Probably one for he worst places in the area. On the night of graduation in the city, of course people are going to come to BWW but they constantly lied about wait times and had people waiting for two hours. The staff was unapologetic and showed no empathy with the fact that people were exhausted. The manager (who resembled a lord of the rings character) honestly gave zero cares about the poor service. Should have left when we saw the health rating. I've eaten at real Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants before, and they're decent. This is a Bobo Wild Wings. Not a sports bar atmosphere at all. Food was decent, but overpriced. Service was not great. Drinks were inconsistent and slow. Forced to pay with the kiosk at the table. We were splitting the ticket, so we had to do it manually on the kiosk. And it charged us for a game but we didn't play any games. Even after doing half the servers work ourselves, we would have left a little tip, but the game we never played stole our tip money. I had previously left a five star review, but after what I just experienced, I am rescinding it. My husband and I went for lunch on my hour long lunch break. We opted to dine in because I know that take out can take longer than estimated most days. To begin with, we went in and picked a table. Despite the building only being at half capacity, numerous tables were unusable because they hadnt been cleaned from previous guests. We sat down and patiently waited for an employee to approach. It was nearly ten minutes before ANYONE came to even take a drink order. The woman said she was just a cashier and to bear with her. Not a problem, we understand being short staffed. Ten minutes later, she still hadnt come for our food order, but she had delivered food to another table. She never once checked on us. I could see other employees working other tables and areas, looking at us, but never anything to help assist. After another ten minutes and half my lunch hour wasted, we walked out. We still had not been checked on since ordering drinks. People who came in after us were getting orders taken and service. Absolutely unacceptable. Whoever was manager on duty is just collecting a check because they were NOT managing their shift at all. read more

Honestly at this point it's a waste of money. This isn't the first time not the second not the third. This is the fifth time I feel like I have been screwed over by trying to get food for myself. Thought we might have a redeeming moment from the last time but nope. Walked in sat down to a dirty table and had a waitress tell us they would be with us in a moment then she never came back. We waited 10mins and no one even asked what we wanted to drink. So we got up and left. They weren't busy maybe 4 tables including us. Several waiters looked at us and ignored us. Had to ask to have our table cleared off and they didn't even wipe it, I used the sanitizing wipes at the table to clean it off. No one came to our table for our drink order for at least 10 minutes. Yikes. I was so happy when this place first opened but each time we have gone here it's gotten worse and worse. The last time we went the tables were almost all dirty, no one greeted us/hostess was no where to be found. The waitress barely came out and we ran out of our drinks and had to flag anyone down to help. I'm so shocked how it went downhill so quickly. I think they need new staff who actually want to work. Or maybe it's management? The food has somehow gotten worse too. Last time the chips were so stale and the fries were cold. We visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Enterprise Alabama tonight and our experience was horrible! Whoever owns and manages this place has no clue what they are doing! The poor guy who was bar tending was doing his best but was the ONLY bar tender and not only was he making the drinks for the entire restaurant plus taking orders he had an entire counter top of dirty dishes that apparently he was somehow supposed to wash at some point?! When we Finally received our food it was cold, overcooked and half of it was missing! We sat and watched people complaining as well as people walking out! We have been coming to BWW since they opened in Enterprise. Hannah one of their servers is the rudest servers I have ever encountered. The first time she ignored us we had to ask other servers for refills, boxes and our check. 2nd time was a repeat of ignoring us. We have come in since then and she has refused to wait on us because I brought her attitude to the managers attention. Tonight we came in and sat for at least 10 minutes before she walked over and with a snarky attitude told us that we were in her section and we needed to move. Management needs to do something about Hannah. I have spoken with numerous people who have all complained about her. She is causing yall to lose out on business due to her being rude and incompetent. read more

That was the first and last time we will ever waste over $100 on food from this restaurant. No refills, no napkins for 40 freaking wings, waited over 20 minutes to even see our waitress (who was horrible)... excuse for bad service was she just got a table with 20 people which we never seen her at the table, but regardless, you still have to check your other tables. I hate to make this review considering they recently opened but good lord. 5 of us, 2 kids and 3 adults. We were there for nearly 2 hours. Husband ordered wings, those came out first and were pretty decent. Got a kids cheeseburger and asked for a tomato, the tomato took 30 mins to come out. Ketchup was empty and when they gave us a new one it exploded. No silverware and there were no napkins. The waitress brought a handful of napkins and I'm pretty sure they came from the bathroom. I got a buffalo chicken wrap and it came 1.5 hours after ordered. Everyone was done eating when it finally came out. It was truly disappointing. It was cold it looked like 1 cut up boneless chicken wing was the meat with no sauce. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the waitress was kind and the wings were decent. Went for lunch while visiting town. I understand this location opened a week ago but there is no excuse for corporate to be letting this place run the way it is. We waited 50 minutes for a 20 minute wait, once sat we only had 5 selections for beer, our food started coming out before our drinks 5 minutes after we ordered food and drinks, 20 minutes to get a can of beer. Each person got their food at completely different times. Fries were cold. They were out of napkins. Checks were messed up twice. Etc Also - Men's bathroom urinal is wide open so a corner table by the bar can see straight in to the bathroom. Need to improve urgency at cleaning. We saw multiple people cleaning their own tables to sit down. People sitting next to dirty tables throughout the whole time they were here. We saw customers cleaning their own tables in order to just sit down. Employees walk past numerous dirty tables and don't pick up anything or wipe anything down... Me and my wife tried this new buffalo wings wings out since we were in town. We have one where we live but wanted to see if there is a difference since it's new. I hate to leave a bad review especially with it being new but the only thing that was really good here was the fries. We visited on Sunday afternoon when it wasn't very busy and the service still was a little slow. We ordered an appetizer and it came with the meal which isn't a big deal. The boneless wings were average at best nothing fancy. My biggest complaint is I understand it's a sports bar but the music was very loud almost to the point it was hard to hear my wife infront of me. From the other reviews I've read I'm hoping they can fix the issue before they loose a lot of business. I would give them another shot but it will be some time before I do. read more

Upon arriving to the restaurant I check with the Take Out staff and they inform me that my order isn't ready and a couple of my items in my order are out of stock. I substitute the out of stock items with a 10 piece traditional wing order...40 min later I am still at the restaurant waiting on MY WHOLE ORDER! Nobody came came. 5 servers standing at the desk, choice of music was more important, then customers. 5.15, still no one. We left at 5.22. No service, no greeting, dirty table. No so long, auf wiedersehen or anything. Just 5 servers paying us no mind that we left. The restaurant seems nice and clean overall, that why I gave you 1 star. We were looking forward to having BWW in town. But we won't be back. You put a group of young people together like this, all else will take priority. They do not care about work, customers or your restaurant. Supervisor is needed on that floor. Very few and far in between will you find top notch, hard working your folks. Again we won't be back. It's way too small for a BWW. Not enough seats, not enough staff, and the fact they don't do call ahead seating is TERRIBLE. I called, because it's a 20 min drive, and was told no wait for a party of seven. Pulled in exactly 20 minutes later and the parking lot was full and was told it'll be 50 min to an hour and 15 min. I went to the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Enterprise and it was packed. I guess that should be expected since it just opened. Luckily, I went by myself and was able to grab a seat at the bar and did not have to wait in line for a table. The staff and the bar were very friendly. However, extremely undermanned for the crowd that was present. I ordered my food, which took longer to get that I would have liked, but that was to be expect due to the large crowd. The food itself was very good and my overall experience was as good. I will definitely return simply because I love B- Dubs. read more

This location opened within the last week, so there are still a lot of kinks to be worked out with their service. The place was packed and parking is a significant issue. We ordered wings to go through the BWW app. The app estimated the order would be ready at 6:10pm; it was actually not ready until 6:40pm. As I said, there are kinks to be worked out. Overall though the food was good- we had both traditional and boneless wings. Big shoutout to Lanee! When I arrived the to-go room was packed with people, some of whom were understandably grumpy having waited a long time for their food. Lanee was amazing- polite, professional, and very organized. She told me that she personally bagged the order and that I was lying about missing those items.
