About 30 minutes later, I was told to go sit in the pedicure chair, so I assumed I would be helped shortly. Instead, I sat there for an entire hour with no water in the bowl and no one starting my service. I also asked for an eyebrow wax, which was never done during that entire time. Throughout the hour I was sitting there, employees repeatedly looked at me and walked past without communicating any updates or acknowledging how long I had been waiting. At one point, one of my friends laughed and an employee told her to be quiet because "people come here to relax." I found that extremely rude and unprofessional, especially considering we were paying customers who had already been sitting around waiting far longer than we were originally told. I was finally helped around 5:50 PM, only 10 minutes before they close at 6:00 PM. Even after my pedicure was finally started, the service was extremely disorganized. One employee started my pedicure and then stopped in the middle of my service to go help another customer. A completely different employee came over and continued my pedicure, then he stopped as well, and the original employee eventually came back just to paint my toes. I was essentially passed back and forth between employees after already waiting over an hour to even be serviced. I understand that businesses get busy, especially on weekends, but I arrived an hour and 35 minutes before closing, which is a completely reasonable amount of time to come in for a service. If they did not have enough time or staff to accommodate me, I would have much rather been told that when I arrived instead of being quoted 45 minutes, left sitting in a pedicure chair for an additional hour, and then passed between employees once my service finally began. Overall, the lack of communication, extremely long wait, disorganized service, and the way we were treated made this experience very disappointing and unacceptable. If you cannot properly accommodate a customer before closing, be upfront about it instead of having them wait around for nearly an hour and a half and then rushing and switching employees throughout their service.

They gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever gotten, I usually always opt for gel on my toes and they were kind enough to find the dip powder color for me so I could match. The lady who gave me my pedicure gave me a literally endless massage I almost fell asleep. They have a great color selection and I feel like they're fairly priced. Especially since they don't rush you, I was prolly in there for 2 hours and never once felt rushed! I would definitely recommend if you are in the area. They also do a "happy hour" which I've never seen a salon do before but basically if u come during the weekdays during 10am?-2pm you'll get 10 percent off! I thought this was really sweet just because they're near campus :)

There was no one when I came on a Thursday, and I was in and out within 45 minutes. I got my toes gel painted and dip fingernails. Since it was before the 4th of July, I wanted red toes and blue nails just to be different. They got my toes done first, and they did them pretty fast. I didn't want to whole pedicure because I didn't want to pay for it and I didn't want to sit long. There were tons of reds to pick from, so I went with a lighter red and it looked great. For my nails, I wanted this blue sparkly color. I said the color 4 different times before they brought me the right one. I really like how they do your nails at the bar top. That was so different and very cool. The nails took a little longer than the toes, and they didn't do a dip technique that I was used to. Instead of dipping your mail in the powder, they painted it on. This took a little while longer and they used the gel nail dryer, which I didn't like. But, the nails turned out perfect. For nails, toes and tip it was all under $100. I got this done two weeks ago, and my nails are starting to chip. Wish they would have lasted a little longer.

I made an appointment online, and it was for gel nails. I wanted both my fingers and toes to be gel. The salon is beautiful! It is in a great location too, but the staff is not friendly or welcoming. When I got there for my appointment, there was no one at the door and I had to find a staff member to tell them I was there to check in. After they checked me in , they took me to a chair to start my pedicure. They then asked me what color I wanted... I didn't pick this out, they brought colors to me. Which was ok, but this is normally done before you sit down. After I picked my color, I was then told that they don't do gel on the toes. It was fine and I guess not that big of a deal. After my toes were done, I sat and got my nails done. I wanted a French tip with pink instead of white. They could have been better, and I feel my nail specialist was rushing. For the price and the quality of work, I don't know if I will return.
