Owner may want to consider onboarding at least one percent (1%) milk, that way it can be mixed with the whole...just my thoughts. Grabbed a caramel donut for the culture as well. This morning was the final straw. Their hours say they open at 5 AM, and here I am sitting in the parking lot at 6 AM writing this review... and they're still closed. You can see the timestamp in the photos. Today is Monday incase anyone is wondering if I showed up on the correct day. To be honest, the coffee isn't even that great anyway, so I guess they're doing me a favor. What really made me laugh is the sign on the window asking customers to leave a 5-star Google review in exchange for a punch card credit. If you have to bribe people for good reviews, that might be a sign something isn't right. Maybe instead of asking for 5-star reviews, they should focus on something simpler--like showing up on time and being open during their posted hours. At this point, I'll just make coffee at home.
