spoon since I was splitting it, to which I was ignored (I know I spoke loud enough because the girl behind the counter looked at me then turned and walked away without saying a word). I requested to speak to the manager, Mr. Taylor, who actually came to our table about 15 minutes later. We were almost finished eating by that time. I explained the situation to him. He did offer to put the remaining 2 bites into 2 smaller bowls. He wasn't very concerned that his customers were dissatisfied. As a result, we left our panera cards with the cashier for Mr. Taylor, with the message that we would not be back. Panera Bread lost 3 customers (with a rather large family) due to Mr. Taylor's standing on "pomp and circumstance" that there was nothing he could do. A manager concerned about repeat business (and we do live in the area), would have done something more, even if he had to take it out of his own pocket. I have searched the email I was sent stating a free welcome treat upon the next visit, and your website but have yet to find where it says the free welcome treat expires after a certain length of time. The food is very good, even though pricey, but the customer service is sorely lacking from the manager on down. read more

When panera first opened it was really good. In my experience most panera locations offer great service and food. We got breakfast pretty regularly in the beginning. Now? Your order will frequently be wrong or missing ingredients. The food is great, but the last drive thru and service are frustrating. Last week I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with soup and fruit cup only to be handed a half a sandwich. When I told the cashier she huffed and corrected the order. I chalked it up to bad day. Today I ordered a soup, turkey cheddar apple sandwich, and a coffee. The sandwich didn't have cheddar (one of the main ingredients listed) and I wouldn't have received my coffee had I not reminded the cashier. On another occasion we paid for a hot chocolate and almost didn't receive it because the cashier didn't tell the line. When we mentioned it they acted like it was our fault that they weren't told about the drink. Overall, the staff just doesn't seem interested in being decent to their customers. We'll just take our money to Atlanta bread where they're nice and actually care about getting our order right. Or just making food the way it's listed on the menu. read more

My wife and I went there for the first time in a while. I ordered what I always ordered (French onion soup and ham and Swiss sandwich pressed). When we received our order I realized they used rye bread to make my sandwich and I do not like rye bread at all. I after a few seconds and some coaching from my wife decided to take it back up there and I got a ladies attention and said to her " I am sorry but I didn't know this sandwich was made using rye bread and I hate rye bread". She said she would make me another one and I was greatly pleased with that. I went and sat down with my wife and ate my soup while waiting on my sandwich. As we are sitting there I can hear the same lady start mocking me about "he hates rye bread" to I am assuming another worker. I look at my wife and ask her is this lady mocking me because I hate rye bread? My wife wanted for us to just get our money back and leave but I said "no". The lady brought the sandwich to my table and I bit my tongue and finished my soup and threw the sandwich away. Folks this is exactly why I do not ever return food or complain. I will follow my own rules about this in the future but I will say that there is no reason for what she did or how she handled this. We as customers don't know what comes on a lot of things and sometimes we just do not think about asking but that shouldn't be grounds for an associate of the organization to get upset or be a smart mouth. Anyway this is why I am giving a 1 star rating. It is kinda sad how one person can ruin a good meal or a companies reputation. Oh well. read more

I was excited to hear Enterprise was getting a Panera bread, but I've been very disappointed in our location's overall food quality and service. After being open almost 4 years, one would assume it should be a smooth operation; unfortunately, this one is not. The establishment's dining area is always in need of being cleaned. Tables are often laden with napkins and food crumbs. The walls have food splatter in places that I know have been there almost the same length of time the place has been open. On several occasions I have shared the same dining area with employees who sit and play on social media(maybe it's their break) and gossip and laugh loudly without any reverence for the diners. I've watched employees who appear to be cleaning the dining area walk past obviously dirty tables and floors and not even stop to clean. It is possible I've cleaned the tables at Panera more than the employees have. So why do I even bother going? I continue to go because my daughter likes the macaroni and cheese, but now even my 8 year old has turned her nose up at that. The past several times we have gone it is obvious that she is being served dry, overcooked, left over macaroni and cheese. It looks like it has been left in the pot all day. For $8 for a kids meal, one would expect better than that. Recently Panera has swapped serving dishes. I ordered a bowl of soup and my husband got a cup of soup. I looked at my bowl and noticed it looked like we had the same amount, so I took my daughter's macaroni that was served in the same size cup as my husband's soup, dumped it on her plate, and poured my soup into her bowl, and sure enough...he and I had the same amount. I mentioned this to the manager on duty, and she said, "Thanks for letting me know." There was no offer to remedy this. She was probably still thinking about the hair a customer before me had complained of finding in his sandwich. Additionally, my orders are most often incorrect. If I get a to go order, I have the opportunity to sit at the wait bench and see all of the employees on their phone instead of working. Interrupting a social media scroll or anything phone related will get a look of scorn from employees, be forewarned! There is a tip jar at the register. It is meant for monetary tips, but one day I may slip an actual piece of paper with a written tip on it: Please, take pride in your work. You never know who is watching. Always do your best; you never know who is watching. There is a lot of value in a job well-done. And it doesn't matter what that job is. In this case it is employees taking pride in excellent service and food quality for its patrons- without its patrons businesses would not thrive. I'm sorry to say that I can't support this business anymore, especially at these prices, until it gets its food service and food quality back in order. read more
