I placed a mobile order, walked in at 12:30, and was greeted by what can only be described as pure chaos. The manager, Vanessa, was sprinting around like a contestant in a supermarket sweep as a headless checken, yelling at employees, barking orders at the drive-thru, and generally turning the lobby into a live-action stress ball. As more customers came in, she started yelling for everyone to have their phones ready. Not asking. Not reminding. YELLING!!! At that point, I wasn't sure if I was picking up chicken tenders or reporting for military roll call. Wait.... was I at bootcamp??? Bc it sure felt like it!! To be fair, there were only 4 employees working, so the place was clearly understaffed. But when you're the manager, customers expect some level of professionalism, not a one-woman tornado of panic!!! After waiting 20 minutes, I finally got my order. Unfortunately, the chicken tenders had apparently been waiting even longer than I had because they were cold. Walking out, there were 6 cars PARKED from the drive thru waiting for food. The tenders were forgettable, but the chaos was unforgettable. I'll be taking my chicken cravings elsewhere next time. Thank you for horrible service, Vanessa!! I ordered food for my family, but when I got home, I realized we did not receive our full order. Multiple items were completely missing. ​When I called the store to inquire about the missing food, I spoke with the manager, Vanessa. Instead of offering a simple solution or helping to resolve the mistake, she seemed instantly upset and annoyed that I was even calling. Rather than correcting the order or issuing a refund, she dismissively directed me to the website to handle the issue myself. ​Mistakes happen with food orders, but the complete lack of accountability and the hostile attitude from management is unacceptable. If a manager cannot handle a basic customer service issue with respect, they shouldn't be in charge. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

It completely changed the experience for me, and honestly made me not want to come back. I finally decided to call and speak with Bob. I explained how much we missed the original teriyaki sauce and how the portions had started feeling skimpy compared to the past. Bob was wonderful. He listened, cared, and simply said, "I got you. I'll take care of you." And wow....he absolutely did. The steak and teriyaki chicken bowl I received was one of the best I've ever had from Top Grill. The portions were generous again, the food was fresh and flavorful, and that delicious teriyaki sauce was back! My husband loved his chicken bowl too.
