    Taro Dumplings
    Mei C.

Came here for a quick dimsum fix, and it delivered. Pre-Covid customers are able to pick and choose the dishes from the display window and from the inside kitchen. Now, a long table is setup in front of the door, with customers standing outside and peek in to place the orders. I recalled my sweet Pumpkin dumpling tasted nice and creamy, I truly enjoyed it. Their Taro dumplings were also pretty good. Nowadays, the Pumpkin dumplings are either sold out or not made at all, and the Taro dumplings are cold and sticks to the plate. There aren't many dimsum places around this area, and thought this would be my go to; but now its left me kind of disappointed.

I usually get: corn bun, fried taro bun, a loaf of white bread, tofu flower, and iced milk tea (recommend all of these!).

Radio Bakery... is perfection. I completely understand the line…read more I first ordered the heirloom tomato & feta sandwich, which was unbelievable. It is so clear that they use incredibly high-quality ingredients and carefully curate each component, which is exactly why everything comes together in such an elevated way. The tomatoes reminded me of the ones I grew in my garden during California summers as a teenager. Perfectly salted, layered over soft, not-too-tart feta. The focaccia was made with beautiful olive oil and, while a bit chewier than I usually prefer, gave the sandwich a satisfying bite. I had to close my eyes while eating it just to savor it. The chocolate cherry almond croissant... wow. Such a creative combination, and it did not disappoint. Soft, buttery, and filled with a sour cherry compote that reminded me of a cherry cordial from a box of chocolates. 5/5. Hainsley, who helped me, was exceptionally lovely. Everyone even in line was very nice, the vibes were awesome. I'll definitely be back to try the spicy tofu sandwich and the heirloom tomato tart!

While they didn't have their full selection available, there were still plenty of pastries to choose from. We ended up getting the vanilla kouign amann and the chocolate PB&J croissant. The kouign amann was flaky, buttery, and beautifully caramelized. The chocolate PB&J croissant was easily our favorite. It was filled with rich, decadent chocolate and a layer of jelly that balanced everything out without making it overly sweet. My significant other hasn't stopped talking about it since! We're already looking forward to coming back to try more.
