A rare find! These carefully fried circles of delight were surely hand crafted and soaked overnight. The donuteer delicately painted a thin sweet layer on each donut. And, although I ordered a traditional old fashion, the donuteer knew my heart was set on chocolate. However, it was the traditional donut with a vibrant white base that I was particularly excited about. I imagine the donuteer took a deep breath of something intoxicating, hung the donut like a canvas, closed his eyes, lifted one heal and sang an Eminem song (bc this was the moment) as he began to draw the perfect layer of frosting. Then, as the high set in, the donuteer used the donut to play darts with candied sprinkles. I'm confident the donuteer made many bull's-eyes. Congrats! We ordered these circular delights through DoorDash. When they arrived, my daughter was so excited. You see, she's in the army and far away from home. If she were home on Valentine's Day, she would had a traditional box of Krispy Kreme Valentine's Day heart donuts. A family tradition for more than 10 years. I was there mid-morning, almost noon time on Saturday 23 April 2022. There was no rush, you could tell they had been busy but I was one of two customers. I ordered a blueberry doughnut, breakfast sandwich and a sweet tea. The sweet tea was extremely too sweet, I had asked for 50/50 but they only had sweet. The girl forgot to give me my food. For ten minutes I waited and no doughnut, no sandwich. I had to remind her twice for the doughnut and then she left. Another girl made my sandwich about fifteen minutes later and she apologized. Out of the six girls there, three were off the clock and lounging in the front. Three were behind the counter but only one was actually working. None of them had any type of uniform on. First time ever at DD. I'll habe to say it was actually a great experience and it being a new place I hope it doesn't hit a hangover like most new places do. I had the Big N Toasted sandwich with bacon. You can have it with sausage or ham as well. As far is flavor it's LOADED. The Big in it's name is an understatement. You pay what you would for 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits elsewhere but it's all in one sandwich. All around a great sandwich. Now let's get to the drink. I myself am not a coffee drinker at all much less a fan of caramel but this drink was AMAZING. Very sweet and kills the strong coffee taste you might expect. I think it's a summer item, not sure, so it may not be around long. Service was ok considering the 3 section building that DD is in had a PACKED parking lot at 830 am on a sunday. I had to pull up and wait for my food but only for 30 seconds. The line moved along well and the ladies at the window were very respectful and hard working. So like I said before, I hope this place doesn't hit hangover mode and keeps up a good business for Enterprise. read more

First off, the two stars are for the donuts, otherwise I would offer zero stars. Additionally, this review is not a result of a confrontation and simply based off of objective observations. I was so excited when this Dunkin showed up, but after numerous visits the excitement morphed into disappointment. -SERVICE- The service at this location is absolutely atrocious and the level of professionalism or just normal work behavior, for that matter, is abysmal. Several times I waited at the counter while GROWN employees fight utilizing every piece of foul language possible. Although, I commend their creative use of colorful language, I absolutely condemn the disregard for decency. Along with the free show I received, the attitude of every employee there is terrible, not to mention picking up dropped donuts and placing them in a customer's order (which prompted this review). -ACCURACY- Bad service breeds poor accuracy. I always order a large black Ice coffee with sugar free flavoring and out of the last ten visits, they have gotten it correct three times!! -CONCLUSION- It's hard to pass up the occasional donut and coffee, but I urge you to seek a different establishment. However, if you enjoy the flavor of donuts off of the floor, incorrect orders, and heated colorful verbal exchanges, then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! I wish I could give zero stars, but this dunkin is near my house and I usually always go before I have class or work because I'm obsessed or was obsessed with their iced coffees I'm a regular customer and today I ordered my usual French vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar and drove to class in Dothan and was nearly to the bottom of the drink when I see there is A FLY and some other bug in my drink. They won't give you your total then, they enjoy the mystery, they tell you pull around to the window for your total like a Price is Right game. When you arrive at the window, the employee might look surprised to see you there, this is normal, remember they are as scared of you as you are of them. At this point, there is a 50/50 chance that you might be asked your order again and listen to the employee yell it to their coworker at the front counter, this is an ancient ritual passed down for generations, lucky you! You will be handed your order, which I have found through my travels here to be 85% accurate. After taking the order up to three times, one might suspect that the order would be 100% accurate every time, you must have a sense of adventure when frequenting this location. The first time I went through drive through and the worker had a really bad attitude towards me and my friends for asking questions about our order. I went again tonight and ordered three hot chocolates and some chocolate munchkins. The worker had an attitude again when we ordered. All three were so salty that we could not even drink it and the munchkins were stale. Both times we went we had the same worker. On the receipts it says her name is Christina.
