Coax Cable Fishing Project: Jose was on time, patient and methodical. Together we tackled this very tough fishing job to asllow me Fios in my bedroom. Jose is gifted and went beyond the normal human patience threshold while troubleshooting this immensely difficult (post 2 renovations) project. Wow, impressed! Super responsive, knowledgeable, professional! Lashaun and Vultron are now my go to resource for all my AV needs. Made my Dolby Atmos setup a breeze!! read more

Highly skilled, professional, and pleasant. I hired Vultron to mount a large tv and sound bar, to add an outlet above an existing one, and to supply the tilting tv mount. Two employees worked together to complete the job. They taped off on the wall a standard mount height, to help me visualize the possible location. I could go higher or lower but chose the standard height. They also setup the new tv with me, allowing me to begin watching it straight away. When the sound bar wasn't producing sound, they figured out the problem was the connection cord and supplied a different one. There was a charge for it beyond the original estimate, but I appreciated them solving the problem! Give them a call! read more

Great experience from start to finish. I received a quote in advance and was able to be put on the schedule the next day. I'm happy with the work that was done. Lashaun and Chris did an excellent job! read more

This review is for Vultron, hands down the best video/camera installation service in the DMV. They are 100% professionals, and are the very best at what they do! LaShawn did my installation and 2 yrs later, I called with corrections of which he handled again 100% accurately and professionally! I'm so grateful to be able to depend on them for my security. LaShawn is THE BEST. read more

Awesome company with even better people. Installed 4k security cameras throughout my property to include home theater sound and a recessed component cabinet in the wall. Complete professionals, solid install and I am extremely happy with the job. Called the owner for an adjustment on a camera and he was extremely responsive. He was patient and took his time to walk me through the adjustment and all is well. This is my second project with Vultron and I will be looking to them for future jobs! You can't go wrong with Vultron! read more

Expert craftsman. Truly seeks the customers desires and exceeded expectations. Clean, courteous, respects your home. Completed 6 tv installs ( 4 Sheetrock, one tiled bar area, and one very difficult stone fireplace) with electrical relocation and all were flawless. Certainly highly recommend Lashaun. You will be satisfied and meet a great guy in the process. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but I had such a great experience, I felt compelled to do so. I was referred to LaShaun Mack at Vultron by my neighbor. She mentioned he was "THE GUY" to call for any and all A/V needs in my home. Let me tell you, she was RIGHT!! First of all, this guy is responsive, professional, on time and a true Consultant, giving you great advice! He set up my home speakers with a sonos receiver and the music sounds great in every room! We have 13 speakers in total that needed to be connected. His pricing is also very reasonable! I also had him install 3 video camera's outside of my house. The system he installed is really cool and I can access the live camera feed through an App on my phone. I highly recommend Vultron and LaShaun for your A/V and Security needs! read more

The Best in Home Theater and Networking!!!! I called Vultron and told Lashaun that I had some complex networking needs done for a condo that I recently closed on. To make things more complicated I told him I was moving in in just a few days time. After we talked and I described the details he immediately sent me a quote. Even better he was able to fit me into the schedule right before our move day. This was no easy project. I wanted Cat5 drops in several rooms in my 3 bedroom condo (Because I'm not about to waste my Fios gigabit on Wifi). However there is no attic and no crawl space, so they had to get very creative. They managed to wire up the whole condo and the only visible cutting to dry wall was 2 very small holes (3-4mm) that were easily patched up. Lashaun knows what he is doing and was able to get the job done despite some very, very challenging layouts and despite lack of access. He was even able to clean up some messy work done by the Verizon tech. In the middle of the project I kind of sprung an additional request onto him and asked if he could mount/install our 55" LG in the master bedroom and relocate the electrical outlet higher up the wall next to the cat5 jack he just finished installing. The last minute special request was added into the mix without hesitation, despite the project running into the evening hours. I can't say enough great things about Vultron and specifically the work of Lashaun. I checked out these reviews on Yelp before hiring him and will admit the reviews influenced my decision - and I can say the Yelp community didn't let me down! If you hire him to complete your project I can honestly tell you right here and now: You will be happy! read more

These folks were great. Very easy to talk to, fair prices and polite. They mounted 4 tv's and relocated 4 electrical outlets to hide all cables and it looks phenomenal. Would highly recommend the company. read more

Long overdue review. LaShaun is great and knows what he is doing. He installed a TV and cabling/electric over outdoor stone fireplace. I was nervous but shouldn`t have been...he was doing all this geometry and stuff (somewhat joking but also serious) and really did an amazing job. Look forward to using Vultron again. Great company and a rare find in the DC metro area. read more

I cannot praise the work, the customer service, the responsiveness from my initial call to LaShaun to his follow up with minutes of his installation team completing the project. The friendliness of his team, the extra effort they took to cover their shoes and work surfaces, to vacuuming everything before leaving. Our project was seemingly easy on the surface, but an old home with stone and brick to drill through and a right basement space to work in did not illicit a single complaint. They were pros from start to finish. The rate was more than fair and I'd gladly call them for any project big or small. I'm a tough customer to please and these guys absolutely nailed it! read more

I'm one of those people that don't write reviews but they did such a good job, far exceeding my expectations, that I had to take the time to write one since I found them on Yelp. This company is absolutely the best for all of your TV mounting, wiring, data, and security needs. They are very punctual and price fairly. If you have existing equipment that is suitable for your setup they will use it and not recommend something else. They had several recommendations that I didn't even know or think was possible and I consider myself a semi-techy guy. They mounted my cable box and Apple TV behind my TV when I thought I would need shelves. Their recommendation/setup looks way better than what I envisioned. As long as I'm in the DMV area this is the company I'm using as my tech needs change over time. Thanks again fellas. read more

LaShaun was fantastic, came to the house and did a free estimate, gave us a really fair price on setting up our entire media room, and did a fantastic job. Extremely professional, on time, and a fantastic job. Any home media or security work I ever do, I'm calling LaShaun. Really above and beyond! read more

Lashaun did a great job mounting my projector! He went above and beyond the services I was quoted for and even offered great advice and tips on setting up my home theater. I am a happy customer and will come back to Vultron for all my future home theater needs. read more

Couldn't have gone better! Expert knowledge, great customer service. My appointment was at 9am and Vultron was there at 9am on the dot. LaShaun and his team were super clean and offered several suggestions on ways to improve my set up. They showed me several things about the TV I had delivered that I didn't even know existed. Vultron goes above and beyond. They installed 3 flat screen TVs, hide all wires, relocated three cable boxes to closets, and added electrical where needed. Best part about Vultron is you can send him pictures of your place and they will provide a quote without coming out! No need to set up multiple appointments. I asked for a weekend install and there were more than willing! It is always great working with local small businesses, you definitely get that personalized touch. read more

Really excellent customer service. Lashaun installed my new flat screen tv and sound system ... I still don't know how he did it but there are no ugly cords to see anywhere. It looks and sounds GREAT. Additionally, he wasn't happy until he had it perfect. For example, he took pains to raise the TV just a bit...(I was thinking it was good enough but actually it WAS better a little higher). He does a lot of commercial installations but really enjoys the opportunity to help homeowners too. Absolutely professional and a really great business owner who cares about his workmanship. read more

This company has performed an excellent installation. I was so down on my luck as I scrolled through the Google pages and I came across Vultroninstallers.com. When I called the office, a wonderful and professional voice answered the phone and provided answers to all of my questions. When he arrived he was prompt, courteous and efficient. He installed my television and proceeded to put all of my wires behind the wall. I almost cried when I saw the results because it was so beautifully done. If you are looking for a professional and affordable installation please look no further. I will use their services again when I move. Besides the work involved, the attitude of the technician was pleasant and his work was immaculate I fully recommend Vultroninstallers.com for any work involving television, or wall component installation!!!! read more

LaShaun went above and beyond to help me! I contacted him stressed about mounting my new tv before my kid knocked it over. He agreed to come over from VA to MD at 6am on a Monday morning!! I contacted a total of 8 (yes 8) different cable/wiring companies/individuals for the simple job of coax and ethernet wiring in a 40 year old townhouse, 1 of which was Vultron. Of the remaining seven, six insisted on a site visit. Not a huge deal, but whatever, I expected that since it is hard to get an idea of work without visiting in most cases. All of these different contractors (many of which are on Yelp) gave me quite expensive quotes and pointed out that there would be a lot of dry wall work/cutting to complete the job. On top of that, I would either be responsible for fixing the dry wall, or I would have to figure in a charge for those particular companies to fix it (ranging from $300 to $500); or, in one case, I would have to find someone else to do the work (in all fairness, this particular case was an individual that works for himself, suggested to me by a colleague, not listed on Yelp). And then...there was Lashaun with Vultron. I spoke with Lashaun after several messages here on Yelp (which, by the way, involved extremely prompt response time). Lashaun insisted that there would be minimal drilling, and overall minimal dry wall removal, not to mention the fact that he would patch up any holes created. And, he insisted that a site visit was not required, and his price was extremely affordable. I was ready to call it "too good to be true" but he seemed extremely confident about the job, so I decided to use Lashaun and his crew. He and his crew (3-man team) did an amazing job. They showed up exactly on time. They wore shoe protectors the entire time, removing them each time they needed to exit the house. They were very organized and very efficient. The previous owner of the house had sealed the attic door down with some strong glue. Lashaun was very professional, having me sign a waiver to give them permission to use an oscillating drill to cut through the ridiculous glue that was applied. They tested and labeled all the connections. They cleaned up after themselves very well. After all the work was done, I received the digital receipt by e-mail - very professional. I would highly recommend Vultron to anyone needing some basic cable wiring work. read more

We just had a home theater installed by this company and their work was excellent and their rates were fair. I would recommend them for any home theater or similar installation. read more

I called Vultron to supply and install a security camera system for our house. Lashaun was very informative over the phone, and we set up the appointment for the installation. Lashaun arrived on time, and got right to work. We also had a substantial landscaping project underway, but Lashaun and his associate Thomas worked around the other workers that were at our house, breaking out the hard hats when tree branches came down near them. After the installation was complete, Lashaun walked my wife an I through the operation of the system until we were familiar with the process. A definite bonus. I am very impressed with the professional look of the camera system and the work done on the installation. There are no visible wires, and the fields of view capture all the entrances to our house. I would recommend Vultron Inc. to friends and family, and intend to call them again for any needs that we have in their areas of expertise. read more

LaShaun came to mount 3 tvs in our home a long with cable concealment. We had late evening appointment 6pm and he arrived on time and ready to do great work! He was very friendly and provided great insight on how to achieve the best look for our project. Through the entire install he was very precise with his measurements and drywall cuts. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and satisfying the customer. He also went above and beyond to make sure our experience would be great. He went out in the freezing cold to look at the mess that Verizon made with our splitter outside. He generously replaced the splitter so that our cable signal would be better and explained to me on how the splitter was feeding into my house. We are so pleased with the results!! I would definitely recommend LaShaun and Vultron to any friend or family member for any AV need. We will look to book a project with him in the near future for security cameras. Thanks again for the great work!!! read more

I just moved into a new home and wanted a professional to cleanly install wallplates that I purchased off Amazon; cleanup and attach uneven, messy speaker wire emanating from my wall to the back of the wall plates; and connect new speaker wire from the front of the wall plates to my amplifier. I wanted Vultron to do it after reading tons of reviews - I was almost a groupie and looked forward to experiencing what they offered. I am writing this review with pleasure because they delivered, and then some. Many things to say in a review but two things I'll touch on when the team came by: (1) they went above and beyond, were super clean and thorough, and were true professionals; and (2) their custoer service is though the roof amazing. For example, the owner was on vacation and when I called the office number after hours to ask a question, he called me back while traveling and came by personally when he was back in town to help out. The owner was engaging and quick, and I enjoyed the relationship he had with the techs that were there. Was such a great experience and I highly recommend this company. read more

Could not have asked for better service! Called today, received exceptional customer service and more importantly, the quality work was much more than I could have ever asked. Took care of my spotty wifi on the 3rd floor and lack of cellular connection in the basement studio in less than an hour and did it without having me to buy additional products. As a matter of fact, he removed the unnecessary equipment and recommended I send it back for a refund. My company is dependent upon clear cellular service and not only did I save tons of money on extenders and repeaters, but I found a company I am happy to recommend and will definitely use again for home installation issues! Well done Vultron Llc! read more

I had a great experience with Vultron Installers today! I called around to several companies for quotes for installation over fireplaces. I was very impressed by the professionalism that I received. I cannot say enough good things about Vultron. They responded almost instantly to my first message where we were in a jam and needed service pretty quickly. LaShaun was extremely professional, provided excellent communication and amazing service. He was at our house until almost 1am and if he was bothered by it, it didn't show one bit. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone I know that needs Home Theater Services. If we ever need assistance again, he will be the first we call! read more

Amazing! They went above and beyond and were better priced than other companies. We will definitely use this company again!

The best company to use for security camera installation and service, bar none! I sought out several companies including Vivint, ADT and smaller companies but Vultron is the best. Several of my neighbors have had problems with their cameras not working, follow up and all were installed by larger well known company. Operations Manager LaShaun Mack is wonderful to work with along with his crew. Very professional and treats you like a valued customer. LaShaun was very patient with me as I pondered type of system that would fit my needs. He answered all my questions and gave me several options to choose from based on my questions. No hard sell with LaShaun because he makes sure you understand what will work best for your needs, not for his company profit. That is what you want from a company. From initial discussion to installation, Vultron LLC is a superior company. Once I made my selection, LaShaun explained exactly how the system was going to be installed, asked my opinion on location of cameras and truly listened to me. My system is hard wired and yes, it will take some time so plan accordingly. During and after installation, crew cleaned up and left no trace they had been at my home. I see what my neighbors received in equipment, customer service, pushed into wireless vs wired installation and having it replaced with wired to solve their problems and know they regret the company they selected for security cameras. GO WITH VULTRON LLC! My cameras are more superior, customer service is excellent and I received much better equipment, installation and support. read more

I recently moved into an up a coming neighborhood in the District. I am a nurse and I am gone from my home for long periods of time. Despite having a security alarm system installed in my home I did not feel that my home was secure, due to multiple burglaries in my neighborhood. I decided to install a video surveillance system around my home that I could monitor when I am not there. I am a member of many consumer sites and I read numerous consumer reviews of companies before I decided choose Vultron. Vultron was the only company that had the package I was looking for at a very reasonable price without the additional monthly fee that other companies wanted to charge and had consistently good customer reviews. I called the company and spoke with Lashaun Mack the owner and explained to him the type of surveillance I was looking for. Lashaun provided education on surveillance and reviewed different video monitoring options Vultron offered. I also decided I need a door bell installed and Lashaun discussed different options with me as well. After speaking with Lashaun and picking the products I wanted, I scheduled an install. Vultron was punctual and finished installing my video surveillance system and doorbell within a short period of time. If you are looking for the best customer service I have to vouch for Vultron, and I am not just saying this because Lashaun assisted my elderly neighbor by carrying her groceries or the fact that he helped me by fixing my garage door. I got four cameras installed around the exterior of my home with a receiver that has the ability to record and play back video. Shaun patiently taught me about my system and did not leave my home until I had a clear understanding of the workings of my surveillance system and it was installed on my home television, computer, and cell phone for viewing. For my door bell, Lashaun installed a video doorbell that lets me see, hear and speak to my visitors from anywhere in my home. While working nightshift, I observed teenagers attempting to break into my home, thanks to the help of Lashaun and this video system I called the police from work and averted a home invasion. I was also able to email a portion of the video to the police with a clear 1080p picture of the suspects. Thank you Vultron for always being available to answer my questions, I look forward to doing business with you in the future. read more

5 stars does nothing to justify the amazing customer service offered by Lashaun. I was in contact for about 2-3 days before speaking with Lashaun, due to my schedule we were having a hard time trying to schedule an installation. Thanks to Lashaun's quick thinking and commitment to service he went out of his way to schedule me in for a last minute Thursday afternoon install. Set up was amazing and everything was explained on how it works. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to this company and Lashaun!! Thank you for your amazing service Lashaun! I will definitely be contacting you guys soon! read more

LaShauan and Chris did a wonderful and speedy job installing over 30 new cameras and reconfiguring 15 already existing cameras in our massive 30,000 square foot facility. Vultron did a great job with a large installation project we had. They installed 5 pairs of outdoor speakers, 2 Sonos devices, 2 flat screen TVs, 2 DVD players, and 2 Tivos, along with all the associated wiring and configuration. Vultron came to install my 60" smart tv in my master bedroom. It was early in the morning and despite the snow storm, Lashaun came, put on shoe covers and went right to work. Lashaun looked at the site and knew exactly what needed to be done. He worked quickly and was familiar with how to put up the mount and tv, moved an outlet and wired everything. Verizon had come to my house 3 times but could not find the wires in our new house. Lashaun went to work and found the cables were cut. He reconnected them and voila, the newly mounted tv was working...and looked beautiful. His work was fast and clean and he made sure to tell me exactly what he was doing. Mostly, he was amiable and obviously very familiar and experienced in his work. We have been shopping around for a camera security system and having met Lashaun and seen his work, I asked them to install the security system as well. I would definitely recommend Vultron! read more
