If you've been to a Dunkin' on the east coast, don't expect much from this location. When a business is designed around expeditious service at the expense of mediocre quality, there's no compromise on expeditious service. This was a drive-thru visit, which would be more appropriate if they called it a crawl-thru. I ordered a plain black coffee - yes, just a coffee. Upon paying at the window, I was told to pull my vehicle around and wait for someone to bring the coffee out to me where I waited another 5 minutes. Total time spent: 12 minutes. The Saturday morning staff is consistently terrible. They're usually better during the week, but it's a deterrent for me when I can expect them to not do their job. Literally the worst Dunkin you will ever go to. Half of the time (not exaggerating) they will not have what you order. I do not recommend using the app at this location as they do not have a means of canceling your order after you have you have placed it and you will have to settle for something that you did not want, or be told to come back later. I have gone to the Enterprise store 3 times in 2 weeks and all 3 times I've left empty handed because their cc machine didn't work, their latte machines didn't work, and/or they were out of syrup for frozen coffee. Did I mention the time I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and basically go a cold bagel with a drop of the cream cheese? Another time I ordered hash browns, which were undercooked, cold, and soggy. Also, they don't serve the Puppy cups like the Panama City Beach store and others do. PCB gives them for free. I'm willing to purchase them for my pup. I contacted the manager and they simply refuse to do so. Disappointing that my boy can't get a small cup of whipped cream when we drive through. This store has been open just a little over a year and last year the customer service was great. Lately, none of the workers smile, greet patrons with enthusiasm, nor do they have the manners they should have when taking orders and after the transaction is completed. Figured we'd try this place after getting back into town for a visit. The croissant sandwich I ordered came not well put together and cold. The latte was not very good and didn't drink more than a sip. Feel like I just paid for the brand name and ambiance. Had a better breakfast croissant sandwich at Burger King. I downloaded Yelp just to review this place. Staff is friendly, store is brand new, but the employees are untrained. Every time I've stopped here they have successfully screwed up my order. The worst part, is they print out a small receipt with my correct order on it, stick it to my coffee, and it's still wrong. It doesn't matter what you order. It's like ordering the mystery coffee every visit. I can understand if it's busy, you might get the wrong order. But I've been the only one in there, and they still manage to screw up. Want French Vanilla? Nah, you get Caramel Swirl. Maybe a small ice with skim milk? Nope, they'll hand you a cup of cream. You're better off skipping this coffee stop if you're in the area. read more

This is the poorest excuse of a donut shop that I have ever visited. My mom and I stopped by Dunkin Donuts Enterprise last night (1/17/2018), on our way home, and bought a dozen donuts. We should have folded that $10.00 and set it on fire, we would have gotten as much out of it. Those were, by far, the absolute worse donuts I have ever tried to eat. I may be wrong but doesn't a little bit of sugar go into the dough that is used to make the donut, and aren't you supposed to cook them so that you don't have RAW DOUGH. First time and the last time. Took my daughter and the place was filthy. Only two tables one was nasty and the small table was so shaky I folded napkins under the leg so we wouldn't spill our drinks. Literally awful service. There's one lady whose the manager and she's super sweet to me. I've gotten compliments on my hair and things but they are so incredibly slow. They need SOMEONE on their ass to MOVE because I try to go there for coffee before school and they always are so slow. They need to all get fired and replaced with someone who actually has a pep in their step vs someone who hates it and drags their feet. PATHETIC. Employees are all unprofessional and "ratchet". went through the drive-through to order and instead of telling me what kind of donuts they have since for some reason they can't put on the menu what donuts are available, I asked for certain type and they will just tell me we dont have any of that so I have to ask over and over. I ask " CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU DO HAVE!?" and the stupid lady responded that "we have 50 different types so I cant list them all" SO I said know what I will go inside and once I did, There was only about 10 different types available!!!!!! Are you kidding me!? I asked them who said that at the drive-through and they all responded "well it wasn't me.." RIDICULOUS.
