I've tried giving this place a chance, but I'm done wasting my time…read more This is the third time I've driven here, about 20 minutes out of my way, only to find the place closed when their posted hours say they're supposed to be open. This morning was the final straw. Their hours say they open at 5 AM, and here I am sitting in the parking lot at 6 AM writing this review... and they're still closed. You can see the timestamp in the photos. Today is Monday incase anyone is wondering if I showed up on the correct day. To be honest, the coffee isn't even that great anyway, so I guess they're doing me a favor. What really made me laugh is the sign on the window asking customers to leave a 5-star Google review in exchange for a punch card credit. If you have to bribe people for good reviews, that might be a sign something isn't right. Maybe instead of asking for 5-star reviews, they should focus on something simpler--like showing up on time and being open during their posted hours. At this point, I'll just make coffee at home.

When I politely let the worker know about the mistake, she responded with a bad attitude rather than simply correcting the order. It wasn't about the mistake -- those happen -- it was the way it was handled. It may seem like a small issue, but when someone is preparing your food or drink, attitude matters. A negative response in that moment doesn't leave you feeling confident about the overall experience. Customer service goes a long way, especially for regular customers. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning.

They have Wi-Fi for customers. I ordered a chai tea latte, my mom had an Americano. For sweets, well it was hard to choose. I was super impressed that they have gluten free and vegan selections here! That can be hard to find. My mom and I ended up getting the cheesecake and some brownies. My chai tea, was made exactly the way I like it. The brownie was quite good, I felt it was rich and you could totally share it with a friend. However, my mom devoured hers with no assistance... so that could be just me. The cheesecake. Well you should know I am a totally cheesecake snob. It's ok, I'll admit it. My dad and I would alwys taste and rate cheesecakes when we would travel. I wasn't sure what to expect from this one. But. It was Lucious, creamy, rich, not too sweet and the texture was phenomenal!! While we were there we got to meet Keith. He is the owner, and his lovely bride. They both chatted with me and my mom for a few minutes. They had such a caring way about them. Keith also told me that they started serving lunch. While we were there to late today, I hope to visit for lunch soon!! One thing my mom also likes is their take away food. They have casseroles, as well as salads that you can take and bale at home. We were seated right away, but almost every table in the place was packed. Our server greeted us pretty quickly and got our beverage order started. My husband stuck with coffee and I got one of the energizer beverages the morning sunrise that includes elderflower tonic, orange juice, and period strawberry. It was delicious. I chose to order the breakfast burrito with fruit as my side. The fruit was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. There were a lot of grapes and it would've been nice to have some more of the melon but overall it was delicious. Breakfast burrito was nice and tasty. I would've liked a little bit more meat in it but again it was still delicious. My husband crafted his own breakfast and got bacon with some eggs and the French toast. The real highlight is the ambiance. It's a charming, cozy space, and having a winery inside makes it unique and adds to the experience.
