Guys for the love of all things holy if i'm paying $8 for a to-go cup of mac n cheese or soup just fill the cup and stop rationing them like the Germans are still flying overhead. After ordering online, I expected to be able to go to the restaurant and pick up my prepaid order. Instead, there were signs posted saying that I would have to wait in line and then ask the cashier to get my order. I've only really done drive through at this location, but it's always so good and not too long of a wait. I love the iced vanilla "Madagascar" latte (which apparently has less caffeine - great alternative for pregnant people) and I love the broccoli cheddar soup and most of the salads. The avocado chicken chipotle melt is also very good. Also have you tried their chocolate chip cookies? We drive across town just for those things . This location is always clean and very welcoming. The food is always fresh and the customer service is outstanding.

I do not recommend this location... I've only been here twice and both times my order was messed up. The first time I ordered a Mocha with almond milk, and didn't noticed that it was NOT a mocha, and definitely NOT almond milk. I didn't notice until I had already driven away. The second time, I ordered a large iced mocha with almond milk. They first tried to give me a small hot coffee. I politely told them that was not what I ordered, they walked away before I could repeat my order. They returned again and tried to give me another hot coffee. I told them again that this is not what I ordered. They asked me to pull around. I waited another 5 minutes for my drink to be made. I finally received the right order, but it tasted not good :( very bitter and I don't think any chocolate added. I will not be returning to this Panera Bread. read more

I picked up a meal from the Enterprise, Al location on Friday night. I ordered a Chicken Frontega sandwich. The chicken was fatty and stringy, there was a tiny piece of basil on the bread. I took 2 bites and it was terrible, there wasn't even any cheese in it. Called and spoke with the manager, she could care less by her reaction. This is my favorite Panera Bread location. Whenever I would come here I would try something different. I loved the salads that they have and that is a big compliment coming from me because I have never really been a huge salad person. The menu was always changing as items were coming and going for the different seasons. In the fall I loved getting their Turkey Chili and then in the Summer I always got their Pesto Vegetable soup. I tried a lot of the different sandwiches. My favorite were the ones with Turkey. I wasn't a fan of the Bravo though. That sandwich was just gross, but I'm sure there are people who like it. I love the short bread cookie and the rhubarb mini cakes. Every once in a while the place wasn't very clean. There would be tables that needed to be bused and counters that needed a good wipe down but I always assumed that they had just finished a rush before I came in. There was always at least a clean place to sit. The management at this place is also great! If the store manager is in he will walk around the restaurant and take your plates that are empty and he will talk with you. He makes a point of trying to learn the customer's names and he always has something good to start a conversation about. I have never been to a Panera Bread that had people who do that. I know Panera is a fast food restaurant with a good reputation, but it is nice to know that the staff care. I also love that they are open until 10. When I was in flight school it was hard on weeknights to find places to eat because everything closes so early. Panera does a great job catering to the people who live in the area. read more

Why is it impossible to remember basil goes on the Frontega chicken panini?! They always forget. It was almost inedible tonight vs. last week, didn't taste fresh, the chicken had a weird taste. I'm not a huge fan of this Panera location. When you go to pick up your order, it looks really messy and dirty behind the counter. Plus most of the employees are extremely rude. The Panera in Dothan is just as bad. I used to eat here 3 times a week for lunch, I haven't eaten here in months because I just can't deal with the cleanliness issues and the employee attitudes. I usually love panera, but this specific location is terrible. I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich (not sure if it was what the avocado is stored in before putting it on the sandwich or what... This picture seriously looks like I staged this but no, that's what I bit into...) I have always loved Panera Bread. However, the location in Enterprise leaves something to desired. The food is comparable to other PBC locations (if your order is correct), but the coffee is usually not fresh and no matter what coffee you order it has a hint of hazelnut. There is usually limited seating, because most of the tables are dirty. Also, Apparently the Enterprise location no longer carries soy milk. Not sure what is going on at this location. They obviously need a better store manager, because this place is always out of everything and it's never clean. read more

It is a great place no matter the time of day. The staff is usually pretty good, but they sometimes don't get your order right. They have a manager that has been there probably since they opened and when he is there, everything is perfect. Our grandson loves their dinner rolls for breakfast and they always have his order ready when he walks in to include the two butters he wants for each roll. Panera's food is better than the typical garbage fast food, but it's served at a fast food pace. The only thing that varies is the competency of the employees who fill the order. This place is fairly quick to get the food out...but something is ALWAYS forgotten in the order. So it gets a 4 stars for the non-gourmet but still decent food, but 1 star for always always always leaving something out of the order. This location's management needs to figure out a better training program for its employees bagging the orders, since only Taco Bell is consistently as awful about mismanaging orders. It would certainly pay off in getting people through the drive-thru faster, since we now won't leave the drive-thru window without visually verifying every single thing on our order is in the bag and on the receipt. read more

The employees don't understand service, they toss the food on the counter with no regard to who is picking it up, and they have no clue about their own menu when I ask simple questions.
