To be honest, the coffee isn't even that great anyway, so I guess they're doing me a favor. What really made me laugh is the sign on the window asking customers to leave a 5-star Google review in exchange for a punch card credit. If you have to bribe people for good reviews, that might be a sign something isn't right. Maybe instead of asking for 5-star reviews, they should focus on something simpler--like showing up on time and being open during their posted hours. At this point, I'll just make coffee at home.

It wasn't about the mistake -- those happen -- it was the way it was handled. It may seem like a small issue, but when someone is preparing your food or drink, attitude matters. A negative response in that moment doesn't leave you feeling confident about the overall experience. Customer service goes a long way, especially for regular customers. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning.

After some time away, the coffee is still great as ever. The service has gotten faster in that time too! The barista's and broista's are always nice, but definitely get overwhelmed because the door is constantly revolving with customers. I love their iced and hot coffee. They always have changing items on their menu and offer caffeine free, but still delicious, drinks. Really, I can't say enough positive things.
