What a great local find during a road trip! Friendly customer service in this donut shop with small lobby and welcoming glass counter display. We picked up a 50 count donut hole and wow! These doughnuts are amazing, light and fluffy and full of deliciousness! We stopped by on our way out of town with a trailer and there is no parking. I jumped out while he made the block. They make doughnuts and close when sold out. I got there at 10:15 and they were already out of some. The shop is small and first timers get a doughnut hole to try, also delicious. If you are passing by or near this location do yourself a favor and stop by!! The most affordable prices and the sweetest staff. We stopped by on our way to FL from ATL and wondered how we will ever make that drive without stopping there again! So many customers we were in line with were buying these donuts to take back home to loved ones. I mean dozens and dozens! The glazed are the best and they even come in mini donut hole versions. Very large donut sizes but they are so easy to eat (LOL)! There is also water, juice, and milk available. We drove from Wisconsin, after hearing how fantastic these donuts are.... We had to stop. We ordered an assorted mixed and had two donut holes. The donuts are fantastic... and the donut holes are flavor filled pillows that are made in heaven itself. If I'm ever in town again, I will definitely return here. read more

If you're in town, STOP HERE!!!!! I was in town for a quiet weekend away and stopped by early in the morning. I got to see them all in action making the donuts. They were super nice people! They gave me a fresh donut hole to try since I'd never been there before. And let me tell you, The Donut King has RUINED any other donuts for me!! These donuts are AMAZING, y'all! Superior! These go to 11 on the scale of 1-10. Some of the best, freshest doughnuts I've ever had the absolute pleasure of stuffing in my face and I've eaten a lot of LA (Los Angeles not lower Alabama) doughnuts. Enormous, fresh, cheap, beyond scrumptious. Treat yoself. Worth a drive. read more

This place has been around FOREVER! Don't judge the outside. The donuts are made fresh daily & expect a line (but it moves fast). They stay open until the last donut is sold each day. Once you have one of these donuts you won't look at Dunkin the same anymore... it's just not even a fair match up! The donut holes OH MY! This place is under construction. We parked at the church parking lot next door only to find out the men inside were redoing the concrete floor inside. We were not alone though. About 3 more carloads of folks were also disappointed at the construction but when they are done and opened- we the crowds will be back baby! read more

I cant believe how much this place has changed. We used to love coming here but now not so much. Donuts are definitely not the same. Icing taste nothing like the icing before new owners took over. The worst part is how unfriendly the people are at the front counter. It doesn't hurt to be courteous and friendly. read more

We stopped here on a whim heading home to Georgia. It's a small business, independently owned. There was lots to choose from. We were there at 5am so we got hot donuts! Amazing! The best donuts known to mankind can be found in the southeastern hamlet of Eufaula, Alabama. Hand made and fresh several times a day, these are not kept in a warming oven at KK or sitting on a shelf at DD. A dozen glazed with a large coffee will set you back 10 bucks. Been driving by this place fo years on our way to our pcb condo. It's definitely a seedy looking place but boy what lies inside is UHMAZING!!! Tasty fresh made donuts covered in plenty of sugar. Diabetics need not enter. This is just as good if not better than Krispy Kreme glazed. These here have more flavor and less airy which I like. Walk in the front door which has no windows, two pieces of plywood that says PUSH on it and a small case immediately when u walk in. There is no room to sit and 6 folks would probably fill the "lobby". They had choc frosted, strawberry frosted, cinnamon buns, long johns, and tons of hot glazed. Got 4 glazed, one sprinkled, one raspberry filled. The raspberry was the jelly that freaks me out and was super sweet so that was the last time for that but the sprinkled and glazed were spot on. Stopped by on our way through town and am so glad we did. The ladies running the place were so friendly and welcoming. My husband greedily ate his chocolate glazed so I didn't get to taste it but he said it was soooooo good. I had the glazed filled with raspberry. It's one of the best donuts I've ever eaten. We got a strawberry glazed for our daughter who is not on this trip with us. Not sure it'll survive the rest of the 8 hr drive home. You won't regret stopping. But go early!! Wow! This place only gets 5 Stars, because I can't put 6. Off the beaten path and absolutely no frills on the outside of this place, but oh are these donuts to die for. I pushed open the plywood doors to enter and was greeted by the two women in charge. Talk about Southern hospitality. So friendly. Even giving us sample donut holes to taste. Inside a strip mall, the space is well maintained but not fancy at all. Most get their food to go as there isn't a place to sit inside. There was a deserved line, but it moved quickly. Sadly, they were out of kolaches when we arrived, but they had plenty of doughnut, breakfast burritos, and breakfast sandwiches. The chocolate glazed doughnut was excellent in size, taste, and texture. The breakfast burrito with sausage hit the spot too. It's sizeable and comes with a slightly sweet salsa. My entire order was $5.
