This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping customers. When I arrived, I checked in for curbside pickup using the posted number and waited for about 20 minutes. The app initially showed that my order was being prepared, but then it suddenly removed my curbside check-in and instructed me to go inside. After going in, I told an employee that I had already been waiting for 20 minutes for my curbside order. He simply said "okay" and walked away without offering any assistance or explanation. I noticed several problems with this location. 1) Parking looks plentiful but for non-handicapped patrons is actually limited and far from the entrance. 2) Don't bother to eat in-store as the service will be dismal. 3) [[HIGHLIGHT]]If eating in-store, you won't have access to a human cashier, clean tables, clean bathrooms, or a drink machine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 4) If using the drive-thru, you'll be forced to interact with a disgruntled employee. 5) Even after enduring all of the above, you're still eating McDonald's food which at this location is mediocre at best. 6) To add insult to injury, they don't offer drink refills anymore. Brand, newly opened Mcdonald's. I had a decent lunch break from jury duty and this location is very close to the courthouse. I pre-ordered my lunch on the McDonald's app and picked up my order at the counter inside on 03/15/23. The entire front end staff are all really friendly, attentive, detail oriented and efficient. Here's hoping that the staff here keep that level of great service on a continued basis. My app order was made as soon as I let the app know that I had arrived on scene: I waited approximately five minutes once inside. My order was correctly fulfilled and freshly made. The only minor negative would be that this location does have a self serve beverage center. However, as I sat inside the dining room, I was asked if I needed a soda refill to which I replied I would later....fast forward several minutes later....well, the gentleman with glasses just replaced my soda with a refill. read more

After placing and paying for my order through the app. I proceeded to the drive-thru, I said my code, had my order read back, and proceeded to the next window, to be asked to pay again. I had to go inside to clarify that I have paid through the app. Before resolving the issue, I waited an additional 15 minutes for service.
