Echoing recent reviews where customer service has been abysmal during multiple visits. It seems like there is some sort of social club behind the front desk and everyone behind it is so self absorbed that they are blind to customers that walk in. I have also experienced employees asking other customers if they need help, but being ignored even when I clearly have items in my hands to try on. My last visit was slightly better in that a shorter dark haired girl asked me how I was doing, but that was after a couple of other employees ignored me both when first entering, and at the front desk. I'm own several Vuori pieces but now think twice about buying from this brand. read more

Horrible customer service. I didn't get the names of the two employees, but one was a female and the other male, and their attitudes were beyond rude. First time I visited the Studio City location and I'll never go back. I was there on Nov. 17 around 2ish. The store only had 1 customer purchasing at the desk. No one bothered to greet me. I specifically went in to purchaseca B-Day gift. I started browsing and then had a couple of questions regarding length and color matching. Two young ladies were working the desk or moreorless chatting at the desk when I approached and asked my questions. The attitude was beyond unfriendly and as if I was bothering them. I put the items back and left, never to return. This is a great line of clothing, but the customer service needs improvement. I come from a retail background and great customer service is key to any retail business. Whoever manages this location needs to get their staff in order. read more

I've been in Vuori only once before but stopped in again yesterday and snagged a pair of their scout joggers. Soooo cute! I was looking for bottoms to go with a bunch of new work gear for casual fits and these are exactly what I had in mind. At $173 a pop, I'm not sure how many I'll scoop up as I'd probably rather spend that on denim but nonetheless cute and comfy. The XS fit perfect. I'll definitely be back to grab a few things for my son. I showed him my joggers and he liked them and their men's line is really nice. Highly recommend. Customer service was great! read more

Bradley, at the Studio City store, I am so impressed with you. You went above and beyond to help me today. I was looking for a very specific pant, and you greeted me kindly at the front door, asking if I needed help, but then respectfully left me to search until I needed help. When I did, you got me into a changing room quickly with a different pair of pants I wasn't sure about. Upon figuring out which pants I was looking for, you took it upon yourself to find them in your computer. They were not on the floor. There were none left in my size on the website, and you could easily have blown me off. You did not. You were not satisfied with that and went into the back to look more. You stuck with it and showed me how much you cared. And then you FOUND THE PANTS! I didn't even need to try them on because that Villa Trouser is perfect on me. And I do not throw that word around about pants and me often. All of this, and I still got out of that crazy Sportsman's Lodge parking insanity in less than 15 minutes, so I didn't have to pay for parking. Scour Yelp, folks, I do not ever write reviews. They have a lot of solids, in neutral colors. The disappear-in-the-background styling didn't appeal to me, but I'm sure they appeal to a lot of people. They seem to be a growing company. I dind't end up buying anything, but the store seemed nice. read more

Truly great service. I was just coming in to browse, I own several Vuori products and I am familiar with their products. But the staff were attentive and educated me on the new selections of the season and some of the dress clothes. I loved the meta pants and button ups. It takes athlesure to a more refined look that you can wear out to dinner at any time. Yes the products are expensive, but I think that the value is still solid given how long my current Vuori gear is lasting. I have shirts that are in my weekly rotation and have been through the wash every week for two years and they still look great. I always wash on delicates and hang dry to help with longevity. read more

I've bought multiple items from this store and maybe in my sweats I didn't look like their token customer, or maybe it's the fact that I'm black, but not one person spoke to me in the store but they absolutely helped all of the other customers. They even walked around me to get to those other customers. I had to walk up to the counter to ask a question and if I could try something on and I was told I could just go back there. They had literally just set up a fitting room for someone else and gave them service but not me. I was in the fitting room and no one checked on me but I did hear them say to a different customer "if you need anything please let me know". I decided not to purchase anything even though I liked what I tried on and left the store, where they didn't even say anything as I walked out. I'm disgusted and will never purchase anything from this brand ever again. I'll probably donate the stuff I have because who treats people like that? read more

Situated inside the Sportsmen's Lodge shopping area, Vuori is sandwiched between Kismet and Stevie Sister. Parking is plentiful in the huge lot they have and is free for the first 90 mins with no validation needed. FYI, they do have some double parking spots in the lot so if you decide to park there, you'll need to give your keys to the valet to hold onto. There's no extra valet fee, unless you're specifically valeting to go to Erewhon. Upon entering the shop, the employees were friendly and accommodating. They helped me find the items I was looking for and even offered some suggestions on some best selling items. From the vibe that I got, Vuori caters more to activewear for men, while they still have some stuff for women. In contrast, Lululemon caters more to activewear for women, while having some men's stuff. Even the long clothing tags seem similar to Lululemon and got me thinking if maybe they use similar manufacturers despite the brands not being associated with each other. Anyway, since I was focused on gym clothing, I already had a few items in mind and with the help of an employee, I was able to try on the following: -Zephyr tee= more fitted and breathable than Strato. -Banks short= scalloped side leg opening styling, thin and breathable. -Strato tech tee= looser fit and thicker than Zephyr. -Kore short= felt a bit thicker and more like a swim trunk. comes in 5" and 9" lengths and either with liner or without (some styles only available online). I ended up liking the Zephyr tee and Banks short combination and got two sets of those. While the combo of Strato tee and Kore shorts were also good, I felt like the Zephyr and Banks were a better combo for me. I also picked up some cooler weather stuff including a Sunday Element Jacket and Meta Jogger pants as well as a plain white Tuvalu tee and Ponto short for lounging and casual wear. The Ponto shorts were suggested by an employee and I could see why as they were super plush and soft. Overall, I think I got more bang for my buck at Vuori compared to Lululemon and feel that the materials and quality are on par with each other. I even heard that they are continuing to expand and may even open a location in Pasadena next summer possibly. read more

I love Vuori and all the pieces I've purchased from the brand. This review is mainly for the workers at the store and the lack of customer service. The three men basically ignored the customers, no greetings when entering the store either. I don't mind that, as I usually like to mind my own business and browse. However, when it came time to purchase my items, they were inattentive. I stood in line while the workers behind the counter did unimportant tasks that can surely wait (like fold returned clothing), or chatting with each other about personal matters. They didn't ask if "I'm all set" or "if I'm ready" to purchase. I had to literally say I'm ready to buy. I debate whether I should even return to this store in the future. Vuori Studio City ROCKS!! The staff there - Jane, Wally and Norlyn are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They took the time to help me find the right clothing items for me, without pressing, remaining patient throughout my shopping experience. Jane even made the extra effort of following up with me afterwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Vuori is a wonderful brand, but with so many options, it is sometimes difficult to find the right clothing items. I often shop online, but going into the Vuori location in Studio City was definitely worth it. Trying on items and getting the benefit of a knowledgeable, personable staff allowed me to get some great new Vuori clothing to add to my closet. I was super excited to visit the store considering I love the Vuori joggers and have only purchased online, but I was quickly disappointed as soon as I walked in. Unfortunately I was not greeted by employees even though there were 2 of them in the front of the store speaking to each other about personal business. I had to approach a staff member to ask specifically for what I needed. Not once did anyone ask how I was doing or if I need any help. I completed the transaction I needed to do and decided I would not be returning directly to the store. I even wondered if I would purchase Vuori products in the future.
