This place is so deserving of a stellar review. We are locals and this is my go-to fast food stop. The quality and freshness have been consistently great for the 5 yrs we've lived here. Customer service, at least at the drive thru, always leaves me with a smile. My menu choices are usually pretty simple: crunchy tacos supreme and Mexican pizza are my regulars. They are never falling apart, smashed together or stale. Toppings are cold and crunchy, and meat is not a gooey paste. It's "just" a Taco Bell but this place is doing it right. I went a while ago and one of the women working the window was superrr rude for no reason.. we went back because i love taco bell who doesnt but when we got home the bag was soaked. the mexican pizza ordered was put in the bag sideways and when opened looked basically destroyed (picture put in was after my mom had to put the toppings back on) and the quesadilla looked very thrown together and had basically nothing in it. im so upset i love taco bell bru but whoever worked tonight has officially ruined it for me. i also work at a fast food place and ive always tried to make sure it looked presentable and would taste well? so the excuse "fast food is stressful" doesnt work. read more

The lady on the register was very rude after she took my money and then tried to go make the food with the same gloves that she had on after touching the money then got mad at me for calling her out on it nothing was said to the girl even after rude comments. Stopped at this location on the way back from the beach. Quality of food was outstanding! Probably some of the best I've had. The restaurant was very clean and the workers were very friendly and helpful. My only two complaints are the wait. I ordered 3 items and waited almost fifteen minutes and they weren't very busy. A family behind me waited to order because the woman taking orders had gone outside. Secondly is the bathroom did not have soap. It had hand sanitizer but I think employees need to thoroughly wash their hands. read more

I have never been to a worse Taco Bell than this one. I give it another chance every few months to appease the kids and we leave disappointed EVERY SINGLE TIME! The food is sloppily thrown together, something is always wrong, and the meat soaks through the shells before you even pull away. You feel like you're eating spite tacos, like someone who hates you made them. The staff in the drive thru window is often rude and inconvenienced by your presence. Not to mention the wait times are horrendous. I wish we had more options in this town. This Taco Bell needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. read more

Visited this location today. There was a sign taped on the door stating that no orders for burritos could be filled until 2 July. I overheard the customer ordering in front of us as about the "issue with burritos" and the helpful young man behind the counter replied, "We ran out of tortillas and won't have them in until that day." My husband and I ordered; I'd tell you be name of the young man who helped us, but he nor any other employee up front had name tags on. The diet Mountain Dew was out-the diet Baja Mountain Dew was out as well. There were packets of salsa strewn under the ordering counter as well as a fairly large puddle of liquid that seemed to be touching some sort of wire housing and white covered wire. The store itself was dirty-tables we're not cleaned, the floor was scattered with remnants of food, and the salsa and napkin counter was unkept and sticky. Only I've napkin holder had any napkins in it-but the lid had been left loose or taken off. Our order was correct and we left. I've been to this location before and never have I seen it so unsanitary. read more

I love Taco Bell. Especially the Doritos Locos Tacos with the black beans. I went to this store today and ordered 3 tacos. What I got what as an abomination of a meal. The taco shell was shattered in a bunch of little pieces, the amount of sour cream on that taco looked like it had been on the receiving end of a glory hole. The beans were cold and there was very little cheese. I would take a bullet for pre 2000's Taco Bell. It used to be amazing. Now, it's mediocre at best. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Stopped on 7/29/19 at about 6:30 pm. There was no line in the drive thru which should have warned me something was wrong. When I tried to place my order I was informed they were out of lettuce. WHAT??? A primary ingredient in almost all menu items and you are out of it??? I informed them there was a grocery store right behind them, but was told they weren't allowed to purchase locally. So it is better to lose sales than purchase a much needed item locally? Poor management for running out in the first place and even worse corporate rules for no local purchase. Ordered my food at the drive-thru, and then proceeded to wait over 10 minutes in line while the car in front of me sat at the window eating their food, chatting it up with the the individual at the window register. I decided to pull into a parking spot and go inside to get my order. I have made several trips inside and drive thru at Taco Bells in Enterprise. I really don't know why I even go there. When I have gone in nobody is at cashier and I see they are standing around cutting up and not even acknowledging the customers. I usually just order tacos and when I start to eat my taco's I go to put the sauce on it and there's 99 percent of lettuce a couple strands of cheese and no meat hardly. I take it back and tell them I didn't order a lettuce taco and they get an attitude. Last night I went through drive through which I sat there forever. Order more tacos and pinto and cheese. Got home to eat and went to put sauce on them and again nothing but lettuce and I paid extra for meat and cheese. The order of Pinto and Cheese was brick hard had to throw that away. This store needs all new employees that really want to work and new management. That was my last trip there. read more
