This is the first time I have visited a BoJangles and the chicken was hot, spicy and delicious. My choice came with a biscuit, tots and green beans. The service was excellent. I was greeted upon entering and three people offered to help me before I made my choice. The restaurant looked clean and the restroom was clean when I visited on my way out the door. Best chicken in town served with the best customer service in town. I've only had one bad experience at this location and I would've given a 5 star that day as well. The staff is attentive, kind, and having a great time. Joy must be a secret ingredient, because the food is spot on. I prefer takeout, but the inside is always clean if that's your style. My husband bought lunch for both of us and when I opened the box I had a piece of crust ni meat instead of a thigh and a tiny drumstick that looked more like a tiny bird than a piece of chicken. The employee (Bailey) knew what she was putting in that box and it's shameful. I doubt baje would give that food to someone eating there. Many years ago when I lived in Myrtle Beach I frequently picked up Bojangles for breakfast as soon as they opened. I fell in love with their fresh out of the oven ham biscuits. Currently I live where there are no Bojangles so I couldn't leave the area without having their delicious biscuits. Experience: Approximately at 1100 hrs I went by their drive-thru and ordered a ham biscuit with fries. Kudos to the staff who were attentive, fast and efficient; I paid and got my order in less than two minutes! Heck Yes Biscuits!! The biscuit was not as fresh as my early morning out of the oven biscuit but fair enough specially for fast food; Ham was just right. Now, their fries!!! My heavens!! I had nevr had their fries and oh my oh my they were good!!! If you love #oldbayseasoning you are in the same boat as I am.. their delicious fudging fries are seasoned with a very like old bay sauce!!! Made my morning!!!! My husband just placed an order at the drive thru. It was two piece chicken (non spicy) w/coleslaw, a non spicy chicken sandwich combo w/unsweetened tea. He received three pieces of chicken, no coleslaw and I received a spicy chicken sandwich with sweet tea. I ate at the one on Lee St in Enterprise AL for breakfast on Jan 3rd. I would give it more because the staff was nice enough but the manager threw a little fit when I said my food wasn't how I asked for it. He didn't say anything but he literally picked up my food and threw it like 10 feet into the trash and stomped back to the kitchen to make an entire sandwich again. Very poor management skills in my opinion. Then I heard him talking about me from the dining room. Pretty nice for a Bojangles. Very clean. They have a TV in the seating area in case you want to not stare at other folks. Actually the view outside is not so bad. The food was hot and quick. Folks that worked there were very nice and made me feel at home. read more
