When pulling up, a lot of cars in the parking lot. Got through drive thru and paid. Forced me to wait 25 min for my order to be delivered to my vehicle. When asked, 10 other vehicles were waiting for their orders. I feel like they're doing this to make their times better for corporate. I'll defiantly be contacting the local office regarding this. The staff was quick and friendly, however my ham and cheese wrap tasted like burnt metal. I let my wrap cool off thinking it just tasted like that because it was hot but the taste didn't get any better. My husband got the sourdough sandwich and said it tasted like you could taste the heating element (if that makes any sense). The donuts and coffee were good. read more

This is a normal stop on our way to and from Florida but no more. They first bout into the CCP Virus and closed the bathrooms which is always needed when we stop. They have a plexiglass shield up at the cash register so they should be safe or so the experts say however they demanded we have a mask. Mind you not one of the employees was wearing their mask correctly even if you believe in the BS there is a proper way to wear PPE. So I pulled my shirt over my mouth and NOSE and waited to be served however the manager came slowly up and said I needed a mask. Again she had a cloth masks I had a cloth shirt, I was fully covered and behind the plexiglass stop all shield. She still refused service. We will not ever stop there again. Dunkin Donuts is a good addition to the dunut scene. Krispy Kreme is totally delicious and I'm totally a fan. When I asked the Dunkin Donut manager about differences he gladly offered good information. The major difference is that the Dunkin Donuts are baked instead of fried. i was really disappointed in my visit today. it seems as though they have hired a new crew and are in training, which doesn't bother me at all, but it is clear that no one is helping the new staff or actually training. it took 5 minutes to order two coconut refresher drinks because the woman taking our order had to go ask for help, and then had to go find help again when we ordered a second flavor coconut drink (pink strawberry and purple pomegranate). when we got our order at the window the service was very kind and inviting which i appreciated, however upon inspection we did not get coconut refreshers at all and really do not enjoy the drinks we received. i hope they put more of an effort in their new associates instead of letting them struggle, unfortunately mess up customers orders and create a long wait line to order. read more

Ok writing this review on specifically the one on Montgomery Hwy... don't expect your order to be correct if you order more than one coffee. I ordered two hot coffees, one with no cream. They gave me two iced coffees both with cream. Couldn't remember what donut I asked for. Told me I couldn't get a sliced turkey egg and cheese croissant even though the other store makes it for me every time i've ordered it. Didn't have croissants. I was a little skeptical about going to a Dunkin Donuts in lower Alabama but I was pleasantly surprised after I visited this hidden gem. I talked to a manager who had attended the Dunkin University in Boston (didn't know there was such a place) so the store is up to speed with the other locations in the North East. It's new as of this past February and it is clean and well maintained, the selection of donuts looked fresher than what you'd find in the Boston area. I was very happy with the coffee, bagels, and donuts. Hopefully more Dunkin Donut locations will open up in the South soon! read more

I thought I would write a review since I was a little apprehensive about going here since the past customer service reviews were bad. I had a great experience staff was friendly and got my entire order correct (3 adults 1 kid worth of food). I came in early on Saturday morning so there were a few people but it wasn't packed. It was fast friendly and efficient. The food was standard dunkin donuts taste and they were fully stocked on munchkins. I was happy. Let me preface this with a little background. I'm originally from south Florida where Dunkin' is king and I was more than a little disappointed to find that there was only Krispy Kreme in the area, as I always found I enjoyed baked donuts over fried any day. Fast forward a couple years after moving here and they finally built the first one here. I was so excited, so I tried it. At first it was great, just like I remembered. Then about 2 months after it opened, they started getting disappointing, never had donuts unless you went early in the morning, among other things, so I stopped going. Then they built the other location, which I decided to give a try. This was also a huge disappointment off the bat. So I wrote them off entirely. Having visited another one about an hour away which was wonderful, I decided to give this location another try, thinking maybe it had improved. Nope. Not only did they close an hour early on the first day I tried, but the second try they were out of donuts at 3 pm and informed me they weren't making any more. Seriously?! Donuts is in your name! So I decided to get a coffee since I was already there and the clerk seemed inconvenienced by having to, you know, do something since I was the only customer there. I don't know if they have crappy workers or management doesn't care, or both locations have a single owner who really doesn't want to be bothered with making customers happy. Maybe a combination. Honestly though I feel like the Dothan locations sully the Dunkin' name. I KNOW that there are better locations than this. read more

On June 28th around 5:00 pm we went through the drive thru and the worker began to Ridley tel us to stop yelling, which I understand that the head sets are sensitive but we were not yelling, worker Ashley literally got on her phone in the drive thru window and refused to speak to us or tell us which coffee was which...and the coffee she made was horrible they tasted like watered down milk, so after asking for the one drink to be remade she began saying rude comments in the back ground. This is the SECOND time I have have had an extremely awful ecprience at this location. Very disappointed. I love Dunkin Donuts, but they don't seem to be making them for sale. My wife and I have a few types we like in particular, of course. We are in Dothan almost every weekend and stop at Dunkin somewhere around noon +/- an hour and they are usually out of stock on many varieties. I used to go for a second or third choice for one of us. Now I just walk out. Why should I bother getting a coffee, hot chocolate and a 3rd or 4th choice donut? So, now I am just going to quit trying. I would understand if it were near closing time, but these stops are late morning and they are open for roughly another 9 hours - is it that hard to track inventory? Me and the wife recently made our regular stop by this Dunkin on our way home to Panama City. This visit was the worst visit to any Dunkin I've ever had. The place was disgusting. It appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. The trash cans were overflowing everywhere. The bathroom needed major attention and the back of house area was also not clean at all. The manager was on duty and didn't seem to care about the condition of the restaurant. There is no way anyone could sit and enjoy donuts and coffee in the seating area. read more
