I closed my tab and decided to talk to the manager (Addy) on the way out. She reiterated that the bar was hers and she could set whatever rules she wanted. What a far cry from the days when I used to bartend. Our only concern was monitoring people's drinks to keep them safe and having the owners walk people out in the event they were ready to brawl. This is a service business. Your personal opinions are not an excuse to treat your clientele in that manner. I wonder if the owner's are aware of this. The manager said they were. I like the pizza, and I have met some lovely servers there, however, I will not be returning and will encourage my Frederick friends to pass on this establishment. After all, there are other establishments within Frederick that have great pizza and do not bully their clients.

It also seemed like other customers were just as confused -- someone next to us didn't know what to do with their pan either and was told to leave it on top of the trash. The pizza itself was good and came out quickly, which is why I'd still order takeout again. But as far as dining in, I probably wouldn't do that again.

I went to the cashier to order a chicken gyro sandwich meal for a carryout order. However, there was no one at the register to take my order. It was empty. Since no one was at the register, I asked one of the cooks in the kitchen if they can bring someone to the register to take my order. An employee name Bianca, came to the register. I simply asked her if my gyro comes with feta. To note, some restaurants don't add feta to their sandwiches. Bianca responded by pointing to the menu. With a rude demeanor said, "Oh, whatever it's on the menu is there." Then, I said, "Well, okay I don't see feta, but can you add feta." Bianca said it's going to be up charge for .75 cents. I said, "sure no problem, I'll pay for it." She then rolled her eyes, and I went outside to wait for my food. Then, I came back remembering I forgot to ask about the extra Tzatziki sauce. Again, NO ONE was at the cash register. I spotted on of the cooks, and I asked him if he can add the Tzatziki sauce to my meal. He said, "Sure, no problem."
