First of all, a very happy congratulations for your grand opening! I know it's hard in this business but it's looking good! Place opened up on 11/11 and it still tying up some loose ends. They serve wings, stir fry noodles, pho, and vermicelli noodles. When I came in, I was looking at the large menu on the display screen but the cashier girl told me that right now not all items are available and showed me which ones are available. I wanted stir fry noodles and I chose with the garlic noodles with chicken. It turned out to be around 17 dollars including tax and tip if you want. There is plenty of seats for you to choose from and I loved the decor. +1 star for that. I waited for about 10 minutes or so to wait for my food to be ready and it was hot! The flavor of the noodles was pretty good. However, I was not too satisfied with the portions in relation to what I paid. I ate my plate and was still hungry. Where as at Panda Machi a few meters away, I would order a lunch for a lot less and be full before I even finished everything. I'll probably be back to try another menu item and to give them some time to work out the growing pains. I see potential for this place. Give it a few weeks and I'll give it another try. I really want some great food in Alpine. Unfortunately, this place fell flat. Not much has changed inside from old tenant. Bright flatscreens with the menu and a rather cold decor. Food is ordered at the counter and a number is given... grab a table. I ordered garlic noodles with tofu. Where do I start? Thick spaghetti that was broken into smaller pieces before boiling - ugh. The sauce was not really flavorful and fresh garlic has never seen this dish. Felt like a Sysco paste had been tossed in. The tofu had been sitting in a pre prepped state for who knows how long and was more shriveled than Granny Clampett. We would love to support our local places and will come back to try the wings. Opening a restaurant is a hard thing but as the consumer, I would prefer three good dishes to 25 mediocre. read more

Place is a disaster, soda machine was all messed up and employees didn't care. Sticky everywhere. Paid 11.99 for a chicken sandwich, got the sandwich and thought it was a joke at first it was one small chicken strip between a stale bun, looked nothing like the picture. I was so pleasantly surprised! We got 2 combos of 6 wings, fries, and a drink for $12. An absolute DEAL. This place is so much better than wingstop. I actually had to call my friend about it because I was that blown away. They were big wings, big portions of fries, and they were very well made! They also have a TON of flavors to choose from. We just got buffalo this time, but next time we come in we will definitely be trying some of their other flavors. I would have taken a picture of the food but it was honestly so good that I completely forgot lol. Definitely will be recommending this place to friends and will definitely be coming back in soon! The food is good, but more often than not doused in either grease or fryer oil. The food is usually nice and hot though, and tasty minus the oil. The service is good, a bit slow but we also had a large party so I can understand. There is a large menu, with tons of options, most of which I think are pretty good. The ambiance is good, but table space is a bit limited if you have a larger party. We had I think 10, and that was pushing it. I really loved it! I trust any place where the owner comes up and asks if it's good, plus he offered chili oil so he knows what's up for sure. Pad Thai was nice and flavorful, good quality noodles, comes with all the necessary toppings. I thought the wings were nice but my bf said the Asian food was the best part. Lumpia was great, cheap, and fresh. Fries were excellent. Everyone there clearly knows what they're doing and as an Asian living in Alpine I'm so grateful to have a noodle shop here now. I believe the gentleman who I spoke to is an owner. My order was a BBQ dinner was not very good! The meat was very dry and tough to chew. Had two bites stopped and ate the rice. Returned order minus rice told them I didn't like the way the meat tasted. I wasn't looking for a refund I just wasn't going to order another meal at equal price. While waiting for the meal the owner decided to do a little bit of stab at rude sarcasm. I'm 61 and the situation through up flags after I left. I definitely was very excited for this place to open. I love that there are so many options and something for everyone in my family. There are definitely some good things and some not so good things. The place is new but I feel like they have not staffed appropriately. Dirty tables everywhere to the point I bussed my only table just to have somewhere clean to sit. As well as when the server brought the food she set the new food down on the table next to ours which literally was covered in dirty plates from the people before. Not a smart move heath wise. Foods presentation was good and I did love my pad tai but my husbands noodles for his pho were cold and old and literally stuck together in a big bundle. Kids ate their chicken and fries with no complaints. I hate giving bad reviews but I'm hoping they read this and can make changes. Would love to come back next time to see they have worked out the kinks. read more

Really only giving two stars as the service was good. The food. Nope. This is my third visit the first two I went with my family and didn't order due to my gut feeling. Tonight I was on my own and craving wings. I got the 8 piece boneless combo. 4 Buffalo and 4 Korean BBQ. I asked for an extra blue cheese dressing for dip and noticed they took it off a counter rack in the open? No fridge for your blue cheese?? Anyway got home and opened the box to find small balls of what appeared to be chicken. I went for the bbq first and immediately noticed the clear brown sauce looked very artificial. And it didn't disappoint. It was as bad as it looked. The coating over the plain chicken cut into chunks was 5 times too thick and more like an oddly flavored shell. Inside was a cut down chicken piece. Gross. I tried the buffalo and it was the same. Horrible. Imagine hand dipped chicken wings and all homemade sauces?Not canned Cysco trash. I guess it's my fault for thinking a place that has wings and Chinese food would be good. read more

We Were deciding on a place for lunch in Alpine. looking to find something quick and delicious and decided to try this place. The flavors are unbelievable. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the sauce taste amazing. The chicken wings were excellent. The sauce is over the top! It's been a long time since my husband said hot wings made him sweat.
