Let me put it to you this way: the first night when I moved in to one of their apartments, i was attacked by fleas. i spoke to the manager about this and asked them if the carpet there was old. They lied and said it was a new carpet. After promising to bug bomb the apartment, exterminators were finally called and the issues with the fleas was resolved 2 weeks later. However the carpet was never replaced. How do i know? Everytime I vacuum the carpet I kept pulling up pet hair. But I didn't own any pets the entire time I lived there, nor had any animals visit. Turns out that the carpet was indeed old, never replaced, and never cared for by either the previous tenant nor Von Klein. And they just turn over the apartments and let someone else move in with out replacing anything. This is before mentioning the leaky gutters, rotting wooden stairs, peeling paint, bad plumbing, paper-thin plaster walls as well as the exorbitant $1000+ rental prices for units that are obviously worth less than $300. I would give zero stars if I could, just like many other reviewers. I lived there for six months and was not given a key to the laundry room because they had given away the master key and it was somehow my responsibility to a neighbor to make a copy of their key. The apartment smelled terribly the entire time because the carpet was improperly cleaned and was left far too wet. I had numerous issues with my cooktop because it was very old and would turn on for absolutely no reason. After reporting it, I came home one day to someone cutting my cabinets and countertop so they could install a stove with ZERO NOTICE. This meant I lost a lot of cabinets and some were even glued shut. Where the separate oven was in the wall, was now just a giant hole, they didn't even add shelves to. The hole was very charred and I'm lucky my whole building didn't burn down. After notifying them I wouldn't be renewing my lease, they began scheduling a lot of apartment tours. This wouldn't have been an issue if the person that was supposed to be giving the tour ever bothered to show up, I gave a couple of the tours MYSELF. My entire deposit was kept because they claimed they had to spend so many hours cleaning my apartment which was impossible. They also charged me for things that were broken when I moved in despite having video evidence proving the fact that I didn't break anything. Avoid Von Klein property management as much as you can. They always went the cheapest route possible when repairing literally anything. They don't help you with serious issues in your home, like say, black mold, or up to date smoke detectors. I know VKPM is one of the handful of property mgmt monopolies in the University area, so they are hard to avoid, but just really try to find housing through a different company if you can. 0/10 do NOT recommend. read more

Stay Away. I didn't even get through the application process before I saw thier treatment of people. I called to inquire about the application process after submitting and was asked if I had any pets. I have a diabetic alert service dog and told them. They told me I had to have paperwork to prove he's a service dog. When I kindly informed them that the fair housing act specifically says I don't (the requirements are only for ESA), and that I'd be happy to show them where the law states that, they became very agitated. I was told I had to provide some paper. I said that I was unable to get papers because Dr's don't understand what I'm asking for when I have tried in the past and they suggested I go online to buy papers from a therapist. My dog is not an ESA, so that would be fraud to do so and I told them I wasn't comfortable doing that. I asked to speak to someone else who said the same thing and I just could understand why they were being so unwilling to even listen. I got passed to another person who was extremely cruel. She was interrupting me, and I asked her to please stop and to help me understand some things and told her that I have some cognitive issues (I'm neurodivergent ASD and ADHD) and she said cruelly and mockingly,"oh now you have cognitive issues AND diabetes, yeah, ok". I was referred to thier lawyer and hung up on. I called right back to ask how to reach thier lawyer and the individual on the phone started spouting off his name and number quickly and I couldn't get my pen to work so I asked her to let me get a pen. She said rudely "call back when you have a pen. You should have had one before you called!!!" And she hung up. I called back when I found another pen and she started cruelly spelling the lawyers name out slow with a huge amount of attitude. I have absolutely no idea why I was treated this way. I apologized numerous times for being seemingly difficult. I did not raise my voice or curse or accuse anyone of anything. I simply was trying to explain issues I had with getting 'papers' in the past. They accused me of asking them to discriminate against everyone else who had papers. They at one point said 'anyone can just make up anything'(pertaining to having a disability). Per the fair housing, the rules actually state that if the property owner can visually see a disability, they cannot require documentation, but may ask 2 questions: "is your dog a service dog?" And "what services does your dog perform'. The requirements for papers only apply to emotional support animals and service dogs that the handler cannot be visually seem as disabled. I have an insulin pump. You can visually see that I have it. It's absolutely unacceptable to be treated this way. This was an extremely unkind and unprofessional way to handle this situation. read more

I stayed at the Campus Studios for two years while in grad school at the University of Oregon and had a wonderful experience. The unit was small, but had everything I needed. It was about an 8 minute walk to the Business school and about a 10 minute walk to the rec center, so couldn't ask for a more convenient location! Tammie and Tim and the VKPM team were excellent property managers and any issue I had was resolved immediately. Tammie was especially helpful when I needed to cut my lease short and find someone to sublease for the last few months. The place was well kept, and quiet for the most part. Of course on weekends outside there would be noise from undergrads heading to the bars, but that goes with the territory. Overall, I would highly recommend the Campus Studios to anyone starting out at UofO! Thanks so much! read more

I could go on & on and post pics of everything and videos of the things I've dealt with but just to keep it to the main things. I have 2 kids under 3 in my home with me, it took me going to COURT with them to fix the black mold in my bathroom and they tried kicking me out when I told them I would not pay rent until it was fixed (completely legal I did lots of research). I've been battling with my Karen upstairs neighbor/ her boyfriend because they beat each other up I'll have to call the cops to come take a look at her and wake up my kids all through the night!! but does Von Klein do anything?! Arguably hazardous condition at the fircrest building. Black mold, leaking walls, lack of heating, overwhelming homeless constantly using the property as a bathroom. Terrible maintenance, left sloppy saw holes in our wall after finally installing heaters. Never actually cleaned the reoccurring black mold, just told us to leave our windows open. Upon moving out they will hit you with thousands of dollars(over $4000 for me) in "repairs" for a 900 square foot apartment that was left in the same condition it was received other than very minor damage to one spot in the carpet and a broken base board. Friendly staffing though. Would recommend to steer clear of VKPM. Am currently in a battle over said bill that I can not pay. read more

These reviews are horrible and I know why!! These people are thieves. While living in one of their properties they raised the rent and wouldn't let me extend my lease without signing a new lease. Turns out they also raised the deposit and didn't include the fact that I paid first and last months rent when I first moved in on the new lease. so once it was time for me to move they tried to have me pay last months rent twice!! after taking my deposit for it and sending me emails saying "if you don't reply to our request to pay last months rent we will report you to the credit bureau" I called and emailed them several times to address the issue but they never answered or replied. They still reported me. I'm pissed because I'm a recent uo grad and never had anything negative on my credit. Do not rent from VonKlein!!!! Management has shown a complete lack of professionalism and kindness towards us in our renting situation. We have tried to be reasonable and express our concerns to them, but they completely gaslight us and invalidate/sidestep our concerns. They have shown us zero respect and they have been very rude when we kindly approach them about problems with our deposit, lease terms, etc. We have lost $1000+ due to their lack of communication and transparency. I've lived in Hilyard House under Von Klein for about 2 years now and I've only had good experiences with the management. The manager of Hilyard House, Tammie, created a community that felt like home. Both her and her husband are very thoughtful and accommodating to their tenants. You never know what kind of neighbors you get(good or bad), but just know that the manager can help you if you come to any problems/concerns. They also have a cute-chubby cat named Gouda and he's like the house's mascot! He's such a people person and always brightens up my day when I get to see him :)) read more

Our apartment complex is currently under construction since June (which we had no idea was happening prior to signing our lease in may) We were asked to leave our apartment for 8 days about 4 days before we had to leave. Von Klein did not compensate a place for us to stay and basically told me and my roommate that we had to cover all costs while we were essentially kicked out. They did compensate us $400 for the "inconvenience" but that was not enough for an 8 day stay at a hotel. They were unhelpful and do not care about their tenants. read more

Listen up y'all, maybe you have a fine experience at your rental though looking at those reviews seem bleak, but I think I have a reason to not deal with this prop management company and the reason is that they charged my roommate and I about $600 in cleaning fees ON TOP of taking the whole security deposit. They subsidize their own responsibilities to clean their properties by slapping literal over 500 dollar fines and then they get a sketchy collections service to chase you for years. I lived in a property until summer 2019, took fine care of the place the whole time (I swear), and two of my family members and I cleaned for two days. The rental company claimed they had something like twelve hours of cleaning to do. What?! So I tried to contact Jillian Parfitt and I'm not kidding, she avoided me AND my parents for months. There's a whole paper trail of us trying to figure out what was happening with what amounted to about one-thousand dollars of claimed need from them on my move out and she never answered. Literally, the front desk seems to be trained to pretend she's not in. Maybe she's told junior workers there we're all crazy or something, but I'm serious, my professional-aged parents couldn't even talk about this. So it was the pandemic, the ball was in VKPM's court, and we put it to rest. TWO YEARS LATER their collections find me now living in Florida. And this is on charges we wanted to talk with the company about! They sent me photos of random cabinet discoloration and a literal paper towel on the floor probably to try and gaslight or something that the place was actually dirty to the tune of 1,000 bucks. I contest and check the documents, come to find out it seems the cleaners are just hired friends or something which is legal, but sketchy if you're going to say it took FIFTEEN HOURS to clean my place. So write a written contestation the second you get their bogus collections effort. I am almost certain I won the refutation. I know Yelp can seem a place where anyone who says anything's a Karen, but everyone, beware!!! They had the audacity to come after me hard for SIX HUNDRED after I tried for MONTHS to figure out what the hell had costed them that plus my security deposit. There was something in my contact about cleaning curtains when I left (this is separate from the cleaning stuff), and I didn't care, but not when you're going to come after me for made up charges. I looked into everything and I'm pretty sure it's not even legal to make you sign ahead of time to pay for anything at all: that's what the security deposit is for. And they took all of that anyway!!!! Either do not use this company or record everything!!! I pretty much immediately won my collections case which means none of it was legit and they've guilted people legally trapped a ton of people into HUGE fees they didn't do!!! Contest immediately IN WRITING to the listed collections agency if you get the letter! I would not have come after them if the fees were like 200 but people, they were 600 on top of entire security deposit and it is most likely ILLEGAL. Answer the phone Parfitt! Avoid renting with this company at all costs... or it will cost you. My daughter rented an apartment from them and it was one issue after another. There was no communication on a late payment which resulted in late fees stacking up without our knowledge. When I went in to resolve the issue, only part of the fees were waved. They should all have been refunded since we were not ever made aware of the problem. Our account was paid in full at this time (moving out time). Our deposit letter came two months after move out with almost $600 taken out. The letter stated they kept "money owed" which I have record there wasn't any. They also claimed 4 hours of cleaning services. I had the apartment professionally cleaned myself when my daughter moved out to avoid their exorbitant fees and they still deducted for it. I am taking legal action so that this does not keep happening to others. If you are going to rent, please consider using another company. read more

I leased with Von Klein in July of last year and have been very pleased with their level of professionalism and caring for their tenants.Upon moving in I needed a few things tended to and not only were they right on it but they were both helpful and happy to do so, even went above and beyond.I just renewed my lease with them because of there kindness and willingness to always be available in any situation and I have never found them rude in any way shape or form. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY Stay away from Von Klein if you have any sort of cognitive or mental disabilities that require assistance from a service animal. It's only easy to get pets in if you work in their leasing office and then you can have any breed of loud dog you want. They require the disclosure of physical and mental disabilities to make sure they feel your service animal or ESA is doing enough in their opinion. And they may suddenly decide your ESA letter and paperwork do not meet their approval right before you're supposed to move out and force you to fix it though you're not renewing even though they call weekly to beg you to renew. The way they treat their tenants is subhuman at best, the people that answer the phone have no tact and are extremely condescending and rude, even threating to call the police on me after reporting a crime I witness that required their attention. They are extremely unhelpful and have required tenant assistance to find correct paperwork in their own office!! The apartment buildings constantly smell like dead animals and shit and they hire the cheapest and weirdest cleaners to clean quarterly. There is black mold everywhere including the washer and dryers. There are only 1 washer and dryer that has to be shared, coin operated so your fucked if they break and the leasing office is not responsible for fixing them. The charm of the building certainly does not make up for all the health concerns and shady shit this company does. The parking lot is constantly covered in trash and needles which is typical of Eugene, but von Klein makes it impossible for your to recycle properly or dispose of your trash in a sanitary and safe manner. This rental agency is staffed by employees who are unfamiliar with their jobs and are brusque with their renters. There were quite a few instances where they have tried to charge exorbitant and unnecessary fees that are not stipulated in the lease contract. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and attribute this to ignorance rather than an attempt to coerce and deceive. Regardless, if you choose to rent with this company, understand that you will spend a fair amount of time in the fine print of your contract explaining why they are not entitled to arbitrary $25 "convenience fees". The units that I have seen are all unkempt and under-maintained. If your potential unit is not, then congratulations. If something needs to be fixed or repaired, it will take anywhere from 7-12 days for a repairman to get around to your problem. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever to fix a renter's problem. As stated before, the employees have all been brusque and confrontational in every interaction I have had with them. Overall, the greatest fault with this company isn't that it consists of con artists masquerading as a legitimate rental company. The greatest fault is a complete and total apathy in every regard. Simply put, these people don't care if your unit is in good working order and they certainly don't care if you are satisfied with their service. They are here to collect your rent check (and a few extra fees if they can get them along the way) and nothing more. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere before trying to rent from this company. However, if a deadline is looming and you absolutely need housing and accommodations from Von Klein are all that is left, it won't be completely and entirely impossible to work out. AVOID ANY PLACE MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY. I am a tenant of one of their student buildings downtown and I've been having an issue with a neighbor for months now, extreme issues. I have been threatened physical harm, called names, screamed at, intimidated, and much more all by the person above me who has made it very obvious they have a problem with women in general, but especially me. It's an extremely hostile situation. I can't even leave my apartment without being intimidated or in fear of this person having a bad day and trying to hurt me. The management office? No help for two months now. I am still being threatened daily, verbally assaulted, and more, all on a daily basis and they are very aware. Gillian, the person at the office incharge of handling complaints, told me they had no choice but to allow this to carry on despite it being a daily issue and an issue for months now, and their advice to me? TO MOVE OUT. Are they providing help with that or making the man threatening to physically harm me move instead? NOPE. I was told "if you feel unsafe, you can leave." So I think that says enough on how they deal with tenants threatening harm on other ones. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have kids or live alone, because if you do feel like you're in danger and you're safety is at risk, you are not going to get help. You'll end up still in fear, still getting threats, and getting told that they are "discussing options with lawyers" for months while you have to worry about getting hurt. Hopefully I can get out of this place before anything escalates or I end up harmed, and if not, then here's more proof that I've been speaking up about this and TRYING to get help from someone in this situation and nothing was done. read more

Unfortunately in Eugene there aren't many different renters to choose from if you're a student looking to live near campus, this is one of the larger ones, and one that I have rented from for 2 years now in two separate apartment complexes on different sides of UO campus Really the only positive thing I've experienced about this company is that they have an abundance of locations to choose from. In my situation I needed to find a place fast, and wanted it really close to campus and I was able to do so. If your rent is coming up and you don't have a place yet picked out you're almost guaranteed to find something near campus for a decent price. In my experience they will charge you for anything they can before you get your deposit back because the rent agreements are usually as long as one of the books in the harry potter series, and let's be honest, not everyone reads every sentence on the lease agreement. I would instead suggest renting from a small mom and pop joint instead of a large company like this because small owners are MUCH easier to deal with when problems with maintenance/deposits arise. Yes the people who work here are surprisingly as rude as the other reviews on here state. Although, if I worked in an office building with no A/C and had to deal with whiny college kids who never pay their rent on time I'd probably be pissed off too. VKPM ROCKS MY SOCKS!!! I cannot say enough great things about VKPM! I am living in one of their units, going on 2 years. VKPM gets a bad reputation from snobby college students who want everything done in a drop of a hat, that is not how it works. Things get repaired in a timely manner when you notify VKPM about an issue. Some of their buildings are older but some are brand spanking new. Think of it as buying a new or used car... A new car is not going to have any problems because it is NEW. Unlike when purchasing a USED car, things might need to be repaired here and there. Things HAPPEN!! Once you understand this, everything is wavy gravy. Office/maintenance staff goes above and beyond for their tenants. Some reviewers say that the staff are not professional, this is not the case. Approach them in a professional manner and you shall receive the same. It is a two way street when it comes to service. You might be getting poor service with your poor attitude. They are not your parents, you are a grown adult. Nobody pressured you into living there, you knew what the amenities are when you signed the lease. As for location, if you are by U of O you can't complain about the noise. There are many factors one has to consider when moving into a new place, please consider them, including your co-signers! Its not their problem that you didn't do your research/kept yourself informed. TL;DR: VKPM is great!! Be professional and receive professional service. Inform them when an issue arises when it happens. Be understanding that things take time to repair. Take initiative and follow up with them. Overall be an adult! read more

They are basically highway robbers and will continue to charge you for rent after moving out and make excuses when called out. I now have a $4000 and something bill because they have been charging me rent since June of 2020 even though I moved out on May 27th of 2020 there excuse is I didnt give them a 30 day notice(even though I did) and I have been getting there automated messages even though the last one I got from them was on june 25. We had month to month lease so the most they could charge us is the rent from june this is ridiculous and they need to be stop so be careful out there. I rented an apartment from them and what concerned me the most was ALL THE MOLD. I literally had to bleach the corners once a week and more often than not twice per week. The bathroom did not have any ventilation. The stove was from the 70's and they charged me for a knob that was held on by tape (I just thought that's how they fixed things). The last straw was when i found out that my laundry key not only unlocked my door, but also my neighbors door....sketch! Why would a laundry key be able to unlock tenets doors? On a high note i was renting this place month to month for 550$ which made the place worth it, but then they raised the rent to $795 . The lack of amenities and deplorable condition was worth the trouble at 550. I mean when i first moved in i had to sweep because of all the cat hair and nature spread throughout the apartment. They never answer their phones or email inquiries. I had a heater that ran throughout the entire summer which i had asked for someone to fix because i was going home for the summer. Came back the heater was never fixed. When I finally moved out of that slum lord apt on campus, I thought I would at least get $200 out of my 450 security deposit back, but i ended up owing them like $250.....I was charged 50$ for a oven knob, that when i initially moved was the temperature setting was held on by tape!! read more

I had to fix them all. You'd think with a company with so many properties would want to be on the up and up and treat their tenants with respect and courtesy! I don't know why the reviews are so awful. I've had a great experience with Von Klein. Melania is wonderful and very friendly! I called her multiple times a few months ago because I had to postpone my lease signing date three times and she was courteous and had the "whatever is best for you!" mentality, which I appreciated because I was worried I bugged her. Moving in was breezy, and the women in the office are very nice! The apartment was impeccably clean when I moved in too. I was worried it wouldn't be, but we didn't have to do much cleaning as the cleaning crew nailed it. Their staff of people are not professional, on the same page about issues, organized, or seem to concern with legitimate complaints of living conditions or other disruptive tenants on the premises (even though they claim they are, and treat everyone the same? BS!) Von Klein employees don't seem like they want to be or enjoy working there- it's just a pay check, and honestly a couple of them I think should be let go. They gave me useful information after the fact, instead of letting me know a head of time, to make matters easier for communication, or address any of my issues correctly, professionally, or in a timely manner. All tenants have the right of "quiet enjoyment" of their own homes, and ever since I moved in till the day I left- I didn't feel this way, comfortable in my own living space, or felt they were in control of the property I was at. Very disrupted and disrespectful tenants, parking violations, and other properties they manged with disrupted and disrespectful tenants too. I had to call the non-emergency Police number numerous of times, office calls and visits, and letters of tenant complaints, to get violators to stop disrupting the peace and harmony- And even that took them months to fix any real concerning issues, or fix the issues at all. This management company has hidden BS that lies beneath the surface (which you'll experience if you rent from them). I couldn't even make it through a lease term, and had to move out early. Frankly I should have moved out much sooner! The only good things are that they have free application fees and no credit checks (for those worried about bad credit), rent is reasonable, have available parking, and lots of student housing to choose from in town. If you're not a U of O students, (undergrads) I wouldn't rent from them. Getting ready to relocate back to Eugene for work and had the pleasure of dealing with this property mgmt company. I've rented from virtually all of the major property mgmt in the area- RANS, Acorn, Jensen, Chinook etc. I have never been treated so rudely by a staff during an application check. I was told I need a cosigner even though I have impeccable credit as well as a perfect rental and work history. Not even contacting my employer about a guaranteed contract was sufficient. Icing on the cake was the patronizing manner in which I was told I had to have a cosigner. I said, "but I have enough money saved to pay rent for several years even if I didn't have the job." The response, "what if you went and pulled all of your money out of the bank?". Yeah that's the wonderful attitude you will be greeted with. Showing properties that are in various states of disrepair (broken kitchen drawers, door knobs falling off...) is a huge waste of others people's time. I really hated working with Von Klein. I went in to talk to someone about turning in an application and spoke to a woman with a screaming baby in her arms with puke all over he shirt. Very unprofessional to say the least. My roommates and I turned in all of our information and NEVER got a call back from Von Klein about our application. Just awful.. under no circumstances should anybody rent from this company. They're making an entire building of tenants move for no other reason than they want completely new tenants. They do not clean the room before u move in to the point of not even vacuuming. maintenance requests can go for weeks if they ever happen without u physically going into the office. They will have u sign a lease agreement for a move in and move out date and then, on the sly, have u sign something else months later during a maintenance request or what have you, and in the fine print move forward ur move out date. Von Klein has to many buildings and their staff cannot handle the huge workload. They would cash my rent check, but they wouldn't apply it to my account. They will take your money and leave you with another bill. Staff is incompetent, unhelpful, and they make renting a nightmare. read more

OMG. I don't even know the NAME of the apartment complex (Eugene OR) where I stayed (14th Ave + Mill Street). I honestly think there's no name. Not all that important. Just odd. It's so incredibly trashy there. $900/mo + electric & cable, etc. It's a tiny 2 BR w/1BA and here's what it was like: 1) NO dishwasher 2) No A/C 3) No ceiling fans 2) What little amt of lighting there was, was just dull. 3) Bathroom door wouldn't close over a very thin, unsubstantial bathroom rug 4) Gross gross gross 5) But at least it's SUPER noisy and did I mention completely DISGUSTING? 6) No discernible insulation 7) Walls are PAPER THIN. It seemed like we all lived in the same apartment. I'd never experienced THAT before. 8) Just to give you an idea of how you can hear pretty much every single thing - we could hear next door (or lower level??) person snoring at night. Not a huge deal, but gives an idea of no separation between apartments. 9) IF the partying and meth shouting subsided enough to be able to get some sleep before work, count your blessings 10) 1 washing machine + 2 dryers for entire complex. 11) Mostly the outside lights work. Sometimes they're turned off (I guess). 12) Carpet is beyond nasty. EWWW... 13) The sliding glass door off of l.r. - out to balcony, is backwards. They set the cheapo vertical blinds up so that they open on the opposite side of the entry/exit to balcony. What??! PROS: 1) It's a good location for U of O students. 2) If you love partying 5 nights per week, every single week, and if you don't care about having any amenities it's fine. 3) M-F you have to move your car every 2 hours. If you're 5 min late, you've got a $16 parking ticket but you can street park without worry on Saturdays & Sundays. 4) Nice-sized balcony. Gross. read more

This really is a horribly run company. The front desk employees are down right rude. I don't think I have met many who seeth with such disgust when a customer walks through the door. They seem to despise their jobs. Beware, beware if you rent from them, they have very high expectations of cleanliness when you move out and they will keep all of your money! The units are not clean when you move in but they better be spotless when you leave. Could this be a ploy to keep your money - hmmm! Ask for a move out list of cleaning right away when you sign the lease so you know what you are in for. Ask for a walk through so you can sign off on the cleaning bill - if not they can charge you whatever they like. Really they hold all the cards and can be as uncompromising as they like. Not quite sure why the reviews are not too good. Maybe I got lucky with Malania (spelling maybe off) but she has helped me SO much with housing this past week. Didn't get annoyed with my mom and my countless questions and phone calls, was very clear on everything for my lease, and was so helpful and kind even though I'm sure this is the busiest time of year for them. If you are going through them, I highly recommend her to help you out, I have not a single problem with the service they have provided me in helping me find a last minute home. Cheers! read more

We had the best experience with Von Klein property management. Hands-down best customer services. They helped us get into an apartment fast. Maintenance were always there to help which is very few times I ever needed to call them. but when I did they were there fast. Malayan is just amazing at what she does. She's the one that helped us the whole time we lived there very hands-on at meeting our needs great communicating. She was always there to answer questions no matter how many times I called. She made me feel very important as a tenant which is huge because they deal with a lot of property and really like that. Everyone was so nice I highly recommend Von Klein property management. read more
