This is the second time I have seen employees taking prime parking spaces that ​could be reserved for customers.​ In a busy lot where customers often have to park at the farthest end, having front spaces occupied by employees for entire eight-hour shifts significantly impacts the customer experience. Most businesses designate specific parking areas for their staff to ensure convenient access for shoppers. I hope ​Ralph's management will consider implementing or enforcing an employee parking policy to keep the front spaces available for your customers.

Over time, they've stocked more and more items that I typically consume and find their deals to be pretty damn good. Yes, sometimes their "elsewhere" prices are comically inflated and not everything is necessarily a good deal here. Usually I come here first and get what's a good deal and fill in the rest at a typical grocery store. For example, if you come here specifically for produce, you'll likely be disappointed. If you see steeply discounted items, they are most likely at or near the "best by" date. I've gotten in the habit of checking dates so it's not an issue. If you have some sense, items like canned goods, dry sealed foods or pasteurized refrigerated goods (except milk) will last well beyond the date. Usually I purchase what I will eat or drink within the next week. I now feel a bit of excitement coming back often to see what's new and typically leave feeling like I scored some great buys!

Trader Joe's is known for its Tiki-Hawaiian style vibe (hence the Aloha shirts worn by employees), unless they are in their more relaxed T.J. T-shirts, which still reps the Hawaiian vibe lifestyle. And why did I mention Charcuterie boards you ask?? The Cheese and meat selection is hands down the BEST!!! Trust me when I say... Your Charcuterie Board is going to be EPIC!! So we pulled off, I ran in and within 5 minutes I was on my way. Yes, that how convenient any Trader Joe's is. Store layouts are super easy to navigate and if you can't find something, one of their crew members is always around and willing to help. First and last time at Sprouts La Quinta…read more We stopped in around 8:20 PM last night 08/16/2026 because we wanted to try the Family Meals we've been seeing advertised. We went to the deli and stood there for about five minutes before realizing we needed to press the service button. An employee came out, so I asked, "Hi, is the deli still open?" He responded with an attitude, "Yes, but I work the meat department," and walked away. I understand he may not have been the person who could help me, but a simple "Let me get someone from the deli" would have been enough. Instead, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and embarrassed. I spoke with the manager, Steve, who apologized and offered to help, but by then we decided to leave. I really want to believe this was a race thing and I want to believe it was just a bad day for the wannabe butcher or he seriously hates his job, but regardless... that was not ok. What really stood out was what happened next. We went to Ralphs on Jefferson, where the customer service was ON POINT. One of the employees even took the time to interact with my daughter who is autistic, gave her a Pokémon card, and she gave him a high five. That small interaction meant more than he probably realized. We weren't asking for special treatment. Just basic kindness and respect. Learn something, Sprouts.
