I'd recommend another provider that respects and values patients time and shows financial accountability and ownership for expense errors they cause their customers.

I had a different nail tech from the first two visits, and she just didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was super rough on my nails. She cut my finger and filed my nails so roughly. She didn't seem to know what she was doing, and wasn't consistent between each hand. And the manicure just looked like doo-doo when it was all said and done. I don't know why she was so rushed, since the place was empty and all the nail techs were sitting around chatting. I would avoid this place if possible. I like how close it is to my home, but the inconsistency among the nail techs is not worth it.
