Tacos and burritos are something that I love to enjoy and the ability to make your taco or even a burrito is even better. Wacky Nachos is a fairly new restaurant in the former Legends Cafe in New Albany so for those familiar with the interior such as myself know that it's a very relaxed environment and the seating is much of the same except for the removal of the bar and alcoholic beverages. However, what makes Wacky Nachos a great fit for this particular size of restaurant is that it doesn't need to take up as much space as what came before it which provides plenty of room for moving around and doesn't feel crowded. The options for food are great considering Wacky Nachos has a special or what they call "Wacky Deals" every single day of the week that they are open from a $6 build-your-own chicken or beef burrito with a drink on Thursdays to Taco Tuesday which is 3 beef or chicken tacos and a drink for only $6. Everything is made right in front of you much like places similar to it so if you've ever been to a Qdoba or the like you'll be familiar with and know what to expect. Outside of the daily specials, Wacky Nachos offers the option for a Wacky Bowl or if you don't want a bowl or a burrito you can have Wacky Nachos instead. All options are priced very reasonably and adding white queso or bacon to whatever you decide is only an extra dollar more (as of the time of this review.) Wacky Nachos offers Pepsi products to drink, water, and other drink options, and even has a few options to satisfy your sweet tooth from cotton candy, funnel cakes and even flavored ice treats, and more. If you're ever in New Albany or happen to live there or in the surrounding areas and are looking for a new place to get your taco, nacho, or burrito fill, I recommend stopping by and checking out Wacky Nachos.

Cajun Chips, Queso, beef, tomato's, white rice, lettuce, sour cream.

Food was great, shakes were a little bit too sweet. They have different flavored chips which is really different. They were quick to get us served! Directions were very clear, they could maybe put signs up. Menus seemed to be very packed, so many items to choose from don't know where to start. But the environment is very welcoming.

This is a newly opened place and I just wanted to leave a positive review. All I really know is that I'm going to have to go again. They have different flavored chips that I believe they season themselves. That's going to create a different flavor profile for each time! First off, everything there is build to order, which is nice. I had the nachos with ground beef, black olives, jalapeños, refried beans, salsa, queso, onion, guacamole and some sour cream. The nachos were very good for what nachos are... and that's not a knock! Nachos are just simple. But they do simple well. In addition to the quality nachos and quesadillas that they have, the staff was super friendly and explained everything well. Give them a few minutes as they're still teaching staff on proper techniques on folding a burrito, etc. I hope this place lasts, it's a good quick addition to the area!

I love anywhere I can get a ton of a food for a really good price. They had generous serving sizes and you can customize any way you like! It's like a local version of Qdoba/Chipotle but better because you can use fries as a base!! They also have different flavored chips. So good, we will definitely be back

Super friendly and great value. They have Big red too. The ingredients are high quality everything real no fake Taco Bell here. As per previous reviews don't miss the daily $6 or $8 special. Also right night there's a couple Groupons too. I had 3 chicken tacos and a drink for $6. Then used a $5.20 Groupon to get a burrito for lunch. He grilled the burrito and melted some extra cheese in the seem to help keep it together. I never thought of doing that. Plenty of options for the build your own burrito. For me it was refried beans, beef, rice, cheese and sour cream. They have several veggies too. The burrito was good and evenly distributed all the filling came together nicely.

The food was not good. I had steak tips, and I believe they were trying to get rid of some bad meat. Every other piece was just fat. The meat with actual meat was stringy. The blackening was tasty, but you can't eat that on its own. My son had a bacon cheeseburger. He said it was OK -- nothing to write home about. I used to like the salads here, and they are still good. The TV screens are smaller now since they are actual TV's. Four were showing kids shows. The service was OK. It was a slow day, and we were checked often. The parking is still the worst part of eating at Tucker's. Oh, the french fries were excellent! So, if you go, take an Uber, order a salad and fries. Since you're taking an Uber, take advantage of the full bar.

Down to earth, accommodating, and personable. We got the nachos, which were decent, and split the two-piece fish and chips. I was impressed with the latter dish, as the portion was very generous and the fish was crispy without being too oily, plus the fries had an interesting sweet and salty spice. The winner winner chicken dinner was the Old Fashioned, which might have been the best I've had in Louisville. Classy glass, stirring stick, luxardo cherries, and a big honking rock of ice. The drink was smooth and balanced, and I totally broke my rule of only having one (and paid for it the next day). It's quirky and cozy inside, and I'd definitely come back for a chill hang night with friends.

She was very friendly and was not hesitant to make jokes to keep the good vibes! The restaurant opens the side doors to let fresh air in on a sunny day which is amazing if you don't want to sweat in the sun but still want to feel a nice breeze. The sliders were amazing, the chicken was not dry which is common in bar food places. The concept of every bread being rolls gives the hot dog an extra security when picking it up. The sunny side egg on the burger was really juicy and the Hawaiian Rolls made for an excellent bun. Even with all of the toppings (lettuce, red onion, white cheddar cheese, bacon, fried green tomatoes, a sunny side up egg and miso ranch) the flavor of the burger still shined through and was delicious! We also got the Hot Fries. The burger was delicious but the hot fries were my favorite part!! They were hot, crispy, and had so much flavor! I love hot things and loved the heat - I can see where they could be considered pretty hot to some an the heat does build if you eat several in a row but again I love this flavor profile. We also got the slaw to help balance the heat of the fries if needed. We got the order to go for lunch. We were impressed by the to go packaging. The bag is really sturdy and really fun! It may sound silly but their take out packing is by far my favorite I have ever seen! We plan on coming back to try some of their other food in the future and look forward to dining in and trying one of their several beers. The atmosphere looks really fun and inviting and everyone was very friendly.

Less than a mile from our hotel we came midday in between lunch and dinner so the place was pretty much empty with just a few other patrons. We could sit wherever so we chose a booth at the corner. The bourbon glaze was definitely a game-changer... the combination of sweet, smoky, and tangy flavors created a yummy flavor. CAJUN PORK CHOPS: not one but two thick cut pork chops brined & seared.
