I was most surprised by the amount of beef tendon. In fact, I asked for a side of fish sauce to dip the tendon lol. On my second visit, I built my own phở bowl ($17.48). You get a choice of 3 meats, so I chose wagyu steak, wagyu eye round, and brisket. I thought the meat quality was great. The broth, on the other hand, was having an off night I think. It had a very strong star anise flavor and the broth could have use a little skimming. And Broth offers a variety of interesting phở variations that I'd like to try. Then, 10 minutes later, the Combination Fried Rice ($17) and Salt & Pepper Shrimp ($17) arrived. Lastly, around 14 more minutes later, the Scallion Oil Chicken (Half - $17) and Almond Tea ($7) came.
