Over cooked shredded rib eye and chopped chicken.
Angie J.

Not sure what we were served but we placed an order for pick up at 6:43pm and this was the steak and chicken I was served was tiny diced up overcooked I couldn't even tell what kind of steak we got it looked like a pulled pork version of steak. It was salty and dry super frustrating. Everything was cold and the food was subpar. I have had the Temecula location it was way better than this.

Decent establishment. The$ 5 Happy Hour deal hit the spot when you're not completely hungry, but want just enough to get by.

Restaurant inside

Food was decent however the customer service was the worst I've seen in a long time. Katelyn, who took my order was rude with an attitude. She was so bothered to help me. And I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. Asked for onions and never got them. A little kindness goes a long way. I'll never return to this location.

My favorite " Wild Salmon plate "

Stopped by for our one Friday nite dinner spot, the Salmon plate is so good and the brown rice is excellent, my girlfriend was impressed as well , this place is close and a healthy venue to eat at. Great

Been here a couple of times and its the usual Waba grill. Clean for the most part, good food , great prices and helpful employees. I love the chicken and veggie bowl with their hot sauce. I also love a great deal so one of the employees told me I could get the chicken and veggie bowl and a free drink!! Of course I said yes!!! The location is tucked in a corner so keep your eyes peeled. Anyway this is a great spot!!

Shrimp "side" from the rip off

This portion is no bueno. I payed $16 for a small bowl with avacado with a side shrimp and it only came with two pieces? That is so inconsiderate and i don't know who to blame the staff, management, or corporate themselves! When i came to this location 3 years ago the staff was better with their portions the ones working today on 3/12/21 were awkward and had no chemistry. And I don't want to be a karen but at least have the same respect you would have while serving your loved ones. Would you give this to your mother?? Disrespectful and outrageous for the price. Please fix this, and do better for the community Waba Grill French Valley Staff.

Withering salad and rice that we did not order.

Met up for lunch for a belated birthday lunch celebration for our brother. It was our first time…read moremeeting up for the New Year (January), and birthday boy chose Mongol House. It was a little hard to find the restaurant, especially since the sign is not right over the entrance, but just next to it where the small market is. Look for the Winchester Center sign next to the market. Since we arrived before it opened on a Sunday, we browsed in the market until it was tine to eat. We had a reservation for 6 of us, so they seated us at the one round table near the front. There is another longer table next to it on the left side where there's a colorful mural. The rest of the tables are booths. The restaurant is spacious and roomy and very clean. You can order items from the menu or build your own hot pot which is AYCE. Everyone in our party chose the hot pot. We were each brought a small blue pot that contained the sterno to heat up the soup and the broth of our choice inside. We also placed our meat order with our server. We went to the back-left corner to grab our veggies, and some other things to add to our hot pot. Our server came by often to take more meat orders, clear empty plates, and check if we needed more broth or if our sterno needed more fuel. Our server was delightfully cheerful and friendly. She was helpful and answered all of our questions, especially when we had to choose our broths. (Forgive me for forgetting your name!) I highly recommend calling ahead to make a reservation if you have a larger party. Accessibility notes: most of the tables are padded booths. If you can transfer and slide, you should be okay. Otherwise, see if you can sit at a table that has chairs on the left side. The restaurant is spacious enough to park your mobility aid (or stroller for babies) near you. The restrooms are located in the back-left corner, 2 single stall restrooms, one for men and one for women. There is enough room for someone to enter with their mobility aid and a helper companion. You can enter the restaurant without climbing a step, but I don't recall where the handicap accessible parking was since we used a regular parking space and I climbed up the curb. No one from the family is local, but my brother-in-law chose this restaurant because it's somewhere where we can meet in the middle. We all loved it, and are adding it to our rotation when we need to come together for a celebration.

I normally try to visit a restaurant in person before reviewing or at least try their foods at…read moreleast twice via food delivery, before I leave any reviews. However this place just gave me the wow factor even through food delivery on GrubHub! I just had to jump on here right away to share! As mentioned I've never dined in and today was my 1st day getting takeout from here. Not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical I'm not sure why. So glad I pulled the plug! Ok the wow factor came how they were so brilliant and mindful during packaging takeout orders! Wow they definitely thought outside the box of how to take care of their customers and I'm assuming how they'd want their food delivered. So I ordered 3 salads basically; squid, papaya, and beef. All contains liquids. They put the papaya in a big closable container with a lid. Smart; you'd think everyone would do that. You'd be surprised who just dumps papaya in a styrofoam container! Anyway the squid and beef salads came separately from their salads. They made sure to pack the dry salads in a takeout box and put the mixed proteins in their marinades in another soup containers which was perfect and made it so easy to add on top when ready. I really love that idea! Not only that but the food was good. I really enjoyed the squid salad it had a nice sour balance. The papaya salad I requested Lao style to be the spiciest level 10 but it actually wasn't too spicy. Other restaurants definitely need to take notes because I really just had a bad experience with another Thai restaurant being so careless and my papaya salad sauce spilling not only in the bag but dripped all over my floors. You guys have a repeat customer in the area!

I came in for the lunch special and wings. -Thai Basil Chicken and Rice -Thai wings Spice level was roughly 7, but to me it wasn't that spicy. I did enjoy the sauce that the wings were covered in and when you have the lunch special it came with egg rolls. The sauce had a honey, garlic, peanut texture with it and I thought that it paired perfectly with the piping hot roll. Prices are pretty reasonable for lunch, so I would recommend coming in for the specials. Plenty of seating, unisex restroom, and fairly clean as well.
