On 2-14-26. The dark girl with the green hair, no name badge and no hat. Was not good server at all, the service was awful. She didn't check on us to see if everything was ok with our food or checked to see if we needed any refills. Coffee tasted burnt, like it was sitting on warmer all day. Sat there and waited for a long time to see if she would come by so that we can get a refill and a different drink but that didn't happen. Instead, She sat down at a booth and talked to this guy, when she should've been checking on her customers. The worst service I've ever encountered or experienced there. read more

The food is always good, but the service and Ambience are definitely hit or miss... weekends fantastic, weekdays, fast service, but the staff don't seem to care about how they look or act. Plus, blasting rap music thou a restaurant. (Note: I'm only there usually like around 1-2 in the morning.) My suggestion: if you eat overnight, weekdays, order takeout. Weekends, eat in. read more

Everything came out fast, hot, and fresh, like me on a Thursday night after 7PM. We got a bunch of good food for very cheap. If I knew my marriage was going to fail I would've taken my ex wife here instead of a steakhouse that breaks my bank. read more

Up and down. On positive, socially distanced tables and PPE wearing wait staff. Customers, not so much :( Chocolate chip waffles were great, do yourself a favor and get double it goes quick. Had to send back the grits, been out too long and I got a cold chunky left over mess...surprising coming from WH (waffle house, not White House...that's another review) Hash browns were awesome. Customer service was great. The negative; bad grits, over cooked and dry sausage, near cold gravy on biscuits, skimpy waffles. Has the pandemic impacted their supply chain? Drove 20 minutes to get here, to be turned away. No food prepped. In the past 6 months I've tried to eat at this Waffle 8 times, have been able to get food 4 times. One of those dining experiences was the worst service. I've ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Our waitress Hannah was very nice and did a great job. She brought us bacon that was over cooked burnt and asked it this ok. My husband was fine I was not. She came back with bacon for me. There was a lot of SRYUP on the tables which is my reason for 3 stars. I can not standby sticky. read more

This was my first visit to a Waffle House. It was everything I hoped it would be. The waffles were suprisingly good. Like really good. The bacon was fantastic. The orange juice and coffee were terrible. The service was perfectly mediocre. Our waitress asked us if we'd like her to wipe off our sticky table when we first sat down... We said yes. The ambiance was exactly what you'd expect at a Waffle House in a small town in Virginia. I went next door to the Shell gas station to use the bathroom. I'll probably be back. read more

I'm a fan of Waffle House in general. Where else can you go to get a fairly quick, cheap breakfast 24 hours a day? This location failed to impress me in the most important ways. First, however, the server did a good job of taking our order and adding or changing things along the way. We started at the counter which had not been cleared of dishes. When our serve brought the menus he didn't even bother to wipe the counter. The entire restaurant was not clean. We moved to a booth and under our table was a fork, piece of bacon and general dirt! Next to our table was an open trash can as well! I was accompanied by two little people and we ordered the kids waffle and a bacon, egg, cheese sandwich to share. The waffle was thin and greasy. The flavor was ok and it was served warm, but not hot. We are literally a step from the waffle maker, so why a warm waffle? The sandwich was mediocre and just warm as well. The bread tasted and felt stale. We ordered a second waffle and order of bacon. This waffle was cold and wouldn't even melt the butter. Our server remade it and it was better. The server and the bacon saved this from being a 1 star rating. Though the server was friendly and accommodating, he was not attentive at all. He would forget what we requested and have to ask several times. It doesn't take much to win a higher score when going in I know the food is going to be very pedestrian by virtue of the type of restaurant. I have been to Waffle Houses that are clean and efficient and rated them higher. This location has deteriorated since I was last here. read more

Waffle House always comes through even if they got one or two employees on the shift. I know one thing Ms Charlotte their manager hasn't been in that store one time. I come often and has never even seen the woman. Let's collectively keep these businesses open and you Charlotte need to recognize your local Dublin crew! They are doing great! read more

Stopped here on our drive through Arkansas. I never been to a Waffle House so I was excited. First impression at this location was the place was so clean. The people who queued there were laughing and all appeared to get along. We were seen right away and I ordered breakfast for lunch. I didn't try the waffles but I had the eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast. Everything came out in a timely manner and looked like the picture. The food tasted really good. I especially loved the bacon. I'm glad we stopped here rather than a fast food place. read more

Discrimination! Went in at 2:00 am, and was told we couldn't dine in. While a guy set at the bar and 5 cops was seated at a booth all to be served dining in. Will be reporting this to corporate!!!! read more

Jessica and the whole team are amazing! That they care about their work is obvious. We entered to find all tables full, happily sat at the bar, and twice saw a line of people form and get seated during our brief breakfast. The team works quickly with smiles and efficiency that would make an excellent standard for all restaurants. Glad we chose this WH for our morning stop. read more

When a night game takes place in Blacksburg and you're driving down 77 after the game this is one of the few places that stays open late. The service here is good and at par with most Waffle Houses, but the food remains below average. But, if you are a Waffle House regular, you'll probably be thrilled. Personally, we only visit when nothing else is open. However, their chocolate cream pie is actually pretty good! Otherwise, I'd stick to the breakfast items. read more

We congratulate these three following young people for their great service: Brady, Alexis and Nick. My husband and I were traveling from Florida to DC and stopped in Dublin,VA to eat something. Alexis took our order promptly. We ate a delicious waflle and eggs with bacon made by Nick. And we were treated with care by Brady who asked where we came from and answered promptly when we asked for cups of water to go in order to continue our trip. Clean place as well. Wafflehouses are like old friends- dependable and sweet. I love the ambiance, and I love this location. I have learned that the booths alongside the action are bigger, thus, you can eat more! O.K., this place is clean, and so is the bathroom. Food was excellent. Employees are efficient and warm. Sherri helped me with a small problem, and after the problem was solved, the manager came over to apologize and even gave us a discount. We've eaten at a couple of other Waffle Houses and have loved it, so we stopped at the one off exit 98 near Dublin today. The food was OK, waffles were a little thin but were adequate. However, when we walked in two waitresses were sweeping one side of the floor and it looked like they had just swept out the barn. We sat on the other side at the end booth, my feet slid on the floor because of all the food, cheese, hash browns, syrup, etc under our feet. I could see behind the counter and the fronts of all the stainless steel surfaces were streaked, dirty, looked like something liquid had run down them and not been wiped off. The young man who was cooking had on an apron that was very soiled, I could see that he had on red underwear because his pants were down to the bottom of his butt. He also had handprints on them from pulling them up and also it looked like he had wiped his hands on the seat and thighs of his pants in the back. It was the dirtiest restaurant I think Ive ever been in and will definitely not stop there again. The only reason I dont give it one star is because the waitresses were so friendly to everyone. read more
