    Tonkotsu Black Ramen

Since they've reopened again, I have tried their ramen twice and loved it both times! I've tried the kimchi ramen and the Tonkotsu Black ramen. Both very delicious!! I don't have a picture of the kimchi ramen from last time because it was so good that I didn't take a picture before I dug in. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves ramen or wants to try something new!

The food was so good!! We got the black tonkatsu ramen, teriyaki chicken and an ahi tuna taco! We waited about 5-10 minutes for all our food to be ready. The restaurant is clean the music is a tad bit loud for me but otherwise everything was good! Now every time we crave ramen we know where to go!

Create a bowl with shrimp and crab salad over white sushi rice. Avocado, mango, edamame, masago and crispy rice.

As a Korean-American and a once small-business cofounder of a boba cart in Atlanta, I can confidently say that this place is legit and the best in town. My fellow boba lovers, this is your sign to come! Their teas are brewed fresh and they don't use fake powders/ingredients! It's all real! YAY! Their tapioca is fantastic and delicious. Not too chewy and not too soft, just right! Plus, Their drink presentations are aesthetically pleasing. I recommend their roasted oolong with sea salt foam and their assam black milk tea. They changed ownership in 2023 and the service is amazing! The new owners and the associates are all so kind and personable. The shop itself is fairly sized! It has limited seating area (not for more than 12 people at most) and limited parking. Be careful not to park in the backs where some spots are resident parking only (learned from experience lol). They have two entrance doors in the front and back. Very cute spot! I drive an hour for it bcs yes, boba is in my blood LOL

The bubble tea was refreshing and flavorful, and I could choose from many options of tea, milk, and toppings. I tried the strawberry milk tea with tapioca pearls and it was delicious. The lumpia was crispy and savory, and it came with a sweet and sour sauce. It was a perfect combination of textures and flavors. The service was also quick and courteous. The young server was friendly and helpful, and he explained the menu and the ingredients to me. They made my order in less than 15 minutes and served it with a smile. They even mentioned my name. The ambience was cozy and inviting. The market was clean and organized, and the decor was simple and elegant. There were pictures of local landmarks and culture on the walls with soothing music playing in the background. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Ocean Oriental Market to anyone looking for a yummy and affordable snacks. I was pleasantly surprised to see they serve soft serve fresh ice cream as well. We tried the lumpia they were pretty affordable... if you've never had them they look like taquitos and are kind of like the asian version. They have meat shredded veggies and onions and came with a sauce. They had traditional desert Halo Halo which was ube icecream, coconut I think taro, green, red and white beans, noodle, coconut, maybe condensed milk..delicious.. Super colorful happy time desert in a cup. Try it if you haven't. So ya you can get ube icecream by itself here. I think there were some other asian flavors too. They have dumplings, some stir fry dishes and some more stuff. The cool thing about the bubble tea here is they let you mix flavors. I got a matcha taro! Not many places you can do that. If you in Panama City and have never tried Pilipino food come by here.
