I got 6 wings, all flats, hot, extra ranch, buffalo mac and the nice guy that checked me out talked me into the banana pudding that he "freshly made," so I got that too. (I'm a lover of banana pudding so it wasn't a hard sell) YALL. The hot was hot, like actually had a nice enjoyable kick but not burn your face off. The wings were one bite per side, meaning they were so tender they melted off the bone. They would've been single bite wings but they were big!! Extra ranch was actually in the box- didn't have to request it. Buffalo mac was delicious and had plenty of shredded buffalo chick in it. Now that banana pudding-- omg. I love banana pudding and it was a top 5 for me. It had REAL HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM IN IT!!! And the bananas were actually ready to be used for a banana pudding!!! I was floored. So good. Ok, first of all, the overall customer service at the drive thru window was very good. The young lady was patient and took her time explaining to my husband the different combo meals and seasonings. They were giving us our order in a good timely manner. The food, however is a very different story. My husband and I each purchased a wing combo, 6 wings with fries for him bbq seasoning and 6 wings for me with tater tots with bbq seasoning for me. The wings, are so small that we were both still hungry and we paid 28.00$ for those orders. Listen when I tell u don't waste your time and most of all your money. Food: Chicken wings - they don't offer dry rubs. I ordered hot and lemon pepper. Hot- tasted like Franks hot sauce. Not hot at all. Even kinda tasted like grease. Got take out from Voodoo wings for dinner. Had the Garlic Parm wings and Terryaki. Not a true fan of Terryaki but thought these were really good. Not overpowering. The wings had a nice crispy skin and were not dry at all. My only complaint would be that only one small container of ranch was included for 10 wings. Everytime I visit my son in Mobile we head to Voodoo. Fantastic atmosphere, sparkling clean and outrageously fresh and flavorful wings. We had both honey hot and Parmesan garlic flavor. They were outstanding distinct flavor, piping hot and delicious. Also his fried pickles and fries. Glad we tried the pickles, super crisp, not greasy and outstanding flavor. Very disappointing went in a few weeks ago and was excited to try out the new place. But when we walked in no one greeted us and told us how to order or where to order or if to be seated. So we left. Then today we just wanted to give Voodoo another shot and try the food. Again we weren't greeted when we walked in and when we left. Found where to order (at the bar which is kinda awkward to order food at). We got a 9 count of voodoo wings and had to add $3 for fries in total $12.63. The order taker was rude and didn't know what type of bottle water they had and when I told her my sweet tea was nasty she got an attitude because I did not like it so I asked for lemonade and the lemonade was not good either but I kept it. I'm giving this place 4 stars based on the Cajun ranch wings. It's something about the wings that makes me order every week. My husband is not a spicy wing eater (he does not like spicy food) but it's just enough sauce and heat for him. I'm giving four stars, because I've eaten here before, and it was good. Tonight, the BOMB wings were so hot that they were inedible. I got them via takeout, so I couldn't send them back. I can eat extremely hot stuff, but these were ridiculous off the charts hot. I had to throw them in the trashcan. Whatever you do, do not order the bomb flavor.
