Honestly, I was shocked to see pho of any kind out here. Were from Atlanta & there are plenty of options for great pho or other Asian food. This review is based on the area and not of all pho places I've been to as I don't think I could compare a pho place in Enterprise to Atlanta or New York to be fair. This place had an unbelievable deal on beef pho with 2 fresh shrimp rolls for under $10. What a steal. Their sauce is kinda thin but the rolls were perfect. The broth is gingery but good. Packaged very well. I took pics after unpacking the food so you don't get to see how it came but soup was separate from everything else and they use foil to keep rolls apart from noodles and veggies. You get lime, bean sprouts, jalapenos, cilantro. Meat is Raw over noodles with onions It's pretty nondescript in the front like a takeout place but they have decor in the dining area. Bubble tea is made from powders & Thai tea is premade with milk added. They use milk instead of cream looks like as well. We didn't order any but watched a few being made. The food and service was really good. We were the only people at first, but as we were getting our food more tables came in. They open early for lunch so we took advantage of that. The fresh rolls were a hit. They made mine without pork after I asked without any problems. The veggies were fresh and crisp. I liked the peanut hoisin dipping sauce. I added some siracha table side to make it a little spicy. My entree was quite good. The waitress gave me several suggestions and I took her up on it. The restaurant is cutting too many corners. Bought spring rolls that comes with 3 shrimps inside. They are cutting the shrimp in half so you are getting 1 1/2 shrimp. The rolls show have romaine lettuce but they use iceberg. Ok iceberg lettuce but, but to cut the shrimp in half is stealing. You dont know the shrimp is in half unless you open the roll. The roll had too much lettuce and noodles so i wanted to take some out. That is how i noticed the shrimps were cut in half. Very deceitful. My whole family LOVES this place. They are so kind and helpful. I felt like they were my friends when I walked in and she remembered us the second time we came in. Everything was clean. The food is seriously amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Even if you think you don't like pho but you are going because everyone else in your house likes it....You'll be happy haha. I was always on the fence but usually I just go because my husband. I was very pleasantly surprised. My fav is P11 and I could really eat it every day and be happy. Finally! A Vietnamese restaurant in Enterprise, Alabama. I was very excited when I heard that there will be a Vietnamese restaurant in the area, now I won't have to drive to Montgomery or even Atlanta to fix my cravings. This is the first Vietnamese restaurant in all of Dothan and Enterprise. You bet I was there for there the second day it opened. When I entered, I was greeted with welcoming smiles as the hostess showed me my seat. The waiter came quickly and gave us our water while taking our drinks. The menu had a variety of food from pho to vermicelli noodles and rice. This is the first week they're open so they didn't have everything on the menu, which was okay- I didn't mind. The food came out fairly quick, in despite of the things I heard; but I understand and expected it because this is the first week so I'll give them a break on that. We got egg rolls and spring rolls for appetizers. The spring rolls were pretty good, it has lettuce and vermicelli noodles with pork and shrimp, but there wasn't mint leaves. The eggs rolls crispy and delicious, I wanted more! Pho was good. They were very generous with their veggies and meat. It tastes very homey and overall I enjoyed it a lot. They took a long time to bring out the food and not only that, my husband's meal came out before mine and by the time mine came out he was close to being done with his whole meal. Update. I went back and the experience was much better. The broth was much closer in taste to classic pho I've had from many places. It was average, but that's okay. I finished my pho easily this time around and would have no problem going back. This time I did not get the large size, and I'm not sure if that's part of the improvement. The noodles were also much better, being perfectly cooked and not coming apart at all. I also had fresh spring rolls, which again were exactly as I expected. All their flavors are pretty similar to average pho shops I've gone to. I don't think there's a better place for pho anywhere in the area. If I could, I'd give this 3.5 stars. I love Pho, and take any chance to eat at new places to enjoy the cuisine. This place is tucked in a small strip of businesses, overall good space for the restaurant. The staff was nice, they are quick to seat you and bring you water. Considering this was our first time here it took us a minute to filter the menu, but the waitress was very helpful in suggesting favorites. We ordered the crispy egg rolls, which had good flavor, my wife ordered the jasmine rice and shrimp, the rice was nice and sticky and there was about 6 or 7 shrimp with it. I got the P1 Pho bowl, the portion size was nice and the flavor was quite good. I did feel like there was a lot of noodles compared to meat and other soup filler. When i was done, all the noodles, meat, and broth, i wasn't bursting full but wasn't still hungry, so it was sufficient.
