Do yourself a favor if you stop here, get an order because they were delicious! Crispy and crunchy in a good way. We're in Dothan for two more weeks and we will definitely be going back there a few mor times before we head to Florida. As far as the service you couldn't ask for anything better. We spent a month in Townsend Georgia last year and everyone was super nice and very friendly. I can't say that about the experience that I've been having here in the Dothan area, don't get me wrong all the people are very friendly and nice but unfortunately all of the places we had dinner at were not as friendly as the folks in Georgia were but this dinner changed all that for us. When it was finally time for us to order, the very first item on the lunch menu, which we ordered as an appetizer, we were told that it was not available for lunch, yet was the first thing on the lunch menu. Strike it out if it's not available! After waiting quite a while for our food, when it arrived we asked for silverware and ketchup. I had to ask 4 times for the first ketchup and then 3 more for a second ketchup. When my companion asked for a refill on her drink, we were told they were out of it. We can understand that sometimes things run out, but it didn't appear to us that the server even cared. No one in management attempted to check on us at any time. I could have talked with the manager when we left, but the restaurant is small and I didn't want to cause a scene. That may have been a mistake. Hopefully APCA can hire more staff and work out the wrinkles we experienced today.
