The vibe is just so welcoming and warm, not to mention the cozy decor. Music plays at a gentle volume while one can choose to sit and any of the comfortable chairs, whether on the main floor or up on the inside loft. The kids loved the fact that they had games to play while they sipped on there smoothies; and with adjacent seating, a hectic day bacame quiet retreat. Not that I would, but I could have stayed there for a good couple of hours. Parking is ample and the staff are quite amiable. I needed a specific image printed on my cake. I called ahead of time and asked if this would be an…read moreissue. The lady on the phone insisted this wouldn't be an issue, but that I would need to bring in my own image on a physical print. I went out of my way to visit a local library to pay to get this image printed. I get up early to go to the bakery to place my cake order before heading to work. The lady sees my image and tells me I CANNOT print that photo due to licensing. This was so disappointing! No effort for accommodation or understanding for the trouble I went through. I am so disappointed. The lady then tells me to go to Facebook to look for people willing to do it. This would only add more time to the already stressful birthday I have planned. So upsetting.
