Stopped by to grab lunch because my youngest has been begging for a "Cheeto burrito" so you'd think these items would have actual Cheetos in it, NOPE. It's literally a "Cheeto flavored cheese sauce" which I'm positive is just plain nacho cheese, what a joke because it tastes nothing like Cheetos. The only time you get actual Cheetos is a small bag with the burrito meal combo, so disappointing. The fish tacos are the size of a two year old's hand, the french fries were limp and not very fresh. Plus their app is down for maintenance as well which sucked. It's ok, we won't be back for a while if not never again at least not to this location! read more

Only reason we came is because it was one of the only establishments open on Xmas. But for normal business hours ask yourself, "why?" With so many authentic Mexican establishments in the area. I wouldn't came back to this chain. Low quality food that looks nothing like what is displayed. read more

Del Taco - Drive thru menu - Mexican Near Me - Winchester, California

Surprised to see so many negative reviews... So, out of all Del tacos I've been to.. (not comparing Del tacos to taco shops) this is the best Del taco out of all the Del tacos! When I go to one in a different town I always find myself ugh Benton one way better! I want the workers to know I appreciate the effort of making our food fresh and good! And the workers are always nice. read more

Upon other visits which were good. Today was GREAT. Courtney and Jaden made my day. Smiles, friendly voice, telling me about new product and stuff to come. Above and beyond. I will be back, hope to see those team mates again. They made my visit worth every pennie. Thank you so much. read more

It's absolutely horrible. They cannot get any order right everything is a mess. Some of the people are decent but overall it's just a pathetic location that needs to close down. Store and location are fine. DO NOT order the carnitas street tacos. Three for 8.99 and they wiegh about 2 oz each including tin foil wrapper. I actually thought the bag was empty. Who at Del Taco lab made this and said "oh easy 3 dollars each? Lol, this should be on the dollar menu. read more

This is probably the 100% worst deltaco I've ever ordered from. I've done drive thru several times and it's been sufficient. The last 3 times I've ordered at the drive thru, items have been missing from my order, the kid at the window can't figure out how to count back change and the manager told me I can get some kind of credits. Hey just do your friggin job. read more

Food was cold, service was not good, my sauces got forgotten so I went inside and an employee just looked at me and passed me by not even acknowledging that I was standing there waiting. Props to the person in the kitchen tho, it was only one person working the kitchen. But yeah probably won't be coming back again. read more

Why yall fryer always gotta be down at night clean it hour before closing whole hour to clean a fryer is crazy with just me in line

The Del Taco in French Valley. Food: delicious; Atmosphere: ordered drive thru then went inside. Very quiet with no music or TV for dine in. SERVICE: The reason for the 2 star overall rating. "New Chicken Options Starting at $5" (banner) does not list individual pricing, only that the three items start at $5. The large Del Taco menu also does not list the prices of these items. No where on either menu, inside or out, are these menu items listed by price. I spoke with the manager (Sheryl) who instead of apologizing for the mixup or lack of follow through, talked to me as if I was in the wrong. I did not want anything from them but only to inform them of the oversight. In this case, Manager 1, Del Taco patron 0. Next time I will think again about patronizing this Del Taco. read more

I asked for a drink cup and they gave me a cup of water and I poured it out and got soda and then she called the cops and even bought food

Food is always nasty. Order is always wrong. Never going here again. Do not recommend.

I come here to eat lunch almost every day when I work. I work here at stater bros and when I have 30 min lunches. Del taco food service is fast and efficient!! I get the small tacos and drinks. Food is always warm and tastes good! The hot sauce makes it better as well! The service here is amazing and the customer service is on point, always greeted with a smile and the manager Geannia she is so nice! Plan to come back for a while. Honest 10/10. read more

Trash. Just ordered $50 worth of food and threw most of it away. Took a bite of the Del classic chicken burrito and the chicken was not even warmed. It was as cold as refrigerator and the tortilla was warmer than the chicken. Disgusting. Stay away. read more

Drove through the drive thru and our card was declined. We added money so we proceeded to go in and pay for our food. My boyfriend was told 'drive thru only'. To find out that the manager had already paid for our food and proceeded to tell my boyfriend just take the food and get out. First, we weren't asking for our food to be paid for..very kind of you. But to proceed to tell someone to grab the food and get out is absolutely rude! And we get our order and it wasn't even our order! Totally different items. To the manager on shift...(she has blonde hair) you need to be a bit more considerate to others and smile more often. Just because your day isn't doing well, doesn't mean to lash out at everyone. Have a bit more class than that! read more

Ummm.... I get you're a fast food joint, but come on!!!! Get some competent employees- my god. When I order a del taco I expect a taco. Not something so half hazardly thrown together that literally all the ingredients missed the actual taco shell and probably fell onto the floor somewhere because it sure didn't make it into any tacos we ordered. Is there a shortage on ingredients? You weren't even busy, there was NOBODY in line. We should have went to Popeyes across the street, they know how to put together food. read more

The worst Del Taco ever! Super slow food service and no one seems to give a care!!!!!!!

Absolutely disappointing. The drive through lady around 11 pm took my order and it was a chicken quesadilla and 2tacos and proceeded to give the quesadilla not cut up like how she they always do it and the tacos were stale and a bit cold and drinks filled with ice up to the max! Never going back here again. read more

The problem with the store is the manager Sarah. She allows the food to go out sub par. The burrito was cold the beans were hard and cold not to mention they didn't even wrap the burrito and just threw everything in the bag. The inside of the burrito was all over the bag. They don't know how to order because they're out of cups which was not a big deal but all Sarah could say was we'll wrap the burrito over and over again. Why would you let your food go out like that in the first place. She's a real nitwit and shouldn't be in the customer business. The poor young kid at the window tried as hard as to make things right but she could've cared less. They really need to get a new manager because she sucks. read more

Tonight we got Del Taco, I ordered a bean and cheese burrito. Towards the end of the burrito while taking a bite, I felt something hard I squeezed with my teeth and looked down because it's odd to feel something hard in a bean and cheese burrito and I saw a HUGE insect! The wing was sticking out. I immediately felt disgusted and I handed the burrito to my boyfriend who took a picture and opened it up to find that disgusting HUGE insect in the photos. I am in shock! How did this happen!! I will never eat here or any fast food place ever again. I can still feel the feeling of the insect in my mouth. Count your days Del Taco on Benton Rd! read more

so I first ordered a Fiesta pack a week ago, this led to an intense case of food poisoning that followed to the next day while I was at work (almost had to call off) then last night on Halloween I went out, came home to my mom who had ordered a Fiesta pack and has been up all night sick out of her mind. I don't know if its cross contamination or what the hell happened in the kitchen that makes 6 simple tacos and 6 bean and cheese burritos so deadly but I advise to stay away from bulk ordering. Used to love del taco but this location has made me question whether I like the chain. read more

I normally like this location during the day, but last night around 10pm we went through and my son (7 year old) like the bean and cheese burritos... specifically with no sauce. He will not eat it if it has green or red sauce at all. We were exhausted and starving after a really long day.... And we got home with our order. BOTH of his burritos had red sauce on them. Ugh. So he had zero food that he would eat. We were so tired, we door-dashed two more burritos with no sauce. But the time they got to our house.... He was dead asleep on our couch. So he got no dinner. And we wasted $17 on door-dashing burritos because of Del Taco's mistake. I'm so irritated. If you're a mom.... You'll understand my irritation. I honestly don't know if I'll come back during the evening or night with these dumb kids working there.... I've worked fast food before. It's not.that.hard. read more

Del taco is my life. I live, breathe and sleep del taco. Today at this location I had the manager blame me for her mistake. She had the audacity to blame the costumer. She should not be in charge of anything due to her irrational behavior. If you had to choose between food from this location or dog food choose the dog food. This location is not worth going to. Even I were starving to death, I would walk past this location. read more

I am an avid connoisseur of del taco, I have been to thousands of locations and never once have I had an experience with a manager at any location like this one. The audacity of any establishment to blame costomers for their food being mad wrong amazes me, I will never return to this location ever again. If I could leave negative stars I would! I will tell the next 500 people I speak to about how horrible my friends and I were treated on this day, I will tell my soon to be born child about this when he is old enough to understand how rude and incompetent some people can be. A prayer will be said at my thanksgiving dinner table this year for any other patrons of this location who have to deal with this lady in the future. The only regret I have is not getting the name of the manager, but I do know for-sure that Emma who also works their is in on the gas lighting of the abused costomers. read more
