Not our best visit to Waffle House. While the staff is friendly enough the service and the food had some room to grow. We sat at the high bar and Holly came to feet and take our order. Right after ordering one item she said I'll be right back. She ran two orders refilled coffee and finally returned to finish our order. I ordered the senior chicken bites and grits with HiC. He ordered a sausage egg and cheese hash brown bowl with double sausage. Now for the line cooks.... Watched the meat cook push the steak cold hold tray back into the fridge with his shoe. Then he cleaned the raw food from the wooden grill with the spatula and then cleaned the grill with the same spatula. He was really good at changing his gloves. At this point I was tired of waiting for Holly to bring me my HiC drink so I asked her for it. Our food was sitting on the line for final expediting while the cook finished the order after ours. Finally the sausage came up and he topped my husband's bowl. I was still awaiting grits. Let me tell you this.... No way when I watched them be placed into the bowl was I eating them. They were took dry and they were turning brown from how dry they were. I immediately gave them to Holly and told her I would not be eating them. No amount of butter was gonna fix those. The chicken bites were definitely delicious and he said his hash brown bowl was good but dry and no longer warm. Place was pretty clean so that was a plus. Overall 3/10 and most likely won't visit this location again. And I love Waffle House. The search continues. read more

The food and team here in Acworth are always awesome. Holly and Sam are always in good spirit and greeting everyone when they come through the door. They make sure I don't have shells in my eggs, which is a plus. The place is clean always witb plenty of locals with good stories to tell. They have a heavy veteran presence here. I make sure to buy their meal when I can. The restrooms are clean and cool. Plenty of parking that includes parking near the front door. read more

The food was great and prices were reasonable, so overall we had a good experience. The only downside was finding the place, it was tricky. There's no clear entrance from Beach Blvd, and we ended up circling twice before figuring out how to get in through another business. Since Beach Blvd is so busy, it made it a bit stressful. Some clear, lighted directional signage would make a big difference. read more

I've been eating at Waffle House since my teens. At first I went for breakfast foods but after I turned 21 and went out to bars and clubs, my friends and I would often end up at Waffle House for cheeseburgers & hash browns. Mmmmmm... those are both good with chili on them. The staff at this location has always been friendly, polite and fun. The food is cooked right and I get exactly what I want. Sadly, during the pandemic, this place isn't always open (24/7). I hear it is because of staffing issues. read more

I come here for my anytime breakfast fix, but I will find another place. How is it 5:25 p.m. on Friday, March 31st and I am unable to be served. I walked into this noisy establishment to order takeout and was told by "The Candy Lady" that I could not be served because 'the grill was full and she was still trying to get to all of the tables'. She did not ask if I wanted to wait, just pushed me out. I understand staffing issues, but common courtesy and customer service should never be compromised. read more

It's a Waffle House. You pretty much know what you're getting when you walk in. Have to say, the experience was pretty decent. The food was almost what we ordered (they got one of our breakfast meats wrong, but made amends quickly). The waffles are okay, but not crispy at all. They're soggy/moist/floppy across the board. They taste fine, but texture-wise, not what I would expect. The coffee is weak, though, but they do keep your cup filled. Our server seemed like she either had too many tables or just had a hard time keeping track of the ones she had. Had that frazzled look about her, and we were a low-maintenance party of three. Still, coming in from the woods cold and hungry, this totally hit the spot. The food was out fast, and the service was friendly. It is what it is. read more

I called twice to place an order late at night as I work night shift. First time rings till automated message plays. Second time goes straight to the message. I get to the establishment and cook is smoking outside and waitress is sitting up front on her phone. I did a double take and she is charging it. As people come in I notice that the staff greets everyone and many of them seem to be regulars as the staff greets them by name! The place is filthy and we walked out today Monday September 30th 2019 about 11:30 AM dishes and dirty tables nowhere to sit. every table had dishes or dirt from the previous guest. I was in the restaurant business and we made sure the tables and seats were cleaned immediately after a guest left if something spilled it was cleaned immediately not left to dry. If this were my restaurant the manager and staff would be fired. This is a pretty new restaurant but the old one was managed much better and cleaner. I would never go back to this Waffle House and I think of notifying Cobb County heath department on the condition of this Waffle House. I would like to give it no stars but it won't let me read more

If you come here to the South, you need to visit a Waffle House. Yes, it can be greasy and the diners can be sketchy but it is a rite of passage. You are not a Southerner until you have had a Pecan Waffle and WH hash browns scattered, smothered, covered and chunked at 2am. This WH gem is clean, coffee is good and the staff is friendly and sassy. Our "girls" Holly and Suzanne always take good care of us! The $5.00 menu is a great deal, lots of good choices for breakfast and lunch, drink included for just $5...can't beat that. read more

This was the cleanest, friendliest and best WH I've been too. The ladies here great you when you walk in the door with a friendly hello and smile. Southern hospitality. Belgian waffles are great, but I love just a regular waffle too. I ordered the pecan waffle with a side of eggs. My first time to a WH was in RVA...let's just say I don't remember that visit. Haha. This was my least favorite Waffle House experience. - Took 10+ mins just to take the order - It was an addition 20+ mins for the order to arrive - The order was inaccurate. You typically know where to keep your expectations with a Waffle House, (the look, the cleanliness, etc...) but if all you have to go off of is the food and service, then you should have no excuse to disappoint so badly. read more

Literally the worst Waffle House I've ever been to. Horrible service, horrible food, and every empty table was dirty. If they were busy, I'd be much more understanding but the place was empty and they had more than enough workers. Bacon was raw and the toast was cold. I asked if they could cook the bacon more and it came back completely the same. We waited 35 minutes for a single waffle. 0/10 I do not recommend. Went in to the one on 855 Hwy 41 with two people in front of us. Staff was very rude. Twenty minutes to go coffee and a Coke. Total disregard for the customer!! I was in w 6 people at 1:30 am on New Year's Day, it was busy but the workers should not be mad or unfriendly because of that, that is how they pay the bills write? We received the worse svc. Ever! Waitress did not come to ask us if wee needed refills and I needed to place 3 orders to go and could not get her attention, when she finally came she told me it was going to be a long time before I would receive my orde and she was rude, I waited 35 min after being there 1 hr. I understud it was busy so I was fine w that, but when I got home and my kids open the food I was very upset, the bacon was burned and one of waffle was burn, it was clear that food was burned and Cooke continued to send food out like that.
