Busan is a cozy Korean restaurant with a great staff that treats you like family. This was my first time dining here. It's relaxing, quiet and just right for a late lunch (almost 3 pm) after a very busy day. I was greeted by a gentleman as I was walking in the door. He took my drink order immediately and left me alone to study the menu. They have so many offerings on their menu. I like to start with my favorite and a very basic Korean entree - beef bulgogi. I was too late to order from the lunch menu but that didn't bother me. It means I get more banchan (side dishes) served with my meal! I ordered Yakimandu as an appetizer and beef bulgogi for my entree. I asked about their side dishes and he listed those that would be served with my meal, and that he offers 2 additional side dishes upon request. I opted out of one of the side dishes because I won't eat it. No sense in wasting food! He came around with a second set of the side dishes that I said I liked and without me having to ask. I liked all of the food and will return to dine here again. The flavors are a little different from what I'm accustomed to (more commercial restaurants) but I feel like traditional recipes are used. The food tastes like what you might expect in a Korean family home. The flavors of everything were well-rounded and there was no single flavor that stood out. In my opinion, that is what we all strive for. The Yakimandu was served with a dipping sauce and came out with the meal. The presentation was nice and the food was wonderful. The beef bulgogi was definitely better than most restaurants I have ordered it from. The side dishes were exceptional. I absolutely LOVE the daikon radish side dishes- it's my favorite part of the meal. I was so happy when I heard that it would be served alongside my meal today. It was as good as I had hoped! I also love spicy cucumber and kimchi. Both are very good here. The two sides I wasn't familiar with were the potatoes (served instead of bean sprouts) and the veggie pancake. I wasn't sure what to expect but I dug in. Like I've said in other reviews, I love potatoes almost as much as I love my husband. These are similar in shape & size as a thick shredded hash brown. They are cooked until just done and served at room temperature. They don't have a lot of seasoning so they would be a perfect complement to a spicy dish. The vegetable pancake had a unique flavor that I cannot seem to describe. It was mild and tasty. I have nothing to compare it to but I will be happy to have it again. Overall a very nice experience at Busan Korean restaurant. The lady who came out from the kitchen stopped by my table to talk for a few minutes. I got the hot stone bibimbap but requested for spicy pork instead of beef bulgogi. It was good but the only complaint I have is that the saamjang sauce seemed store bought- from a bottle/the shelf. If it was freshly made, it would have made the food experience perfect. The service I got was from an older gentleman and when I say gentleman, I mean it. Bless his soul 10/10 impeccable service and attentiveness. I was served some delicious sides, 6 in total that came with miso soup. The kimchi was on point along with the seasoned bean sprouts and cucumbers. I was pleasantly surprised by the korean pancake as a side dish. The ambiance is very chill. When I came in there was a group of three teenage girls already about halfway through enjoying their meal. The restaurant is set up similar to any eatery would be in Korea. There are many tables (two group tables (8 seats per table)) and two booths, plus an additional four, four-seaters along the wall. It's very cozy yet has ample space. My only complaint is that my table got the sam gyup sal (very delicious!), which has a required minimum of two people ordering it, but the display for the price is slightly misleading/vague. It should be clearer that you will be charged the price per person eating it, and not just for the meal, meaning the price will always be at minimum twice the price listed. So as an elite reviewer, I feel SO bad that I did not take any pictures of the food, because it was AMAZING! The reviews and pictures posted do not do this restaurant Justice. We were driving home from Miami and were in the mood for Korean so we took a little detour through Enterprise. This restaurant looks and feels exactly what you would find in a little alley in Busan. The food is authentic, and delicious. It's a family ran business and they are the sweetest. You can tell they truly love their customers and have a passion for sharing Korean food with the community. Husband and I stopped in here to get takeout over the weekend. Ordered steamed mandu, spicy pork & white rice, beef bulgogi & white rice, and bibimbap. Everything was excellent, comparable to Korean food we used to get in big cities on the west coast. It was definitely some of the best food we've ever had in Enterprise. Only have 2 small complaints: one is that the meat was pretty skimpy in all of the entrees and the second is that they are pretty pricey for the area (total was around $70 including tip). However, we were still very happy with the quality, taste, and authenticity of the food and feel that overall it was worth it. We are looking forward to coming back and dining in because the pork belly and the seafood scallion pancakes sound so good. You must try this place! read more

WE spent 2 days in Enterprise, AL last week visiting family and while there we had dinner at Busan Korean Restaurant. I spent time in South Korea in 2009 and I was looking forward to having dinner there. This restaurant is a GEM and our meal was outstanding. My wife had the Kimchi Fried Rice with Miso Soup and I ordered the Short Rib. It was the best meal we had in Enterprise. I recommend this restaurant for it food, service, and perfectly cooked Entree's and sides. read more

5 STARS Today was my first visit here. I live 5 hours away but visit my friend who lives here. We normally eat at a Thai restaurant in Daleville but decided to try something new this time; I'm so glad we did! I got the yakimandu and the spicy chicken. She got the beef bulgogi. The yakimandu was some of the best I have ever had, and thats saying a lot! No doubt it is housemade with love! The sauce served on the side is like I make at home, SO GOOD!!! The sides that they bring with the main course are: fish cakes, traditional cabbage kimchee, cucumber kimchee, potatoes, bean sprouts, and radish. All are so delicious. The spicy chicken was very good! I love spicy foods but I was sweating while eating it. It is VERY spicy, but was still able to taste all the ingredients. No the kind of spicy that it burns your mouth and you're unable to taste the food. It was perfect! My friend said the beef bulgogi was also perfect. This will definitely be a MUST HAVE whenever I come to visit! read more

Visiting family in Dothan and decided to try Busan due to the many highly rated reviews. It did not disappoint! Ordered the bulgogi beef, Yakimandu, and egg rolls. Many small sides (banchan) came with the entree: eomuk (fish cake), gamjajeon (potato pancake); kongnamul muchin (soybean sprouts), kimchi, oi muchim (spicy cucumber), and mu saengchae (sweet and spicy radish). Everything was flavorful and delicious. Our servers were polite and friendly, talking to my little daughter about k-pop. :). I will definitely be back when visiting next time! read more
