Great and amazing food and drinks. The outdoor seating is unbeatable and the service is always asking what you need.

From the vue to the food & service everything was fantastic. Our waiter was very attentive and had great suggestions. The champagne tower was great only thing is the syrup that comes with It is very thick and needs to be stirred. The salmon was great and perfectly cooked. The waffles were good but the portion was on the smaller side. Definitely looking forward to going back.

Good breakfast option for those staying in the resort. Typical breakfast items, omelets, pancakes, etc. great looking view. Came on a weekday and it wasn't too busy. Kids eat free with adult purchase which is a perk

Food were all delicious! I ordered the lamb dish for my bday and it was great! Texture and flavor were all there. For sides, we ordered calamari and lobster mac and I must say the lobster was super amazing! Service was by far one of the best I've had. I went there to celebrate a big milestone birthday with some girlfriends and they brought out all the desserts possible including gelato. Ambiance was top notch. The view of the golf course and the band playing music in the background made it feel like we were in Spain celebrating!! Thank you all of the staff members for making it a memorable one.

Beautiful scenery! Really yummy yogurt parfait! The best thing we got was the croissant pancakes. They were a home run. We were sat down quickly and our servers were very attentive. I will becoming here again!

Located in the Omni La Costs Resort. Beautiful, gorgeous view with outdoor seating. Overlooks the gold course. Celebrated my dad's birthday with a party of 16. Service was superior. Plates were generous and delicious. Also, plated very pretty and huge portions. I ordered the steak salad. It had tons of steak pieces and bacon strip pieces topped off with crispy onions. As appetizers, we had the bread and butter (whipped was nicely spread and garnished with flowers). The butter was light you could eat it off a spoon...lol. We also had the shrimp ceviche. Shrimp was petite with chunks of avocado. It was okay, not spicy enough for me. The mussels and broth was so flavorful and a popular amongst our party. They provide birthday cake and the cake was beautiful. I wish I took a picture of it, was round and double layer chocolate. They dressed it up so nicely and memorable for my dad. Would definitely come here again. It's a great staycation venue too. I've stayed with my husband for his birthday and brought our puppy for a weekend stay and the service was impeccable. If not staying, you can park in self-parking and get your ticket validated at the restaurant. Thank you Vue!

Food was expensive, small portion size and not very good. Service was also very lacking. Golf course views is nice but can get very hot outside. Came here for lunch one day and it was kind of disappointing. The service was nonexistent, had to wait a while just to order. Then the food room 30min to come out which is very slow. I ordered the short rib and eggs and the short rib was super dry and salty already, it was sitting in a pool of super salty spicy salsa that completely destroyed the flavor of the short rib. Small portion sizes. Service throughout was terrible, drinks and water never refilled, never saw our server after we got our food. Don't know what service we are paying for. Overall pretty bad experience.

Braised short ribs was actually only one.

The food was pretty good but I was a little disappointed in the bread and butter for the table. $9 for 6 tiny slices of French bread/baguette. I was also disappointed that as a guest, I couldn't make a reservation for the restaurant but was able to do a walk-in 6 hours later and get a table.

Vue has an absolutely gorgeous patio, and if weather permits, I highly recommend taking advantage of it! Most of the menu that I've tried is delicious but not life changingly so. I'd pass on the sushi next time, but the scallops are delicious! They were well made, seared with a crispy top, and had a great texture. Service staff was super nice but they were quite slow to respond. This could be a 5 star experience if the menu hit the mark more consistently and the staff was more responsive.

We come here for breakfast once in a while. Today was great. We got a table overlooking the beautiful golf course. The food tasted great and the service was quick and friendly.

Beautiful brunch with a golf course view. The Omni La Costa was a refreshing weekday getaway. It felt like we were in Santa Barbara. The food was delicious in a peaceful setting. The Cajun Salmon was cooked perfectly. Hubby enjoyed the Cali Cheesesteak. Both very flavorful. Service could be more attentive. Would love to come back for dinner and jazz.

View/Ambiance: amazing Service: attentive and friendly, thank you Oscar Food: hearty We had a large group of over 20 but the servers just kept coming and providing excellent service. Made our day of celebration very relaxing and stress free.

If I park at valet and have dinner at Vue can I get the ticket validated?

You need to pay for valet. However, if you self-park at the parking lot by the entrance, the restaurant can waive certain amount of time for parking. Either 2 hours or 1.5 hours I can't remember.

Will you be serving Xmas day brunch?

Hi Cristina - VUE will be serving their regular breakfast menu from 7-11am on Christmas Day. Hope this helps!

I ordered the Santa Fe omelet, and it was delicious. They added a generous amount of chorizo and cheese. My wife ordered the Crunchy Banana French Toast, which was good, but it wasn't my favorite. The restaurant has a fun beach-town atmosphere with surfboards decorating the walls. The service was friendly and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly our food arrived. Overall, we had a great experience, and it's a great spot to stop for breakfast if you're passing through the area.

This was good and had solid flavor. The size was decent but not for $17. It does come with either potatoes or hash browns and we decided for the hash browns. Those were very good. Crispy and well seasoned. The salsa they have was not our favorite. Reminded us of the Tostitos chunky salsa you get from the grocery store. We also ordered the Banana Crunch French Toast. This was honestly a let down. There was nothing crunchy about them and the flavor was nothing impressive. Tasted like just regular French toast with bananas and an oat "crust". The presentation is pretty and they do look delicious from the pictures. We were convinced and decided to order them. They were still good but would definitely not order these again. For my toddler, we ordered French toast and sausage from the kids menu. French toast was solid and the sausage was his favorite. Oh! They have freshly squeezed orange juice! Soooo good! Vibes/Ambiance : 7/10 We came on a Tuesday morning and it was very busy. We waited for about 10 min to be seated and we can tell this place is very popular among the locals. There were a lot of family's gathering there and they have inside or outside seating which is nice. The space is spacious and has a very surf-beachy vibe to it. The decor is everything surf and they have a lot of pictures hanging. It was cool to see so many pictures from the past. The service was good. Our server was friendly and attentive. I will say, as someone who was only a visitor, the city doesn't seem too friendly overall. People seem very standoff ish and unwelcoming so the places we did go to that had friendly people really stood out. Overall, it was good breakfast.

It's tough to get a table for a weekend noon. I booked our reservation a few weeks ahead of time. Parking is either near the train tracks across the street or on the curb. We got the egg dish and salad bowl. The yogurt for the eggs was deliciously spiced; dipping in the toasted bread into the gooey poached egg, creamy yogurt, and herbs was delicious! My issue with this dish were the herbs that were too large. Was I expected to stick a big piece of herb on my toast? The dish is saucy with the chili oil so my clothes were dirty with the oil covered herbs. Chop the herbs smaller for practicality! Another dish suffered from the execution. We got the bowl which I thought was going to be a grain bowl. Rather, it was a ridiculously-sized salad--as much leaves as a pack from the grocery store! There were toppings within like slices of avocado, pieces of orange, farro, and nuts. I felt like I was trying to treasure hunt to look for these pieces. The salad was comically oversized. It was dressed fine but suffered from the portion size. You could see this theme with the French toast too where you get 1/3 of a baked bread. I'm honestly confused by this chef who has amazing experience. Why do you construct dishes that are difficult and impractical to eat? Less is more. These dishes need extensive edits. How this place got Bib Gourmand is honestly surprising to me.
