When we arrived they had no tea or sprite so we just got water as we are not big soda drinkers. Check your water, ours had black chunks in it. Also check for your card because they forgot to give ours back and we had to come back after realizing it. The card isn't a huge deal as they kept it safe until we returned and the girls working there were very nice. But the black chunks in the water were VERY off putting. Was it mold? If so what else has mold? It's concerning and I'm glad we didn't get tea because I likely wouldn't have seen the floating things in it. read more

I wrote a nasty review a few years ago because this location genuinely deserved it. The food was always wrong and nasty, however in the last year it's gotten so much better. The service is always great, it has its ups and downs but the food is always great now. I genuinely think everyone there is super nice now too, it's definitely changed for the better and I think the people that are there who make it run, deserve recognition because there was a time I wouldn't feed the food to a stray dog, and now I go multiple times a month, sometimes a week. read more

I ordered my food online. Simple and easy, almost too easy. No mention that the lobby is closed. My husband goes to pick up the food and we find out the lobby is closed and his truck will not fit through the driveway. I call the store and the girl tells me to have him park on the side of the building with the driveway and she will bring it out. We have a GMC 3500 dually. You can't miss the big black truck but apparently she could. He finally walks up to the window and she gives him the food. He gets to his moms and the food is cold because she didn't come out to him. I've ate here at least 4 times in the last 3 months, and every time I'm disappointed with the service and food. I know nobody likes a "Karen" but Jesus Christ how hard is it to get 1 order for 2 people right. Tonight I was shorted 2 large frys, so I come back up there after calling the store. The manager picks up who specifically said I'm sorry we'll cook up a fresh batch of 2 large fries they'll be ready when you get here. I show up and some lady's mopping it's 10:05 so they're closed, lady who's mopping is trying to ignore me but clearly sees me with a receipt in my hand knocking on the door. Finally after like 10 minutes, I get my food come back home and open my meals the large frys are mediocre and boneless chicken wings are missing like 4 pieces. I understand fast food restaurants mess up occasionally, but my chances of getting my simple order right on the first try is 0-4. Staff is always rude. Always make you pull to the front to wait on your food after you've already waited long enough in the line. Multiple times I've been forgotten when asked to pull to the front and park. Had to go inside for the order and then still wait and no one even knew you were waiting for an order. Last week waited 30 minutes for 3 grilled cheese kiddie meals. The wait isn't even the worst part, the worst part is they act like you are an inconvenience for being there and ordering food and no one apologizes for the wait or even cares. I've been back multiple times to give this place I chance but I can't do it anymore. I had a 3-piece chicken strip meal which came with Zax sauce, 3 of the tiniest chicken strips I've ever seen in my life, a bag of chips that had steamed to a soggy texture, a piece of Texas toast that was so chewy I could barely bite through it, and a cookie loaded with raisins. Ew. Double ew for the raisin cookie. I've probably never been colder in any restaurant. Early January with freezing temperatures outside and it felt like the air conditioning was on inside. I had to move to a new table, it was so uncomfortable at the first one I chose. Every employee was wearing a coat. When I asked if the heat was broken, the poor girl looked embarrassed to tell me "we're not allowed to adjust the thermostat". The owner had been in earlier and that's how she left it. Food overall was pretty good but the customer service is terrible. You stand their forever for them to help you and when they do they act like your an burden. They walk by you and they see you and they keep walking past you with no intentions of trying to help. You have to call them out before they even respond to you. I think we caught them on an off day. Employees seemed confused and argumentative. Saw them apologizing/making excuses to several people after messing up their orders. (they got ours right though, so that's cool! ha!) They were out of ketchup. Lines were getting backed up. I don't know, just seemed like a bad string of events for the employees. We go there often, but we always eat their salads. You have to be very hungry to finish it. I have never gotten a to-go order. They give you a pasta type bowl and when you are finished, you take it to the trash and dispose of it much like at Panera Bread. There are quite a few TV's there and the decor is college football. I have been to the local Zaxbys drive through twice in the last 3 days, between the hours of 8 and 9 PM. On both occasions, I had to wait for 8 - 10 minutes for them to get an order of boneless wings. This is an unacceptable amount of time, given that there were no customers in the dining room, and I the only customer in the drive thru lane. Also, the girl behind the window was mopping the floor, and handling the garbage can without any gloves on her hands, and then handing food out the window. If it were not for my grandson wanting the wings, I would never patronize this business again. I mentioned the unsanitary conditions to the girl, and she said she doesn't handle food, so it doesn't matter. Maybe a call to the health department inspectors is in order. read more

Never correct order, if it is right, it is usually cold or overcooked. Employees are very rude. Especially if you ask for something THEY forgot while you are in drive thru.
